En kvalitativ intervjuunderso?kning gjordes med sex deltagare och analyserades sedan genom en tolkande fenomenologisk analys (IPA). Fyra huvudteman med tillho?rande tva? underteman var valdes ut.

Ekonomiska medel till kulturverksamhet minskar i Sverige, samtidigt vittnar museipersonal om att kostnader ?kar. Museer som enligt kulturpolitiska m?l ?r ?mnade att bidra till samh?lls- och kunskapsbildning samt fr?mja deltagande och demokrati tvingas nu anpassa sina verksamheter efter nya f?ruts?ttningar. Genom deltagande observation och semistrukturerade intervjuer med personal p? ett museum i ?sterg?tland avser denna studie att unders?ka hur museipersonal upplever, och hanterar, utveckling av museiverksamhet.

According to the national curriculum guidelines for elementary school, preschool and after-school 2011, (i.e. Lgr11), the Swedish school is based on a democratic foundation. Schools should prepare students to develop an understanding and acceptance of cultural diversity not only in the society as a whole but also how this should be reflected in the morals and ethics between us. The purpose of this study was to describe how teachers in multicultural schools perceptions and experiences on teaching pupils with diverse immigrant origin, and how they apply these cultural expression in practice.In particular, I focus on four teachers in multicultural schools and how they reason about applying cultural expressions that are transmitted at these schools and by them. Explicitly, I review how from policy documents and their own personal pedagogic are reflected in the actual teaching.

Bakgrund: Hjärtinfarkt är den vanligaste dödsorsaken bland kvinnor i världen. Män och kvinnor har i regel inte sammasymtom, kvinnor får oftast ont i höger skuldra, känner illamående samt åtstramning vid käkarna. Eftersom hjärtat är starkt förknippat med livet upplever många kvinnor olika känslomässiga upplevelser. Syfte: Syftet var att beskriva kvinnors upplevelser av vardagslivet efter hjärtinfarkt. Metod: En allmän litteraturstudie som grundades på kvalitativa vetenskapliga artiklar gjordes.

The aim of this qualitative study was to examine six individuals' experiences to talk about the sexual abuse that occurred in their childhood. We interviewed five women and one man, using a phenomenological approach during the work process. The theories emerged as we analyzed our results and appeared to be communication, cognitive theory, validation, trauma theory and taboo. The results showed that the respondents, whom disclosed the abuse as children, were most likely to get a negative response from both formal and informal support systems. While as adults they were confirmed to a greater extent and therefore achieved a better physical and mental wellbeing.

Bakgrund: Bröstcancer är den vanligaste cancerformen bland kvinnor i Sverige. Varje år drabbas cirka 7000 kvinnor. Det är därför viktigt att sjuksköterskan har kunskap om dessa kvinnors upplevelser. Syfte: Syftet var att beskriva kvinnors upplevelser av att drabbas av bröstcancer, från diagnos till behandling. Metod: En allmän litteraturstudie med induktiv innehållsanalys genomfördes.

Background: Stroke is one of the leading causes for longlasting sequelae, among themloss in cognitive function, like aphasia. Aphasia effects the patients ability to understandand express themselves in speaking and writing. To be able to reach a good level of care,the careproviders and patients ought to have the same goals and values. This requires agood communication between the careproviders and patients. Which can be problematicfor the caregivers when they don't feel secure in their way of getting close to these patients.Aim: The purpose of this study was to illuminate caregivers experience of caring forpatients with the diagnosis aphasia following stroke.Method: This is a literature study where nine studies, with qualitative design, has beenanalyzed and compiled.

Bakgrund: Natur i vården eller grön terapi innebar att kontakt med natur och växter användes som en kompletterande behandling för att läka och lindra. Naturen påverkade människor med demens. Den hjälpte dem att hålla i gång olika funktioner och färdigheter i kroppen. Syftet: med litteraturöversikten var att belysa naturens effekter för människor med demens och att beskriva implementering av naturen i klinisk verksamhet. Metod: Litteraturöversikt, där åtta kvantitativa och tre kvalitativa artiklar bearbetades och analyserades med innehållsanalys.

Syftet med litteraturstudien var att beskriva förebyggande omvårdnadsåtgärder vid ventilatorassocierad pneumoni (VAP), vilket är en form av pneumoni som är sjukhusförärvad och relaterad till att patienten är intuberad, så kallad nosokomial infektion. Längre vårdtid, ökad kostnad samt mortalitet ses vid VAP. Resultatet som framkom var att personal ska ha god handhygien vilket var en av viktigaste åtgärden för att förebygga VAP. Andra förebyggande omvårdnadsåtgärder är att vårdpersonal ska hjälpa patienten som vårdas i respirator med munvården och använda hjälpmedel för detta. Personal ska även hjälpa patienten med lämplig höjning på huvudgärden då detta också minskar riken för VAP, även sugning och befuktning av luftvägar är en åtgärd som patienten behöver hjälp med..

Introduction: The conversation is one of the main components of the nursing process in psychiatric care. The preunderstanding on this research field is described based on theoretical concepts that together form the basis for understanding the study; nurse's role in psychiatric care, communication and caring relationship, as well as theories of the caring conversation and person-centered care. Research on the caring conversation as a theory and how it is experienced by patients existed, however, no research from the nurse's perspective was found.Aim: The aim of the study was to describe nurses' experiences of the caring conversation with patients in psychiatric open care units.Method: Qualitative research interviews were conducted with six nurses working in outpatient psychiatric care in the west region in Sweden. The interviews were recorded, transcribed and then analyzed according to the qualitative content analysis as described by Graneheim and Lundman (2004).Results: Four categories with related subcategories were distinguished throughout the analysis: The caring conversation, The importance of the care plan, Limitations and Caring based on the patients narrative.Discussion: An uncertainty about what caring conversation is and what it should contain creates uncertainty in the nurse's work. This results in a need for training for the individual nurse and the further research to obtain evidence for the importance of conversation in caring work.

Sexuality has an important role in human life and there are many opinions about how to handle questions about sexuality. The attitudes have change over time and differ between different cultures, gender and age. This study deals with the question about youth attitudes to sex and personal relationships and what impact the education in this filed have on the youth. We have also studied how the education is organized. To get answers to these questions we have performed a questionnaire study among 116 students in grade seven to nine in an elementary school in Western Sweden.

This paper aimed to investigate how Swedish politicians use social media Twitter and Instagram and if there was evidence to discern of personal branding and identity creation. Main method used was the observation of four politicians? shared content on Twitter and Instagram. In order to strengthen the results of the study, interviews were also made on the same politicians, of which two responded. The study showed, among other results that Twitter is used more for political aspects and Instagram to show personality and lifestyle.

Introduktion:Inför en kirurgisk operation spelar den preoperativa informationen till patienten en mycket viktig roll för att patienten skall känna sig trygg i en annars maktlös situation. Detta lägger stort ansvar på den person som genomför det preoperativa samtalet.Syfte:Syftet med detta kvalitetssäkringsarbete var att beskriva patienters upplevelser av den perioperativa processen samt upplevelser av den preoperativt givna informationen.Metod:Arbetet har en kvalitativ ansats där åtta patienter som opererats med colorektal kirurgi vid kirurgisk klinik ingick. Semistrukturerade intervjuer gjordes där alla intervjuer spelades in och transkriberades ordagrant. Insamlad data analyserades med kvalitativ innehållsanalys.Resultat:Analysen resulterade i fyra kategorier och nio subkategorier. Dessa redovisas dels i en tabell samt i en berättande text med citat från intervjuerna.
