SammanfattningI enlighet med förskolans läroplan (Skolverket, 2010) ska förskolan lägga grunden för det livslånga lärandet. Ett lärande som ska främja barns utveckling samt ge barnen möjlighet att utvecklas efter sina egna förutsättningar. Arbetslagen ska aktivt diskutera begreppen kunskap och lärande.Syftet med denna undersökning var att se hur några utvalda förskollärare och förskolechefer som är verksamma inom förskolan ser på begreppen kunskap och lärande, med läroplanen som utgångspunkt. Vilken innebörd de intervjuade lägger i begreppen, hur de synliggör barnens läroprocesser och vilken roll de själva har för att hjälpa barnen i deras utveckling.Genom intervjuer har de intervjuade får dela med sig av sina erfarenheter, tankar och konkreta exempel. Grunden för att det ska ske ett lärande är att barnen är trygga, vilket samtliga intervjuade var ense om.

The problem being examined is the disturbing noise that is created in an open plan office on a company working with a creative process, such as a newspaper or a communications agency. The purpose of this study was to examine the needs for today for a sound absorber in open offices and create and design a design proposal. The aim is also to develop a marketing material the product proposal. The problem has been broken down into the following questions:- How does the user look at the need of a sound absorber in an open offices solution today?- Does an interior designer apply sound absorbers when they furnish the intended environment? - How can a design that meets the needs that exists be achieved and to speak the user?The study is based on three choice of methods a literature review on selected topics that relate to the topic, an interview with an interior designer to explore how an interior designer applies absorbers in open plan office and finally an extensive survey that treats the user's needs and appropriate appearance for the product proposal.The design process has undertaken the following methods, design brief, requirements specification, functional analysis and sketches to produce the final product proposal.

This study examines from a gender perspective how the gender distribution is viewed in the content of Göteborgs-Posten's sports pages and the short and long term effects of the the newspaper's gender equality plan that was introduced in 2005. It is a quantitative study for two sample periods, 2005 and 2009, that investigates how many articles in the newspaper which is about women's sports and male sports. Michel Foucault's theory of discourse is central to the study, his view of identity in society and how these are represented fit well on gender issues in sports journalism. The results show that women's sport is greatly subordinate to man's sport in terms of number of articles. The gender equality plan has not had any noticeable effects on Göteborgs-Posten's sports pages. This is due to a variety of factors ? economic aspects weigh heavily in this problem. .

Syftet med studien var att ta reda på om verksamma lärare i grundskolans tidigare år använder sig av kartläggning för att se och bedöma elevers läsutveckling. Vidare ville vi utifrån det försöka ta reda på hur de ser på arbetet med kartläggning i verksamheten.Studien genomfördes med hjälp av en enkätundersökning som besvarades av 57 respondenter. Utifrån syftet formulerades följande frågor: I vilken grad använder sig lärare av kartläggning? På vilket sätt sker kartläggningen? Varför kartlägger lärare elever? samt vad lägger lärare vikt vid när de kartlägger elever?Resultatet visade att samtliga 57 respondenter använde sig av kartläggning i någon form för att se och bedöma elevers läsutveckling. Majoriteten av de svarande angav att de kartlade sina elever 1-2 gånger per termin och att LUS (Läsutvecklingsschema) var det kartläggningsmaterial som de använde sig av i störst utsträckning.

The study presented here is about how to make the special needs user who has a profound intellectual disability and additional disabilities more involved in their implementation plan. Based on a life story interview the study aims at analyzing perceptions of procedures to enhance special needs users? influence. The method used in this study was a qualitative research approach as an overall approach in order to use a narrative method where life history is the method. The focus has been to study a part of an individual life history - a specific domain in the life of the interviewee?s working career.

The purpose of this master thesis is to study the correlation and meaning of current ideas and practice at the public library of Gothenburg. This was done by comparing the visions and ideas expressed by the library through the library plan, with how the daily practice looks. For the theoretical framework organizational theory is used and research data was collected both from public documents and through observations. The public library of Gothenburg were chosen for the study because of it's newly renovated facilities. The idea is that these facilities make a suitable study object of the current ideas and priorities of the public Swedish library in general.The results show that the public library practice in Sweden still rests on the original public library ideas such as offering information for free and treating every user as equal.

This Master thesis was written in collaboration with the Kalmar-based consulting company Sederkvist Kommunikation. The purpose was to explore the market potential for Sederkvist Kommunikations new software Bellman Marketing. Based on these results a launch plan was created and advoice were given to Sederkvist Kommunikation as to how their new administrative tool could be introduced on the market. Data were collected through semi-structured telephone interviews. The population was Swedish so called Gazelle-companies (growth-companies listed yearly by the business newspaper Dagens Industri) and totally 27 units were examined.

Our study examining how well the guidelines, from Skolverket (School Department), aboutgrades in the course "Samhällskunskap A" are implemented in the Swedish Upper SecondarySchool. The study focus on both teachers and students. To discover which knowledge the bothgroups have, we have used two different methods. The students have answered a survey,which was based on the phrases from the course plan "Samhällskunskap A" about grades. Thesurvey wanted to see how well the students could match the correct phrases with the gradesteps (the Swedish school uses three grade steps).

Sammanfattning:Denna uppsats syftar till att undersöka om och hur stora industriföretag använder sig av personalen som en innovativ kraft. Olika teoretiker beskriver innovation på olika sätt. Bland annat så hävdar Parker och Kerrie (2003) att det är ett proaktivt beteende som leder till innovationer, och att det är tillvägagångssättet i sig som är en innovation. Drucker (2000) och Dobni (2005) tycks vara ense om att en innovation är ett tankesätt. Jag fann ett intresse i att undersöka hur mina valda företag tycks uppleva innovationer.

Organisationskultur präglar individer och grupper på olika plan, medvetna som omedvetna. Studier visar bland annat att vår bild av vad vi klarar av, vår så kallade self-efficacy, påverkas av vilken kultur vi befinner oss i. Syftet med den här studien var att undersöka hur organisationskultur upplevs av medarbetare och hur de upplever att den påverkar deras syn på sig själva och sin förmåga. Sju personer från ett ungt och expansivt företag, vars kulturfilosofi har blivit medialt uppmärksammad och hyllad, intervjuades. Resultatet visade bland annat att gemensamma värderingar och normer, såvida de är identifierbara, gör det lättare för medarbetarna att arbeta i samma riktning och tydliggör företagets förväntningar och ambitioner.

The essay discusses the effects that changes to the office plan have on organizational culture. Information about actual change as well as expected change in organizational culture was gathered before the empirical research was initiated. The empirical research was carried out at the Customer Logistics department at Ericsson through: an interview with a manager in charge of the relocation and design of the office, a manager for the specified department and also five employees of this department. The empirical studies show that there was a significant change in organizational culture and that results were not always as expected. There was a loss in symbolic actions, which needed to be compensated for, a perceived reduction in spontaneous communication, and a mixed response of perceived change in social interaction.

Uppsatsen handlar om hur företag hanterar missnöjda kunder, vilket i teorin benämns service recovery. Uppsatsen behandlar ett företag som sedan mindre än ett år tillbaka är en sammanslagning av fyra olika varumärken. Syftet med uppsatsen är att kartlägga hur fallföretaget hanterar missnöjda kunder samt att undersöka möjligheter till förbättringar. Uppsatsen bygger på teorier om service recovery skrivna av Grönroos, Bowen, Hart, Spreng och Best. Avsikten med uppsatsen är att skriva en plan för hur företaget kan förbättra sitt hanterande av missnöjda kunder.

To Swedes in general and, to hunters in particular, there is a great interest for moose (Alces alces), witch is Sweden?s largest deer species. In the province of Öland (Sweden?s second largest island) the local people show a great interest for the moose existence, both for consumptive (hunting) and non-consumptive use (tourism). This became apparent in 2002 when the moose hunters on Öland voluntary agreed to temporarily postpone the moose hunt on the island.

During thousands of years, reindeer have adapted to living under harsh conditions with large seasonal variations in climate and forage availability. This adaptation implies that body functions and nourishment needs are strongly bound to the season. In the summer the reindeer has to maximize food intake to build up fat and protein reserves for the winter. More than 200 different plant species are included in the reindeer diet, but since reindeer have an unique ability to use the nourishment in lichen, different lichen species make up a large portion of their winter diet in many areas. Fundamental for reindeer husbandry is access to natural grazing during most of the year.
