The main aim of this research is to survey the general colour scheme for private dwellings inVisby, built 1860?1930. During this period the visual appearance of the town of Visby changedsubstantially, since the increased local production of lime led to the Plastering of many woodenbuildings. Which colour schemes were chosen for the different building types of the historic centreof Visby, and which colours came to dominate the time period? The methods used for answeringthese questions have partly been field studies on site and sampling of selected buildings, andpartly critical reading and observation of iconographic material (paintings, drawings, aquarelles,postcards and photographs).

The purpose with this project is to explore and verify three renovating systems for Miljonprogrammet (common expression forbuildings constructed during the years 1965-1975 when over a million houses where built in Sweden) to take measure to thelargely transmission losses of these buildings. Many of the buildings from this period have similar constructions and thereforethe same techniques can be used to renovate several of them. This project only considers the climate scale, although thereare many more factors to concern for to efficient the buildings of Miljonprogrammet.This thesis presents examples of renovations carried out using two of the three renovation systems.The essay presents a reference house of choice on which we apply the three systems and calculate the new U-values,consumption of energy and the investment costs. The new U-values the building is given is matched to the values ofrecommendation for passive houses. Our reference house is a two story apartment building, located in the village ofLammhult, with brick facades at the ends and Plaster at the long sides.

Introduktion: Modellanalys har traditionellt gjorts på fysiska gipsmodeller. Idag finns ny teknik som möjliggör framställning av digitala modeller utan behov av konventionella avtryck. Syftet med den här studien är att undersöka tillförlitligheten hos digitala modeller framställda med en intraoral scanner, patientupplevelsen och olika tidsaspekter förenade med tekniken. Metod: På ett urval av 20 vuxna personer gjordes både konventionell avtryckstagning och en intraoral scanning (TRIOS, 3Shape) av bettet för framställning av gipsmodeller och digitala modeller. Den kliniska tidsåtgången mättes och personerna besvarade ett frågeformulär gällande sin upplevelse av metoderna. Fyra observatörer diagnostiserade bettrelationer och utförde ortodontiska mätningar på gipsmodeller med ett skjutmått och digitala modeller med OrthoAnalyzer Orthodontics (3Shape, Danmark).
