Online 3D presentationer : Vilken teknik är mest lämplig idag för små och medelstora företag?
Denna rapport beskriver och undersöker olika sätt att använda online 3D i webbpresentationer. 3D ställs emot vad som ibland brukar kallas 2,5D (Man fotograferar en produkt ur olika vinklar för att få en serie med bilder som kan ge en fiktiv 3D upplevelse). Rapporten ger bakgrund och historia över online 3D teknologi, ger en översikt över marknaden för online produktpresentationer idag och försöker ge en ögonblicksbild av situationen i andra kvartalet 2007 över en snabb föränderlig marknad. Fyra olika 3D system ställs mot varandra med hjälp av praktiska kodexempel och avslutas med en helhetslösning för dynamisk generering av webbsidor. Performance Management i E-handel
Too much attention has been given to mainstream approaches in performance management and management accounting research, without taking in to account changes in the environment with the rapid growth of online retailing. This paper evaluates how and/or if performance management differs in online contexts by using a conceptual model developed by Ferreira et al (2009). The model and its components are tested on three multichannel- and six e-commerce businesses. The result and its analysis is commented on by two e - commerce experts. The result shows that the operation method of the models twelve components do not differ in terms of work methods in online and offline contexts.
Consumers' behaviour in the use of online services and the cultures effect on it-a study of Swedes and Danes use of online job databases
The thesis deals with consumers behaviour in the use of online services and the cultures effect on it. It is a study of Swedes and Danes use of online job data bases. The thesis is based on a quantitative study. A questionnaire were used sent out to 80 Swedes and 80 Danes. The theory concerns areas of online consumer behaviour, decision making and services theory as well as theories within culture in relation to services and behaviour.
En meningsfull möjlighet att säga sin mening? : Petitioner och JO-anmälningar som politiskt deltagande i Tyskland och Sverige
This thesis compares political participation by the public through the Swedish Parliamentary Ombudsman (PO) and the German Petitions Committee of the Bundestag (PC). Through studies of literature and statistics I examine how citizens can participate through the institutions, how frequently they do and the likelihood of sparking a debate while participating.Using media theories as well as theories of participatory and representative democracy I study how citizens can use these institutions for purposes of control and proposition.Both institutions deal with complaints but the PC also deals with propositions for legislation, making the institution more versatile. The PO deals with more cases than the PC and has more far-reaching competences and areas of inspection, although neither institution has binding decisions. Thus the direct advantage for citizens using the institutions is the chance of reaching out to media and the public through freedom of information laws and the German online petition forum.The PC to a larger extent fits the representative model while the PO in some respects is more a legal than a political institution, being managed by lawyers instead of MPs. Neither institution meets the ideals of participatory politics although the German official petition is closer to it..
Från retailer till e-tailer: En studie av konsumentattityder
With the fast development of Internet and the e-commerce during the last decades, retailers are now introducing online stores. This has been adopted as a common strategy within the industry and the phenomenon seems likely to increase over time. Theory based on brand extension is used in this study to explain the effects on brand attitude and the link with willingness to pay when a traditional retailer introduces an online store. We execute an experimental study in order to investigate the effects where we use the offline- and online channel as well as two brands with different strengths as independent variables. Results show that brand attitude and its link to willingness to pay transfers to the online channel.

Crescendo Online: en programsvit för kollaborativ musikproduktion
Collaborative music making on the Internet is not a new phenomenon, but no applications have yet caught on with the vast number of laptop and bedroom studio musicians active today. This is strange considering the inherent social and interactive nature of music, especially amongst trends like Web 2.0 where collaboration and user-generated data is key. BakgrundTidigare studier visar på en förändring i vilka ungdomar som deltar i politiken. Deekonomiskt starka individerna verkar inte längre vara de som i högst utsträckning deltar ipolitiken. Ett skifte har skett där individuellt erhållna resurser som tillgång till kultur ihemmet visade sig kraftigt samvariera positivt med flera former av politiskt deltagandemedan ekonomiska resurser tappat sin position som enskilt största förklaringsfaktor.SyfteFörklaringsfaktorerna bakom intresset för politik är inte så väl utforskade varför dennauppsats kommer undersöka om de tendenser som gäller det politiska deltagandet även kanöverföras till de politiskt intresserade ungdomarna. In todays high-technological society where the Internet plays a central role in our day-to-day life, many e-retailers are not able to attract customers to complete a transaction on their website. In order to succeed, many e-commerce sites must improve several safety aspects regarding online payment, in order to be perceived as a reliable and secured retailer. The purpose of this paper is to investigate if increment in various combinations and aspects in online payment will in fact improve the customer's perception of the e-retailer and result in completed transactions. In order to investigate this aspect, an experiment was conducted to be able to compare eight independent groups, that each had been exposed to a different security scenario on the online payment website of either a known or unknown retailer. Our results clearly prove that perceived security of the retailer's payment website increases willingness to purchase from the retailer.

The Influence of Multiple Drivers on WOM Behavior in an Online Context - A quantitative study on what drives consumers to share word-of-mouth online
Word-of-mouth marketing (WOM) has been considered as one of the most effective marketing tools, yet the least understood. While its lucrative effects have been well proven in academic studies worldwide, little is yet known of why consumers engage in WOM, and what factors actually drive this sought-after behavior, particularly in an online context. While today's research lacks holistic views on the simultaneous effects of multiple WOM-drivers, this paper takes on a meta-analytic approach by building on the pertinent literature to construct an aggregated model, including several previously acknowledged drivers divided into two categories: (1) Brand related drivers and (2) Personal and situational drivers. The authors then empirically examine what drivers are the most influential on WOM in an online social media context. By doing so, this thesis does not only contribute to marketing managers' better understanding of online communications management, it also sheds light on the theoretical knowledge of the behavioral drivers of WOM.
Identifiering av riskfaktorer för utveckling av normbrytande beteende hos små barn
Barn som redan i tidig barndom uppvisar normbrytande beteende löper ökad risk för en senare kriminell utveckling. Syftet med föreliggande studie var att simultant undersöka evidensbaserade riskfaktorer för normbrytande beteende. Multipla regressionsanalyser användes för att se vilka riskfaktorer som bäst kunde förklara normbrytande beteende. Undersökningen genomfördes genom rapporter från förskolelärare (n=298) och föräldrar (n=239) till barn i tre- till femårsåldern. De riskfaktorer som undersöktes var riskfaktorer på individ- och familjenivå som kan anses påverkbara och direkt mer än indirekt kopplade till normbrytande beteende.
