The increase in farmland value in Swedens plain areas is a well known fact in today's Swedish agricultural. In connection with the fluctuating prices of crops and inputs, are increasing the risk exposure to agriculture. The increased value of agricultural land has in Sweden over the years been due to a high demand for land that has existed and exists in Sweden. The increasing demand is linked to a structural rationalization of Swedish agriculture, leading to fewer and larger farm units (www, privataaffärer, Carl Johan Jurss).The purpose of this study is to examine the potential risks associated with the farmland value falls or remains unchanged, according to a farm credit administrator's perspective. The idea is to get a picture of the main factors taken into account when lending and the problems with falling or stable land prices into account when lending.

The three post-communist states - Belarus, Moldova, and Ukraine ? have gone different ways in terms of freedom and democracy since the breakdown of the Soviet Union 1991. During these years, the state and the civil society have been fundamental actors in the struggle against, and even for, authoritarianism.A strong state with great capacity in Belarus has undermined the chances for the civil society to fulfil its task as a watchdog of the state and link between the citizens and the government.Failed authoritarianism in Moldova has led to a situation where both the state and the civil society are weak. The major problem is lack of organization and cohesion; both the state and the civil society have often been divided by ethnical differences and are therefore not strong enough to promote democracy.In Ukraine, the dominance of a strong state ended in 2004 when the Orange Revolution took place, sometimes called a ?peak of democracy? where popular mobilization and protests succeeded in it's opposition against the state.

In the era of urbanization and globalization, many small, rural and post-industrialcities struggle for growth. The competition for citizens and visitors is intense, andone commonly used strategy is to promote the city to a target audience. Placemarketing, however, is homogenized to a great extent. Marketing thus seems likea useless approach, yet almost every city does it.By using discourse analysis and institutional theory, this essay aims to explainwhy the city of Kramfors markets itself. There are several problems arising due tothe marketing of places, especially concerning the discrepancy between the city?simage and identity.

Forskning har visat att intensivvårdspatienter upplever en mängd problem efter sin vårdtid på intensivvårdsavdelningen. Dessa problem, som ökad stress, sömnsvårigheter, delirium och post traumatiskt stressyndrom kan ge en försämrad livskvalitet efter vårdtiden. Syftet är att utifrån aktuella forskningsresultat beskriva olika sätt för uppföljning av intensivvårdspatienter för att utforma en handlingsplan för uppföljning som syftar till att om möjligt minska lidandet för intensivvårdspatienterna efter utskrivning från IVA. Författarna fann ett flertal olika sätt att bedriva uppföljning efter vård på intensivvårdsavdelning som till exempel att föra dagbok, mottagning, telefonuppföljning och inrättande av tjänst som sambandssjuksköterska samt uppföljningsenhet. De olika uppföljningsenheterna var uppbyggda och fungerade på olika sätt.

Den stigande populariteten av mobila enheter har inte bara lett till en smidigarevardag med snabb tillgang till e-post och sociala medier utan aven blivit ett allt mervanligt instrument anvant vid kriminella handlingar. Detta har medfort ett behov attkunna undersoka dessa enheter pa ett sakert satt utan att riskera att bevis blirkontaminerade. Det har arbetet har undersokt de mobilforensiska verktyg somanvands av Polisen och deras tillvagagangssatt vid utredning. Genom att anvanda ossutav Polisens tillvagagangssatt och deras verktyg sa har vi utfort experiment ochintervjuer for att undersoka om data forandras vid utvinning. Experimenten pavisaratt data forandras vid utvinning med ett givet verktyg medans intervjuerna visarskiftande asikter bland Poliser och utvecklare gallande kontaminering.Resultatet fran experimentet visade oss att verktyget UFED raderat bevisfiler frananvandardatan pa en enhet under utvinning.

Syfte Studiens syfte är att bidra med kunskap om hur elever i en särskolekontext kan stödjas i sin skrivutveckling genom ett förändrat arbetssätt. Kan ett förändrat arbetssätt i form av en modellerande undervisning i en socio-kulturell kontext, och med bildstöd och skrivmallar, stödja elevers förutsättningar att formulera och överföra sina tankar till skrift?TeoriDen teoretiska utgångspunkten är det sociokulturella perspektivet på lärande där lärande sker i en social kontext och i samspel med andra människor där elevens proximala utvecklingszon utmanas.MetodStudien ingår inom det specialpedagogiska verksamhetsområdet och har en samhällsvetenskaplig relevans. Ansatsen är övervägande kvantitativ då den avser att mäta effekten av en intervention men det finns kvalitativa inslag då effektens storlek mäts genom en jämförande för- och eftertest i form av en lärarskattning av elevers texter. SlutsatserEffekten av interventionen visar på ett positivt resultat.

The presence of cystic ovarian follicles represents an important ovarian dysfunction and is a major cause of reproductive failure in dairy cattle. A cystic ovarian follicle is a persistent follicular-like structure on one or both of the ovaries. It is at least 2,5cm in diameter and it has to persist for at least ten days while a corpus luteum is missing. There are two kinds of cystic ovarian follicles, those who have a progesterone production and those who have not. A clear definition for this condition is lacking, probably because the heterogeneity of the clinical signs and the complexity of the disorder.

SammanfattningDet är svårt att ge en generell bild av hur läraryrket ser ut och vad det innebär. Alla skolor ger lärare olika förutsättningar och dessa kan visa på stora variationer. I det här arbetet har jag genom intervjuer med erfarna lärare försökt få en bild av hur läraryrket ser ut i verkligheten. Att vara lärare kan innebära att ständigt ha ett dåligt samvete och sällan känna sig nöjd med det man åstadkommit. Det kan också innebära att få bekräftelse genom barnen då de visar att de gjort en ny upptäckt och lärt sig något nytt.

Detta examensarbete har utförts på SSAB- Tunnplåt i Borlänge under vårterminen 2004 och omfattar 10 veckors arbete.SSAB sköter idag sin kommunikation med distributionslagren via fax, telefon eller e-post. Eftersom detta är ett ganska tidskrävande kommunikationssätt, vill SSAB ha en smidigare och snabbare kommunikationslösning. Den lösning som SSAB vill ha är en extern Web-service-lösning för att upprätta en säker kommunikation med sina distributionslager.Parallellt med byggandet av Web-service-lösningen arbetades en förvaltningsmodell fram. Den beskriver hur förvaltningsorganisationen med dess rutiner kan se ut vid implementering av lösningen.För att skapa en säker förbindelse med Web-servicen skall en webbklient användas som i sin tur anropar en COM+ komponent. Detta för att kunna skicka med certifikatet ifrån webbklienten till webbservern där Web-servicen ligger.

The purpose to this study is to find an understanding of the effects of how sponsorship can affect companies and their business and at the same time get a better understanding of how sponsorship is or can be used as a marketing tool in today?s marketing. By using a quality research method we have chosen to use a half structured research method to make it possible to find out how sponsorship as a marketing tool can be used from a company perspective in relation to our chosen thesis. To enhance the readers understanding we describe the base of sponsorship and principals for sponsorship, after that describes a deeper perspective of sponsorship, what sponsorship is, and what factors are needed to be taken into consideration. Further on we illustrate the figure that later on will constitute the analysis with attributes like: association, exposure, relations and integrated communication.

Utvecklingen inom redovisningsområdet har föranlett att allt fler företag väljer att komplettera sin ekonomiska redovisning med en redogörelse för hur de ser på företagets roll i samhället. Den gemensamma nämnaren för företagens ansvarsfulla företagande kallas för hållbar utveckling. Det vill säga en utveckling där ekonomisk tillväxt måste kopplas till miljöhänsyn och socialt ansvar. Denna redovisning kallas för hållbarhetsredovisning. Syftet med vår uppsats var att undersöka vilka motiv företagen hade med att bedriva en hållbarhetsredovisning och om granskning av dessa redovisningar kunde ske på ett trovärdigt och objektivt sätt.

Theory has concluded that consumers evaluate advertising not only based on what the advertiser's message aims to communicate, but also how the message is communicated. As the most popular activity on the world's largest social media channels is to upload and share photos, it has become crucial for advertisers to define strategies that maximize the reach of photo posts. Two observed variations of images used in posts are graphical images and digital photographs. The aim of this study is to investigate which of these two strategies that generate most positive impact on the sender and its brand. 230 users of the Chinese Facebook and Twitter counterpart, Sina Weibo, were exposed to manipulated Sina Weibo posts after which they answered a survey.

Background: Type 2 diabetes is a disease which causes vascular damage, stroke and premature death.Oxidative stress may play a role in the development of insulin resistance and diabetes. Selenium is amineral involved in the protection against oxidative stress, and has been thought to be favorable in theprevention of the disease. However, this has changed since trials observed positive correlationsbetween high selenium levels and incidence of type 2 diabetes.Objective: To examine the studies that investigates seleniums effect on the incidence of typ 2 diabetesSearch strategy: Searches have been done in PubMed and Scopus.Selection criteria: Included studies were human studies in English/Swedish with RCT or cohortdesign with the aim to investigate the correlation between selenium and incidence of type 2 diabetes.Excluded studies were studies whose aim was to investigate the role of selenium in patients withexisting diabetes. Studies regarding pregnant women, animals or children and with in vitro design werealso excluded. Of the studies found in Scopus where MeSH terms were available, the ones who did notinclude relevant terms were excluded.Data collection and analysis: Studies were collected according to the aforementioned criteria.
