Under hela utbildningens gång har jag frågat mig varför studie- och yrkesvägledar programmet är så skolfokuserat och jag har förstått att så har det alltid varit. Men varför har det fortsatt att vara så när arbetsmarknaden kontinuerligt förändras. Genom åren har det öppnats andra möjligheter där vi kan utnyttja vår utbildning och det vi lärt oss på ett mycket bra sätt. Mitt syfte med detta examensarbete är att på ett så bra och realistiskt sätt som möjligt utreda hur arbetsmarknaden för studie- och yrkesvägledare ser ut inom bemanningsbranschen. Dessutom få fram på ett så tydligt sätt som möjligt hur personalen inom ett bemanningsföretag är profilerad.

This study is intended to give an impartial view of a young and complex program in Sweden titled Product Innovation Engineering program. The purpose of this program is to increase innovation capability in Sweden that will result in new companies, patents and economic growth. The results from this study might give some direction to future innovation initiatives, but should primarily serve as a tool for the PIEp participants. The study will focus on investigating the creation of the program as well as the development of its strategy. From weaknesses and strengths within the strategy of the program the study should also attempt to show its future potential.

Syftet med den här undersökningen är att ta reda på några förskolechefers inställning till IKT. Hur ser de på möjligheterna som IKT kan erbjuda när det gäller utveckling av lärandet samt vilken inställning cheferna har till att utbilda sin personal? Metoden som användes var kvalitativa intervjuer med fyra stycken förskolechefer och undersökningen utfördes i två skilda kommuner för att jämföra deras syn med varandra när det gäller lärande och digitala medier. Resultatet visar att förskolecheferna i båda kommunerna är positiva när det gäller IKT i verksamheten. De vill satsa på den nya tekniken och att fortbilda sin personal och de betonar att IKT har goda möjligheter för lärande.

With the growth of information stored over Internet, especially in the biological field, and with discoveries being made daily in this domain, scientists are faced with an overwhelming amount of articles. Reading all published articles is a tedious and time-consuming process. Therefore a way to summarise the information in the articles is needed. A solution is the derivation of an ontology representing the knowledge enclosed in the set of articles and allowing to browse through them. In this thesis we present the tool Ontolo, which allows to build an initial ontology of a domain by inserting a set of articles related to that domain in the system.

Hemoglobin is built up from protein and heme groups which give the blood its red colour . Hemoglobin transports oxygen and carbon dioxide between the lungs and other tissues in the body. Normally, a piglet has a hemoglobin value of 130-150 gram per liter blood, and the lower limit before anaemia appears is 80 grams per liter blood. The immune defense is also dependent upon the presence of iron in hemoglobin, since iron participates in different enzyme systems. When the piglet develops anaemia, it becomes pale and thicker around the neck.

The purpose of this study was to examine young persons' experiences of life with ADHD. Semi structured interviews were done with four boys age 14-18 years, diagnosed with ADHD. The interviews followed a guide that consisted of themes with questions. The themes examined were: diagnosis, school, home, social and personal issues and how these themes are connected to ADHD. The results indicate that it is hard to live with ADHD.

The overall purpose with this study was to examine the influence elderly people have over their granted home help. Specifically, the aim was to examine in what extent the image of the elderly as a unique individual emerges in the plans where the home help is described [?genomförandeplaner?]. A plan which is personally designed is used as an indicator of personal influence. A text analysis inspired by Michel Foucault?s discourse concept, was carried out and the study adopts the concepts standardization and categorization as well as the theory of ?Sense of coherence?.

The aim of this study was to investigate how a workplace should be formed to promote health according to the employees. The study was made in IKEA handla hemma in Älmhult, Sweden. The aim of the study was to find out why people experience health at their workplace environment, from a salutogenetic point of view. The study is based on 12 strategically selected interviews and where analysed according to Grounded Theory. This resulted in a model where the core category was ?The prevailing spirit of the organisation? and the five main categories was ?That the organisation creates favourable conditions to promote health?, ?That there is a god atmosphere amongst the colleagues and the bosses?, ?The personal point of view about health?, ?The relationship to goals and responsibility? and ?The personal point of view about their surroundings?.

Självskadebeteende är ett stort hälsoproblem i Sverige och resten av världen, framförallt bland unga kvinnor (Socialstyrelsen, 2004a). Studier (Gollust, Eisenberg & Golberstein, 2008;Bjärehed & Lundh, 2008; Lloyd-Richardson, Perrine, Dierker & Kelley, 2007) visar att flickor och unga kvinnor aktivt skadar sig själva men att få av de drabbade söker vård för sina besvär. Patienter som skadar sig själva upplever att vårdpersonal har svårt att förstå deras situation (Craigen & Foster, 2009) samtidigt som vårdpersonal känner sig negativt inställda till att vårda patienter med självskadebeteende (Friedman et al. 2006). Det finns en frustration i vården bland både personal och patienter men endast lite evidensbaserad forskning kring området.

Structural changes on the grocery market usually take place when the consumer is persuaded to take on the more labourintense parts of the distributionprocess. Internettrade changes this by causing competition between the unpaid work done by consumers and the labor performed by employees. In this master thesis grocery shopping on the internet is analyzed in a economic perspective with focus on distribution, changing marketstructures, driving forces and the future potential of internet as a saleschannel. The main conclusions are that consumerdemand and the belief in electronic commerceas a costreducing mechanism as well as a powerful new marketing tool were the driving forces behind the fast growth of grocery shopping on the internet. Electronic commerce introduces a new model of distribution with changing roles for consumers and grocerychains.

By comparing the experience off interaction in a life world with a drug habit and a life world without a drug habit you might find how they differ. We asked four former drug abusers in four semi structured interviews to describe their experiences off interaction under these two circumstances. The difference between the two life worlds when it comes to interaction is that in the drug abusing life world our informants describe that communicative action has to stand back for a more goal oriented action. In the drug free life world, communicative action on the other hand is experienced as the most important action. The difference is about wether interaction is goal oriented or oriented at understanding.

Att arbeta inom omsorgen innebär en tät kontakt med andra människor. Vid arbete tillsammans med andra människor finns det ett behov av att kunna samarbeta med varandra. Det är den funktionshindrade som ska stå i centrum för all omsorgsverksamhet. Det är enhetschefen som har det övergripandet ansvaret över verksamheten, men det är personalen som arbetar närmast den funktionshindrade och som ser vilka behov som finns. Syftet för uppsatsen är att beskriva hur samarbetet mellan enhetschefer och personal inom omsorgen ser ut idag och hur de vill ha det i framtiden när parterna inte är lokaliserade på samma arbetsplats.

This paper focuses on the subject of Simone de Beauvoir and how she creates her view of motherhood. With help from Toril Moi?s method ? which she calls personal genealogy ? as a standpoint I have read Beauvoir?s autobiography Memoirs of a Dutiful Daughter with and against her essay about women, The Second Sex.The genealogy tries to understand the term ?making? and the idea of production or construction and the personal genealogy sees the subject ? the person ? as an extraordinarily complex effect of a whole network of different discourses or determinants. In order to be able to understand Beauvoir?s view on motherhood I have read her philosophy with and against the feminist philosopher Ulla M.

Studien avser att undersöka på vad personal inom förskolan har för kunskap om omsorgssvikt och anmälningsskyldighet eftersom Socialstyrelsens sammanställning visar på att vart tionde barn är utsatt för någon form av omsorgssvikt.  Litteraturdelen behandlar bland annat Lundéns (2010) avhandling angående omsorgssvikt och vilka tecknen är hos förskolebarn. Vi använder oss även av Bowlby (2010) och Gerhardt (2007) som beskriver hur viktigt det är med små barns anknytning till förälder eller annan anknytningsperson.   I studien görs tolv kvalitativa och kvantitativa intervjuer med personal som arbetar inom förskola. Undersökningen visar att förskolepersonalen inte har så stor kunskap om begreppet omsorgssvikt och känner sig osäkra på hur de ska gå tillväga vid en eventuell anmälan. Resultatet visar att det behövs kontinuerlig fortbildning både vad det gäller att uppmärksamma omsorgssvikt hos barnen på förskolan och hur personalen ska gå tillväga vid en anmälan till socialnämnden..

Gastric ulcer is a common disease among pigs in the whole world where an intensiveproduction occurs. It is mainly the upper region, the nonglandular region of the stomach thatis affected. Gastric ulceration is a disease with several risk factors. The factor that seems tohave the largest impact on the development of gastric ulceration is a small particle size of thefeed. The reported prevalence of gastric ulceration differs from 5 to 100 % and it is a largeherd-to-herd variation.
