Syftet är att undersöka hur personal arbetar med samverkan och hur vårdnadshavare i förskolans verksamhet  beskriver samverkan mellan hem och förskola i mångkulturella verksamheter. I förskolans läroplan (Lpfö98/2010) står det att förskolan ska ge vårdnadshavare delaktighet och inflytande i samspel med den individuella familjens behov. Vi har genomfört en kvalitativ undersökning där vi har intervjuat personal och vårdnadshavare vad de tycker är betydelsefullt för en god samverkan. Undersökningen har genomförts med hjälp av medvetna öppna frågor följt av följdfrågor. Resultaten har jämförts mellan personal och vårdnadshavare för att undersöka respektives perspektiv på samverkan.

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe through a quantitative study the extent of support received by foster families, their opinion of the support and any areas that might need improvement. The foster families receive foster care support through a private agency. We concentrated on the following areas of support; education, health, contact with the children?s biological relatives and behavioral difficulties. These four areas have, in previous research, shown to be problematic for foster children.

People with severe mental illness and co-occurring substance abuse are an especially vulnerable group in society as health care for those is shared between municipality and county council. There is an associated health need of this target group so the interaction of the social services and the psychiatric care is of great importance. However, there are shortcomings in this interaction with results in that people with dual diagnosis do not always receive adequate care. Diverse knowledge and explanatory models may create problems for the interaction as they include different ways to define, understand, explain and deal with a problem. The purpose of this study was to examine how the interaction between the social service addiction treatment and the psychiatric care is, concerning people with dual diagnosis, focusing on how their respective knowledge and explanatory models affect the interaction.

Introduction: About 160 children with Down syndrome are born each year in Sweden. They will spend their first time in life at the neonatal departments around the country. Previous research has shown that parents in these situations have experienced an unsatisfying behaviour from the caregivers and that they are not getting the care they desire. However the research that reflects the nurses? role in these situations is sparsely studied.

Bakgrund: I Sverige tvångsvårdas 3000 personer varje dag utifrån Lagen om psykiatrisk tvångsvård eller Lagen om rättspsykiatrisk vård. Tvångsvård får endast ges om personen lider av en allvarlig psykisk störning, eller på grund av sitt psykiska tillstånd har ett nödvändigt behov av psykiatrisk vård, som inte kan tillgodoses på annat sätt än att personen är intagen på en psykiatrisk vårdavdelning. Viktiga principer att praktisera vid tvångsvård är autonomiprincipen, människovärdesprincipen, legalitetsprincipen och integritetsprincipen.Syftet: Syftet i denna litteraturstudie var att belysa patientens upplevelse av psykiatrisk tvångsvård inom slutenvård.Metod: En systematisk litteraturstudie med 14 kvalitativa artiklar som inkluderats efter sökning i databaserna Cinahl, PubMed och PsycINFO.Resultat: Åtta olika kategorier framkom, Att medicineras under tvång, Att bli frihetsberövad, Att få adekvat stöd från personal och familj, Att få adekvat och kompetent vård, Att inte få tillräckligt med information, Att inte bli bemött som en värdig människa, Att inte få behålla sin autonomi, Att inte få behålla sin identitet.Diskussion: Resultatdiskussionen är baserad på tre huvudfynd, Delaktighet, Information, Människovärde. The aim of this literature review was to elucidate how suicidal and self-harming patients should be treated and cared for, mainly in the acute phase in somatic care. Searches were conducted in databases with relevant keywords. Qualitative and quantitative articles were included, would not be more than 20 years, be written in Swedish or English, and match the aim of the study. Results showed that nurses and patients felt that the treatment would be respectful, non-judgmental and characterized by active listening and clear communication. Poor care was described as disrespect and lack of understanding.
