Syftet med denna uppsats är att försöka finna de kristna motivens plats i berättandet i de tre Sagan om ringen-filmerna (The Lord of the Rings) av Peter Jackson. Arbete har lagts ned på att studera litteratur inom både religion och filosofi kring filmernas Midgård-berättelser, där dessa behandlar kristna motiv. Den etablerade forskningen kring detta ämne har hittills till stor del handlat om Tolkiens böcker och inte i särskilt stor utsträckning om filmerna. Därför kan uppsatsen anses relevant i en tid där filmen mer och mer ses som lika betydelsefullt medium som boken.Det resultat som har nåtts är att det förefaller vara en stor del av filmernas handling som har sitt ursprung inom kristendomens berättelser och motiv. Detta inte bara i filmernas stora och övergripande berättelse (i synnerhet berättelsen om Frodo och Sam) utan även i sidoberättelserna (särskilt de som berättar om Aragorn och Gandalf).

Syftet med examensarbetet var att göra en kvalitativ historiedidaktisk studie av gymnasieelevers intresse för historia i allmänhet och förståelse av en specifik historiekulturell artefakt i synnerhet. Detta är inte minst intressant med hänsyn till läroplanens riktlinjer om undervisningens anpassning och beaktande av elevernas erfarenhets- och livsvärld. En klass i respektive Historia A, B och C ? sammanlagt åttio elever ? fick läsa historikern, författaren och akademiledamoten Peter Englunds essä ?Om fattigdomens historia?. Därefter fick de svara på ett frågeformulär med öppna frågor om läsningen och deras förhållande till historiekultur i stort.

In recent decades, project based work form has taken a dominant role of work for many companies. Developments in the field have progressed rapidly and research has contributed to more efficient working practices. This study describes the elements that a project manager should keep in mind when he leads a project without actually being physically present, complex factors occurred and the basic approach to encounter them. The aim of this report is to examine factors that arise in the context of coordination at a distance and how companies, in their daily work, surpass these obstacles. The study does not include cultural differences, time zone differences and language differences, all very common in project management at distance.

This thesis is a study of spatial practice and literary depictions of homes in novels by Elsie Johansson, Kerstin Thorvall and Kristina Sandberg. The theoretical perspective is based on Henri Lefebvre´s view on social space, and on the concept of spatial practice. Research questions are: What homes are depicted? How does spatial practice function in the texts? How does the depictedspatial practice relate to norms and ideals?The novels, published 1993-2014, depict an interesting period in Swedish history (cirka 1920-1970) when politics and society at large was deeply involved in reshaping the homes and lives of Swedish citizens. The aim was to turn the citizens into new, healthy and rational parts of the new and rational society.

I skuggan av ett brottsoffer ? en kvantitativ studie om mediebevakningen av de personer Peter Mangs stod åtalad för brott mot i Malmö tingsrätt undersöker hur serieskytten Peter Mangs påstådda offer porträtterats i medierna. Uppsatsen undersöker om och hur samhällets bild av brottsoffer påverkar mediernas rapportering om dem.Uppsatsen utgår från den norske kriminologen Nils Christies teori om ideala brottsoffer, som ställer upp en tes för vilken typ av personer som lättast får fullständig och legitim status som offer, samt annan forskning om hur brottsoffer framställs i medierna. Detta för att undersöka vem som anses vara en offer- eller straffvärdig person i samhällets och mediernas ögon. Utifrån Christies teori och övrig forskning undersöks artiklar i Sveriges fem största dagstidningar, samt två andra dagstidningar, som behandlar de personer Mangs stod åtalad för brott mot, från den 6 november 2010, det datum då Mangs greps, fram till den 23 november 2012, då livstidsdomen mot honom slogs fast av Malmö tingsrätt.

The purpose of this thesis was to examine how to build a personal brand and how to use this brand. The method used was a case study with personal interviews. The persons who were interviewed was Jan Carlzon and Peter Wallenberg Jr, two of the most important persons in the Swedish business industry.
