Denna magisteruppsats har genomförts vid Spaljisten AB och behandlar produktionsfilosofin Lean-produktionoch produktionskonceptet TPM. Huvudobjektet för studierna var en maskinlinje för sågning, kantlistning, fräsningoch borrning av planmöbeldetaljer (Homag VI). En nulägesanalys genomfördes för att kartlägga stopporsakeroch OEE-talet (35,9 %). Inom samtliga klasser av stopptider är det framförallt kortvariga avbrott (81 %), vilkettyder på kroniska fel i linjen. Tillsammans med maskinlinjens personal genomfördes en störningsanalys(Ishikawadiagram).

This master's thesis analyses the concept of equality between men and women in parts ofRegion Västra Götaland's area of operation. With critical policy analysis I analyse how theproblem of inequality is represented in the European charter for equality of women and men inlocal life (CEMR) and the Region Västra Götaland's plan of action for the charter. Throughinterviews with people responsible for gender equality in different areas I analyse, withdiscourse theory, the ways in which the concept of gender equality is articulated in differentareas of Region Västra Götaland, and what kind of politics these articulations enables.In the analysis I show that a discursive struggle of how equality is to be defined canbetter be understood as a discursive negotiation. Equality between men and women isunderstood in several ways at the same time, as antidiscrimination and basic human rights, asbalance between the sexes, and as an approach critical of norms and stereotypes. Within thesenegotiations certain understandings of gender are made possible or impossible.

The purpose of this essay is to study how the local creators of a "master plan" for the swedish city Kristinehamn, the years between 1940 to -43, looked on their planning. It is an analysis of ideas case study. A hypothesis is upheld for the research: that the local physical planning had largely extended ambitions what regards central state control in a way that is similar to planned economy. Questions that are asked include: Was the planning assumed to be a tool for the state to regulate the environment? Can the planning be seen as a mean to control the society in time and space? The essay search for verification of the hypothesis by a theoretical analysis apparatus made upp of ideal types.

Descartes sharp distinction between body and mind has had a severe influence on the culture of the western world. We now have a constructed system of knowledge that discards perception asunreliable and instead admits only deduction as the adequate method of understanding oursurroundings and ourselves.But what are we, if not human?And what would our lives be like without our dreams, the passions of our hearts and the sensationsof our sense organs?Irrational as it all may seem, these aspects form our existence, giving us pleasure, experience andknowledge beyond what we plan or try to predict. It is the fuel that keeps us going, fighting, loving.So how come we seek to explain everything? How come we seek the approval of others in matters we should be confident enough to judgeourselves? Why can't we embrace all the aspects of what it means to be alive? I state that the society and culture of the western world offers great possibilities for expression andcommunication.

Folkhälsa och folkhälsomål är ämnen som vid en första tanke tycks ligga långt bort från stadsplanering. Faktum är dock att människors vardag påverkas av hur staden planeras, viket är logiskt. Hur en individ väljer att förflytta sig från en målpunkt till en annan påverkas exempelvis av vilken infrastruktur som finns, vilka avstånd det handlar om, vilken aktivitet individen är på väg till eller från samt vilken tid på dygnet som förflyttningen sker. Flertalet resor sker idag med bil eller kollektivtrafik, vilket innebär att människan transporteras stillasittandes. Många arbeten utförs idag stillasittande och flertalet fritidsaktiviteter innebär ännu mer stillasittande.

The purpose of this essay is to investigate how well vision and strategies communicates from division level to underlying business unit levels with focus on the Balanced Scorecard Concept. The investigation was carried out within the ANS division and two of its underlying business units at the LFV Group (Swedish Airports and Air Navigation Services). ANS is responsible for the air navigation services in Sweden and the production of the services is carried out of the business units AER (En Route) and ATA (Tower and Approach). With Air Navigation Services means supervision and conducting air traffic mainly within national air space. The purpose of the services is to insure that air traffic could be carried out in a safe way.The Balanced Scorecard was introduced for the first time in the beginning of the 1990´s.

Syftet med denna studie är att ge en överblick på hur man inför GIS i en verksamhet och vad för dokumentationsbehov och hur utvecklingsmöjligheterna ser ut hos Trollhättan energi affärsområde Vatten.Insamlandet av fakta gjordes med intervjuer och litteraturstudier. På grund av egna erfarenheter och kunskaper hos affärsområde Vattens GIS-dokumentation underlättades sökandet och insamlandet av fakta.  Resultaten som erhållits indikerar på att det finns ett relativt stort behov av att dokumentera i GIS runt om i Vatten-verksamheten. Många av de tillfrågade har svarat att de uppskattar en gemensam dokumentation för samverkans skull och för att det underlättar informationens tillgänglighet. Undersökningen belyser att GIS-kompetensen behöver höjas hos medarbetarna.

Detta arbete går ut på att undersöka om det finns ett behov av att kunna blanda huvudmannaskapet i detaljplaner. I PBL-kommitténs slutbetänkande har man tagit upp frågan för att man anser att plan- och bygglagen inte efterföljs på det sätt som tanken var när den inrättades. Genom vår uppdragsgivare GF konsult AB kom vi i kontakt med ett antal kommuner som visade sitt intresse i frågan. Utifrån de problem som framgår av slutbetänkandet har vi sammanställt ett antal frågor som vi har använt oss av när vi har intervjuat kommunerna. Efter att ha genomfört intervjuerna och gjort en sammanställning av de svar vi fick har vi kommit fram till att de största problemen med huvudmannaskapsfrågan uppstår när en kommun lägger ut allmän plats med enskilt huvudmannaskap.

AbstractCities are once again becoming the locus of economic, social and political processes. The effect of these processes on the city is two-fold: one one hand they threaten to fragment and dislocate the city and the actors within them, on the other hand they give actors within cities new opportunities to react and mobilize resources towards different strategies of integration. The latter gives rise to what Patrick Le Galès calls the collective actor-city. The aim of this thesis is to explore the notion of the city as a collective actor in a swedish context by utilizing Le Galès theory of european cities as collective actors in an abductive case study on the city of Malmoe. By utilizing Le Galès five dimensions that make up a collective actor I analyze interviews conducted with city officals aswell as documents produced from the city wide plan of action Welfare for everybody.

Examensarbetets tre artiklar undersöker användar- och branschperspektiv på musikplattformen Soundcloud, som lanserades sent under 2008.De musikaliska konsumtionsmönstren ? sätten vi lyssnar på, delar, köper, tar till oss ny musik ? dikteras inte längre av en gammalmodig bolagsinriktad bransch och avståndet mellan upphovsmänniskor och konsumenter har krympt avsevärt, med en rad påföljande konsekvenser.Arbetet undersöker i tur och ordning vad som binder samman de användare som uteslutande använder Soundcloud för att hitta ny musik och varför de gör det samt vad de som använder Soundcloud för att dela sin egen musik har gemensamt. I den tredje delen får tre experter inom sina respektive områden ge sina perspektiv på hur Soundcloud har förändrat det musikaliska landskapet samt sia om hur framtiden ser ut för det svenskstartade företaget.Artiklarna visar på hur social interaktion på Soundcloud har påverkat användarnas uppfattning av musiken och på ett fördjupande plan gör artiklarna bland annat anspråk på att likna Soundcloud vid en tolkningsgemenskap ? ett ?community? ? som lämpar sig till studier ur ett etnografiskt perspektiv.I den medföljande reflektionsrapporten presenteras valen av ämne, genre och metod närmare. Dessutom beskrivs de svårigheter som uppstått under arbetets gång, och alternativa tillvägagångssätt diskuteras..

In July 2010 the curriculum Lpfö 98 was readjusted and was enhanced with new chapter, and the purpose of this essay is to study how preschool teachers discuss and describe how their conduction to the new chapter 2.6 of the readjust Curriculum Lpfö 98. I want to understand how they experience their work with the documentation.My question formulations are:How do three pre-school teachers reason around what they document in the pre-school?Which practical conditions do the pree-school teachers claiming to have on the pre-school to perform the documentation?How do they describe that they use the documentation to advance the tutoring in the preschool?In order to find out more, I interviewed three pre-school teachers, and analyzed the results I got based on prior research on documentation, and quality in preschool. My results show that the main focuses for documentations are how the children interact with each other, how they react and behave with new materials or activities. My informers emphasize that the main purpose of documentation are to be able to show the children their own process of learning.The practical conditions differ among my informers, which can lead to consequences when they want to make documentation and/or use the documentation for its purpose.  My results also indicates that the documentations are used to plan the pedagogical activities in regard to the children?s interests and according to the curriculum Lpfö98 rev.2010.

A reform of higher education in Sweden in 1993 led to stiffer competitive climate among educational institutions. The reform meant that educational institutions now had the opportunity to plan their curriculum autonomously. Prior to the reform educational planning was restricted to the Swedish government. The new rules spelled a greater opportunity for educational institutions to profile themselves based on their educational offerings. The higher degree of competition means that marketing becomes increasingly important when recruiting new students.

Today many companies and municipalities requires that their suppliers should have an environmental management system to work by. This might be one of the reasons to the increasing number of companies that today are implementing environmental management systems. Care of Haus is one of the companies that thinks that the benefits are bigger than the disadvantages, when it comes to environmental management systems, therefore they have made the choice to work with ISO 14001.The ISO 14001 standard is deified on the PDCA- cycle. PDCA stands for Plan, do check and act. Care of Haus choose to work with the ISO 14001 standard since it is a well-known standard for the companies that?s Care of Haus collaborates with and it is also well-known within their clienteleWithin this report an environmental investigation has been made.

Samrådet i detaljplaneprocessen är det lagstadgade tillfället för medborgarna att påverka planprocessen. Samrådet syftar till att "? få fram ett så bra beslutsunderlag som möjligt och att ge möjlighet till insyn och påverkan" (PBL 5 kap 12§). Det pågår idag en debatt om hur detaljplaneprocessen kan effektivisera och samrådets nytta ifrågasätts då det finns en föreställning om att medborgardeltagandet är tidskrävande. Dels genom att medborgarnas reella påverkan ifrågasätts och dels genom medborgarnas överklaganden. Examensarbetets syfte är att studera om samrådet påverkar beslutsunderlaget i detaljplaneprocessen och utgår från den övergripande frågeställningen: Påverkar samrådet beslutsunderlaget för detaljplanen? Yttrandena och synpunkterna i samrådet ska på något sätt tillgodoses för att räknas till att påverka beslutsunderlaget. Undersökningen tar avstamp i en genomgång av den enskildes roll i planlagstiftningen och planeringsteorier i avsnittet Planlagstiftningen ? en tillbakablick.
