JuneAim:There is a lack of confidence in the branch of real estate which makes me wonder: How do the bransch of real estate work with Code of Conduct to strengthen their confidence? The aim is to describe and analyze how the branch of real estate works with confidence and codes of conduct.Method:I have an qualitative approach in which interviews have been used to collect data and literature studies to collect theoretical information. The collected material have been analyzed from a hermeneutical perspective.Result & Conclusions:To some extent the real estate branch works with the establishment of Codes of Conduct to strengthen the confidence. This is shown by increased transparency to increase customers commitment in the bidding. During the timber floating era, most of Sweden?s watercourses were altered. This decreased the amount of available spawning habitats for salmonids, and hence had a negative effect on the riverine brown trout (Salmo trutta) populations. Reconstruction of spawning grounds is today a common measure in restoration of altered streams in Sweden. However, very little evaluation of the effectiveness of these reconstructed spawning grounds exists.

Hägglunds Drives in Mellansel, Sweden, manufacture radial piston hydraulic motors foremostwithin applications in the industry. These motors have several sliding contacts, one of these, isthe contact between piston ring and cylinder bore. The radial piston hydraulic motors advantageis to produce high torque in very low rotation velocity, this result in that the maximum slidingvelocity between piston ring and cylinder bore, during the whole stroke, is very low. Theconsequence of this low sliding velocity is that the contact between piston ring and cylinderbore, during the whole stroke, is bound to the boundary lubrication regime. This result in, thatthe piston ring is exposed to wear, thus affect the service life of the complete hydraulic motor.To minimize wear of piston ring, it is essential to determine the oil film thickness between thepiston ring and cylinder bore.

This Masters thesis in Library and Information Science has the title The New Information Desks at Malmö Public Library . During the rebuilding of the library in Malmö a new information desk was developed. This desk differs to a great extent from conventional information desks used in libraries. The information desk is triangular with rounded edges which allows the librarian and the user of the library to work side by side without any physical barriers. The aim of this thesis is to explore the requirements for the information desks formulated by the library and how they are perceived by the librarians and the users of the library.

Despite this, they are having a hard time to get help and support from social service. The purpose of this study is to analyze how professionals express their experience about efforts and needs of efforts for abused women with substance abuse problems. Questions:1. How do professional´s in Kalmar think about the efforts for abused women with substance abuse problems?2.

This thesis examines the environmental benefits resulting from the choice of environmental certification scheme, with focus on energy. This was carried out by studying the measures that were implemented as a result of the certification of Sweco's three largest office buildings in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö. The office property in Stockholm has been certified with the Swedish Environmental Building, Gothenburg with the British BREEAM and Malmö with the U.S system LEED.The results from the study indicate that an environmental certification can reduce the energy consumption by up to 59 percent and the water consumption by 20 to 66 percent. However; the interviews, literature study and simulations in MATLAB indicate that the size and scope of these environmental benefits depend on several identified factors: the type of building and its conditions, system selection, grade level, the choice of indicators, the ambition of those involved and when in time the certification process begins. The comparison between Environmental Building, LEED and BREEAM showed that Environmental Building for the office property in Stockholm gave the largest environmental benefit in terms of reduced energy consumption thanks to several large measures.

Additionally, loyalty is based on service quality and customer satisfaction.

SAAB Aerotech division FGR in Arboga builds and develops equipment and components used in both military and civilian applications. To build a test system for a specific project that SAAB is responsible for requires a simple signal generator that can provide a pulse modulated signal. The need to buy a new advanced signal generator for example from Agilent is not as profitable as the instrument is expensive and contains features that SAAB does not require in their applications and test systems. That was the reason why SAAB offers two students a thesis where the goal is to construct a signal generator in accordance with what SAAB requests.This thesis contains several different phases. The first step was a meeting with our supervisor Mats Bergman and by reading the data sheets for components to be used in the project, with these information and specifications that we have received from SAAB we started to construct the signal generator.What we did during the construction work was to simulate and draw a schematic to be able to design the circuit board.

En av de vanligaste insatserna inom den sociala barnavården är familjehemsplaceringar av barn. Det är kommunen som har det övergripande ansvaret för placeringen. Det är vidare samhällets ansvar att enligt lag se till att den unga kommer ifrån en otrygg, bristfällig tillvaro och får god vård i familjehemmet. Socialnämnden beslutar om vården som antingen sker frivilligt med stöd av Socialtjänstlagen, eller med tvång med stöd av Lagen med särskilda bestämmelser om vård av unga. Syftet med uppsatsen är att förklara vad begreppet rättssäkerhet innebär, både utifrån en allmän definition och mer specifikt vid socialnämndens utredning och beslut om familjehemsplacering av barn och unga.

Sjuksköterskeutbildningen på högskolor i Sverige utgörs av teoretiska och praktiska studier, uppdelat på sex terminer. I den svenska utbildningstraditionen var upplägget att en person, lärare eller handledare, hade kunskapen om ett ämne där studenten skulle ställa frågor för att få ta del av denna kunskap. Denna tradition återfanns även i yrkesutbildningar så som sjuksköterskeutbildningen, även om den då lade mycket ansvar hos både studenten och handledaren. Syfte: Syftet med studien var att kartlägga hur sjuksköterskestudenter i termin 4 uppfattade det stöd de fick av sina handledare (kliniska sjuksköterskor) under VFU placeringarna i termin 4. Dessutom efterfrågades de egenskaper studenterna ansåg att en god handledare bör ha.

Interviews were conducted with employees of ABB and were to serve as the basis for our empirical work. A survey by the Communication Center was made in the spring 2010 and was also the basis for our empirical work.ConclusionsThe communication has been increasingly from one-to two-way communication. To get a functioning organization, it is required that the internal communication in the first place will work.

Bakgrund: Sjuksköterskestudenter kan känna sig sårbara i början av sin verksamhetsförlagda utbildning (VFU) och kan påverkas både positivt och negativt av bemötandet från både handledare och övrig personalgrupp.Syfte: Att undersöka sjuksköterskestudenters upplevelser av bemötande från handledare och övrig personalgrupp och hur detta påverkar förmågan att utföra omvårdnad, samt studenternas upplevelse av studentrollen.Metod: Kvalitativ forskningsdesign med fem semistrukturerade intervjuer.Resultat: Resultatet delades in i tre huvudkategorier: Bemötande från handledare; Bemötande från övrig personalgrupp och Studentroll. Ett bra bemötande karaktäriserades av vänlighet, involvering i arbetet och förmedlande av trygghet. Ett dåligt bemötande kunde bestå av försummelse, att känna sig i vägen och dålig struktur. Studenterna hade haft skiftande roller under VFU och samtliga hade positiva aspekter. Studenterna upplevde att de hade utvecklats i sin förmåga att utföra omvårdnad.Slutsats: Studien påvisar att det är viktigt för studenter hur de blir bemötta på sin VFU, och vilken roll de får på arbetsplatsen.

Uppsatsen handlar om vilket syfte APU har i frisörutbildningen och om skolan skall erbjuda APU varje vecka, eller i längre sammanhängande perioder? Syftet med studien har varit att bland annat undersöka vilket APU-upplägg som i utbildningssyfte är mest relevant och varför. För att få kunskap och information om vad branschen, rektor, frisörlärare samt handledare tyckte, har jag intervjuat ett antal personer. Intervjuerna var kvalitativa och strukturerade för att få deskriptiva svar. För att kunna få en så detaljerad analys som möjligt använde jag en digital bandspelare.
