När det sker förändringar på det samhälleliga planet, vad gäller normer och värderingar, måste även de lagar samhället följer utvecklas för att på så sätt bli tillämpbara i den nya samhällsordningen. Den svenska sexualbrottslagen är en lag som tydligt visar den utveckling som såväl det svenska samhället som rättsväsendet genomgått under de senaste seklerna. Lagen i sig påvisar hur normer och värderingar vad gäller kvinnans och mannens sexualitet över tid förändrats, samt hur det kvinnliga könet successivt integrerats i det svenska rättsväsendet som rättsligt subjekt. Då det är i den politiska arenan de svenska lagarna förnyas och omarbetas bygger således denna uppsats på de debatter vilka uppstår i riksdagen under en lagändringsprocess. Syftet med uppsatsen är att belysa hur sexualbrott konstrueras och rekonstrueras i riksdagsdebatter.

Arbetet som ambulanspersonal är påfrestande, såväl fysiskt som psykiskt.Att vara fysiskt vältränad är säkerligen en fördel, men kan man varavältränad även på det psykiska planet? Många studier har gjorts omambulanspersonalens copingstrategier, men få har gjorts i Sverige. Studiergjorda utomlands har visat att några av de vanligaste copingstrategierna hosambulanspersonal är socialt stöd, emotionell- och kognitivcoping. Dennastudie har gjorts för att belysa relationen mellan socialt stöd och copingangående arbetsmiljöstressorer hos ambulanspersonal i Mellansverige.Författaren genomförde studien genom intervjuer av fyra kamratstödjareinom ambulansen. Resultatet visade att socialt stöd har en stor betydelse förambulanspersonalen för att lägga upp copingstrategier i hanteringen avarbetsmiljöstressorer.

The study uses the theory that Eickelman and Piscatori present in their book Muslim politics. They use the term ?Muslim politics? to describe the relation between Islam and politics. Eickelman and Piscatori divide Muslim politics in five elements that the essay uses to structure the analysis.

The purpose of this study is to find out teachers and students thoughts about sustainable development. Research shows that sustainable development should be a part of all education. When this is the case, the student´s will develop a competence to act in this matter. This is important so student´s encourages to act and make decisions based on knowledge about sustainable development. This field investigation is based on four interviews with teachers and eleven interviews with student´s. The result shows that the teachers has learned a lot about the concept, and in different ways realizated this in their teaching.

I denna uppsats har jag valt att skriva om unga kvinnors tankar kring karriär, familjeliv och identitet. Dessa ämnen är saker som jag tror att de flesta upplever eller har upplevt att det finns många tankar och frågor kring, och jag vill genom min studie ge dessa kvinnors bild av hur man får livspusslet att gå ihop och hur tankar kring identitet, karriär och familjeliv kring detta kan se ut. Jag kommer att skriva om detta utifrån två synsätt, dels från det individuella planet, där jag utgår från mina intervjuer och berättar om mina informanters tankar, dels ur ett bredare perspektiv där jag sätter informanternas berättelser i ett större samanhang, men fokus på unga människors situation i Sverige..

This essay is about Late Iron Age settlement and its production. I want to define the nature ofthree different workplaces on Bornholm, Denmark, and compare them. My aim is to see if itis possible to define a workplace through the traces of the craftsmanship. Several materials areselected in this essay and the analysis provides different perspective on workplaces in the LateIron Age in Scandinavia. The results of the analysis between the three workplacesAgerbygård, Baggård and Kanonhøj shows that Baggård have more traces of melting of bronsthan any other of the places.

Portable is a project with its starting point in plastic bags, how they negatively affect our planet and how people´s patterns of behavior and qualities of life are affected when people try to live more envi¬ronmentally friendly. Now we have reached the point when peoples way of living and consuming in the western world has to change. This is nothing new and we can now see that sustainability is start¬ing to get attention in every area.Today plastic bags are used on average for 12 minutes. Only one out of 200 is reused, and then only once . This is not sustainable at all.

Following the wake of the AIDS-catastrophe in the beginning of the eighties, homosexual men or 'men who have sex with men' (MSM) have been barred from donating blood throughout the planet. In this thesis I look into the different discourses at play in the context of creating the legal framework for blood donation in Sweden. Genealogically tracing the emergence of the category of MSM and mapping how the category is brought to use in contemporary negotiations on blood safety, I scrutinize how scientific truth is established within blood transfusion practice. I argue that the rationality of risk group exclusion is contingent on economical grounds, and that the foucauldian concept of biopolitics could productively be used to understand this rationality. In particular, the concept of the 'biopolitics of blood' can be employed in order to understand the reluctance from the involved actors to acknowledge the heteronormative consequences of the legal framework of contemporary blood donation..

This thesis means to find out how preschool teachers are working to demonstrate the importance of recycling and reuse for children. My hope is to contribute knowledge about various practical methods to establish the idea of sustainable development in the operation. I have used the method of qualitative research and done semi-structured interviews with preschool teachers on certified green flag preschools. The questions I have asked for example concerned how the preschool teachers have worked with recycling and reuse, how much the children have been able to influence and if other didactic subjects are implicated. Six interviews were made and these are summarized in the result part.

Intresset för komplementära smärtlindringsmetoder växer, både hos sjukvårdspersonal och hos patienter. Idag finns det en stark trend mot mer skonsamma alternativa behandlingsmetoder, framförallt vid kroniska sjukdomar där allvarliga biverkningar av konventionell läkemedelsterapi är stor. Syftet med studien var att undersöka vilka smärtlindringsmetoder som sjuksköterskan kan använda sig av inom palliativ vård och dess effekter. Studien bygger på elva vetenskapliga artiklar. Resultatet gav flera olika behandlingsmetoder som kategoriserades under tre rubriker: distansbehandlingar, manuella behandlingar samt fysikaliska behandlingar.

My analyze starts in the 60-ies when the environmental debate took of. It continues trough the 70-ies, 80-ies and ends in 1994 with the report that considers the UN-conference in Rio de Janeiro 1992, ?Sustainable Aid? and what the results of the more and more important issue ?sustainable development? has offered the Swedish government ant there work with environmental aid.The question issue is: At what time in history, did the Swedisch government start to addrsess environmental aid? How did the environmental aid come to be addressed and developed in the political area from the Brundtlandreport ?Our common future? from 1987 to the UN-conference in Rio de Janeiro 1992?The result is that the environment is getting more and more important in the political arena as the knowledge about the escalating crises with the environmental problems are being taken more seriously. The problems with the environment has to be considered together with the rest of the aid- and developing questions like economy and the struggle to reduce poverty in the world.

Syftet med föreliggande arbete var att kartlägga förskolepedagogers kunskaper om och förväntningar på specialpedagogens arbetsuppgifter.Som metod användes en enkät som riktade sig till pedagogerna på samtliga sju förskolor i en kommundel och 64 svar bearbetades. I många avseenden är man tillfreds med de specialpedagogiska arbetsuppgifterna, inte minst gäller detta på individnivå. På vissa områden önskar man en större insats än vad man upplever vara fallet idag. Exempel på detta är ökat stöd vid utvecklingssamtal och stöd till arbetslaget med metoder för dokumentation, miljö och material.Förskolepedagogerna uppfattar inte att specialpedagogen arbetar med organisatoriska frågor och skulle vilja ha en större insats.Resultaten visar sammanfattningsvis att det finns behov av specialpedagogiskt arbete både riktat mot det enskilda barnet och på det mer förebyggande planet. Med en inriktning som täcker de behov som efterfrågas har specialpedagogen en stor funktion att fylla i såväl dagens som framtidens förskola..
