This paper is about finding a set of unwritten rules pertaining to the teaching of history in an exclusively Swedish college. I want to know if truancy among immigrants has anything to do with SO teachers? choice of content or their teaching methods. Unwritten rules are a complex phenomenon but by applying different perspectives and teaching methods a pattern will emerge. It is possible to discover different influences in the way the teacher chooses their material and work plan.

Denna uppsats utgör en explorativ fallstudie om certifieringssystemet BREEAM Communities och dess möjlighet att fungera som ett verktyg för svenska kommuner i plan- och exploateringsprocesser.Sedan ett par år tillbaka pågår de första projekten i Sverige där BREEAM Communities används. Företagen Diligentia och PEAB var först ut att använda verktyget vid utvecklingen av sina stadsdelar Masthusen och Varvsstaden i Västra Hamnen i Malmö.Uppsatsen utgörs i första hand av en kvalitativ intervjustudie med anställda vid Diligentia, PEAB och Malmö Stad, vilken genomfördes våren 2012. Studien kompletterades med två intervjuer med anställda vid Norrköpings kommun, detta eftersom Norrköpings kommun vid tidpunkten för intervjuerna, övervägde en användning av certifieringssystemet vid utvecklingen av stadsdelen Saltängen. Intervjustudien tar utgångspunkt i intervjupersonernas erfarenheter och tankar kring BREEAM Communities? inverkan på arbetsprocessen och vilka hållbarhetsaspekter som hanteras inom de två projekten i Västra Hamnen.

Jag har valt att i detta master 2 examensarbete inom Inredningsarkitektur och Möbeldesign arbeta med lägenheter i ett planerat flerfamiljshus. Som blivande Inredningsarkitekt (IA) vill jag ta ett kliv tillbaka, betrakta och analysera vad det är som är viktigt för ett hem och vår totala miljö. Med total miljö menar jag psykisk miljö och fysisk miljö.Genom att studera rum och deras funktioner utifrån olika behov, hoppas jag finna nya innovativa lösningar, samt möjligheten att reducera energiförbrukningen i hemmiljö.Områden som berörs och flätas samman i mitt examensarbete är: bättre förutsättning att odla grönska, ökad återvinning, reducerad värmeförbrukning, alternativ till uppvärmning, miljövänlig energi samt psykologiska mervärden i lägenhetens plan som kräver problemlösning och upptäckarglädje. Vi ämnar undersöka hur attityder gentemot queerteorier har förändrats och påverkat några prästers yrkesutövande. Målsättningen är att synliggöra utifall queerteorier på Bibeln används på ett aktivt praktiskt sätt eller enbart på ett akademiskt plan. Vi har använt oss av queerteorier utformade av Judith Butler och Gayle Rubin. Genom en intervjustudie utförda med kvalitativ analys, har vi kommit fram till att queerteorier tycks sträcka sig enbart till den akademiska sfären. International Ideas Competition? was the starting point of this study. The competition was launched the 15th of December 2006 and the closing date was the 31st of May.

This is a final thesis on the landscape architecture program at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences. It is the end of five years of studies and comprises 30 ECTS. This thesis is about the camp area Sjöröd, located by Gyllebosjön (the Gyllebo Lake) on Österlen in Skåne, southern Sweden. The thesis results in plan for how the area could be used in the future. It also raises the questions; what scouting of today is, how it is to be developed for the future, what a camp is and which aims the scout movement has set up for itself and its activities. The thesis also treats what is typical for Skåne, for Österlen and for the area around Sjöröd as a starting point.

My aim is to provide knowledge about ways of understanding Intranet as a communication artifact. Today organizations plan to update their technology so as to make the communicative functions of Web 2.0 come true. With this objective in mind organizations will be prepared to meet social demands among staff. After interviewing intranet managers I have compiled qualitative data in categories. My approach is influenced by a phenomenographic approach.

På många platser i samhället stöter funktionshindrade människor på hinder som gör det svårt för dem att komma fram till sitt mål. Detta examensarbete handlar om hur tillgängligheten är på kyrkogårdar, för rörelsehindrade personer.Arbetet är uppdelat i en metod och materialdel, en litteraturstudie, en resultatdel och en diskussionsdel. I metoddelen förklaras hur jag gått tillväga med genomförandet av arbetet. Litteraturstudien handlar om tillgänglighet och vad det innebär. Det finns en lag om att enkelt avhjälpta hinder ska undanröjas för att öka tillgängligheten i samhället.

The report is a building evaluation of an area south of Karlskoga`s urban area on the west side of the lake Möckeln, known as the western Möckelnstranden. The evaluation is carried out on the behalf of Karlskoga municipality.  The goal of the evaluation that is based on a mission statement is to create a basis for Karlskoga municipality for a detailed plan and exploitation of the area. In this essay I plan to mainly write about the Christian church. However, I will shortly mention other parishes.In the first part I will in the first chapter write how the church saw earlier on HBLT (Homo-, Bisexual, Lesbians and Transgender) people. Tematiskt arbete skapar en helhetsbild for eleverna som inte den traditionella undervisningengör, genom att man sammanbinder de olika funnena i skolan oeh arbetar med ett tema i taget.Om läraren dessutom låter eleverna arbeta med teman som ar väsentliga för deras liv ochframtid bringar detta ett intresse och ett engagemang som inte alltid finns när lärare arbetartraditionellt. Jag kommer att göra ett arbete på min VFU skolan, Procivitas i Helsingborg. Dehar länge velat börja arbeta tematiskt man har haft problem med att finna vägar för att startaupp ett sadant samarbete mellan lärarna. Jag kommer att intervjua både lärarna på skolan ochsedan tillsammans med en grupp på skolan ska jag utveckla denna plan..

Purpose/aim: The purpose of this thesis is to examine if, and in that case how, the municipality of Umeå worked strategically with its communication during 2014 when Umeå was chosen as ?European Capital of Culture?. The research is mainly focused on the outlines of their communication plan, main goals, what  communication strategies the municipality has chosen to and their choice of media channels.Material/method: Two methods are used for this research; qualitative interviews with four employees within the communication team during Umeå2014 and a text analysis of three formal documents which provide the framework of communication policies and media strategies during Umeå2014.Results: The results clearly indicate a well structured, strategic planning outlined in the formal documents. The four people intreviewed all had a good knowledge of the policies and strategies in the documents, they also described their work in accordance with these..

Ericsson Components AB i Kista tillverkar kiselkretsar i ett antal fabriker. Den fabrik som studien berör är "Plan 3". I framtiden ska produktionskapaciteten ökas och processmixen (mix av tillverkningsflöden) förändras för fabriken. För att undersöka hur produktionskapaciteten påverkas av en förändrad processmix och hur produktionskapaciteten kan ökas har simulering valts som verktyg. Syftet med studien är att med hjälp av produktionssimuleringsprogrammet Automod simulera kiselkretstillverkningen i fabriken "Plan 3".

This diploma work handles how some parishes of the Swedish Church administrate their building properties.The report also includes how some external property managers in Sweden work with maintenance plans and other maintenance issues. Further, a number of deficiencies have been identified and suggestions to workarounds are treated. The conclusions drawn in this thesis are based on the author´s experience in the field, performed interviews, and literature studies. The result of the work shows a general lack of knowledge in many parishes what concerns regulatory requirements, properties with no maintenance plan and substandard supervision resulting in unnecessary and expensive repairs. Based on these results, different plans for the maintenance of the building properties of the Swedish Church has been proposed..

The study aims to reduce energy consumption in apartment buildings where individual metering and charging of heat is applied. The aim is to develop planning and design for individual metering and charging in apartment buildings.The study is based on literature review, interviews and case study that include analysis of existing documents. Interviews were carried out with the property developer and the involved consultants who planned the apartment building Yasuragi. To investigate the differences the condominium association has noted in heat consumption between flats, the debit values of the heat were used to discern which houses that were furthest from the average consumption. On these flats there were temperature measurements and thermal photo shoots made for discriminating behavior and possible construction techniques which could be the explanation for the heat spread.Boverket shows that the consumption of heat can be reduced by 10-20% after insertion of individual metering and charging in an apartment block.
