The presented data were collected through interviews conducted with four employees on Gekås. Conclusion: The study concludes that for a business with cost leadership strategy the financial measurements are more important than non-financial meausurements. For Gekås it is important to keep the performance measurement simple and understandable for the employees. They only use three measurements (sales, hours and sales per hour) in planning and in evaluation.

Syftet med det här arbetet var att ta reda på vad jag som lärare kan lyfta fram i exempeltexten The Old Man and the Sea för att främja elevers förmåga att tolka innehållet i en text. Detta har jag framfört i en analys av romanen med hjälp av Peter J. Rabinowitz teori om konventionella regler i hans bok Before Reading (1997) genom att tydliggöra hur romanen kan förstås med hjälp av de konventioner som Hemingway såväl som hans läsare har att förhålla sig till. Vad jag visat är hur dessa konventioner som jag framlagt i analysen, till exempel avvikande detaljer i texten, förhåller sig till ett mera litterärt kompetent sätt att tolka genom att koppla dem till Örjan Torells (2002) teoretiska modell för litterär kompetens..

Problemområdet har varit att ta reda på hur sex lärare ser på sitt arbete med läs- och skrivutveckling i skolår 1, ur ett LTG- perspektiv (läsning på talets grund). Vi tycker att det finns outforskade luckor inom läs- och skrivutvecklingsområdet, gällande lärarperspektivet. Enligt vår mening har lärare blivit bortglömda då koncentrationen mest riktats på eleverna. Med denna undersökning vill vi bidra till kunskapsutveckling när det gäller blivande lärares kompetens inom läs- och skrivutveckling.

Det här gjorde att verksamheter var tvungna att anpassa sig för att göra rätt saker, vilket sedermera leder till behov av ständigt lärande i organisationen för att vara effektiva och innovativa. Alla individer har inte den kunskap som bygger på långa erfarenheter, det vill säga tyst kunskap som ofta betraktas som omedveten, abstrakt och svår att uttrycka. Därmed är det viktigt för verksamheter att utveckla och sprida den individuella kunskap som finns i organisationen för att den inte ska gå förlorad. Därmed är den här rapportens syfte att undersöka hur den tysta kunskapen hanteras inom fallföretaget genom att belysa dess karaktär i kontext med ledare. För att undersöka syftet med rapporten har en kvalitativ metod genomförts med intervjuer och observationer som datainsamlingsmetod för att få tag på djup och detaljrik data. De teorier som rapporten åsyftar på är relaterade till kunskapshantering och lärande organisationer med fokus på Peter Senges fem discipliner och Nonaka & Takeuchi SECI kunskapsomvandlingsprocess. Resultatet utföll i att respondenternas tidigare erfarenheter är avgörande i dagens arbete, där de viktigaste kunskaperna handlar övergripande om ledarskaps- och produktionskunskaper.

Syftet med min uppsats är att beskriva hur barn uppfattar alkohol i vardagslivet och hur deras föräldrar tänker kring ämnet. Jag har intervjuat fyra barn och fyra föräldrar för att se hur barn uppfattar alkohol och hur de socialiseras in i vuxnas tankar kring alkohol. Jag har använt mig utav kvalitativ och fenomenografisk metod, samt Alfred Schutz, Peter L. Bergers, Thomas Luckmanns och George Herbert Meads teorier och begrepp för att analysera mitt material. Mitt resultat visade att barnen uppfattade alkohol negativt och med en viss oro och rädsla.

TanumsFönster ABs fabrik utanför Tanumshede i Bohuslän är byggd i många etapper. Spånsugssystemet och delar av allmänventilationen har inte anpassats tillräckligt till nuvarande byggnad och verksamhet. Det saknas också ritningar och kunskap om aktuella luftflöden. De luftflöden som krävs för att spån-utsugen ska fungera bra ersätts inte av kontrollerad tilluft, istället läcker uteluft in genom otätheter och runt portar på grund av det stora undertryck som finns i byggnaden. Detta skapar, främst vintertid, problem i form av drag och höga uppvärmningskostnader.I detta examensarbete dokumenteras huvuddelarna av spånsugssystemet i maskinhallen med ritningar och flödesmätningar.
