The study sheds light on pupils individual plans of development and portfolios from the perspective of children. It has an ethnographic standpoint. It was carried out on children and pupils in pre-school, pre-school class and third grade. By further investigating how children and pupils use their individual development plans and portfolios, in which settings and to whom they communicate them, this study is able to grasp the discourse that is created around the instrument itself. This study is also interested in and aims to find the theoretical frame, in essence, which envelops both the construction of childhood and children?s own activities within the limitations and opportunities that this structure offers.

Our modern society is in many ways built with and dependent on fossil fuels, which are used for energy production as well as for transporting humans and goods. Without the oil, many of the things we take for granted would not be possible. During the last century, the use of oil has increased steadily and will probably keep increasing as the world population and the economic well-being for many people increase. Since the oil is a finite resource, we will have to find other fuels that can replace it if we want to keep the same rate of development in the future as the availability of petrol fuels will decrease with rising prices as a result. Furthermore, fossil fuels have the disadvantage that they produce harmful emissions when combusted and thus affect the climate and air quality locally and globally.

I projektet har jag utformat ett bord för hemmet som man kan leva med hela livet och som enkelt kan anpassas utifrån olika människors behov, och förändras allt eftersom ens livssituation och behov förändras.  Bordet ska kännas värdefullt och få ett mervärde genom att laddas med personliga berättelser och vara något man vill behålla och bevara.   Samtidigt är bordet tänkt att vara en startpunkt för att få människor att börja reflektera över sina förhållningssätt till konsumtion och vilka värden som är viktiga i livet. I ett längre perspektiv  hoppas jag att detta kan minska den onödiga konsumtionen och bryta den slit- och slängmentalitet som råder i samhället..

Transcending sound design is possible. There are unseen possibilities and a great potential for improvement and development in sound and music design ? but there is a great difficulty penetrating the obstacles that lies in the way for such development to take place and to exist. The difficulties in being negotiable and productive lies more within the limits of the audience it has to gain, than in itself. It is as though music and sound design has to evolve very slowly, in an almost evolutionary style; one step at a time, to be accepted.

Bakgrund: Omvårdnaden av en människa med demenssjukdom på särskilt boende kräver resurser i form av personal, ändamålsenliga lokaler samt läkemedel. Det behövs adekvat utbildad personal med lämpliga personliga egenskaper för att skapa långvariga relationer med närstående och boende. Syfte: Syftet med den här studien är att undersöka upplevelsen av att vara närstående till en människa med demenssjukdom boende på särskilt boende. Metod: En litteraturstudie genomfördes där tio vetenskapliga artiklar granskades och analyserades efter en modell framtagen av Friberg (2006). Resultat: Fem teman framkom genom analysen; de närståendes upplevelser av omvårdnaden på särskilt boende, upplevelsen av att besöka sin familjemedlem, upplevelsen av aktiviteter, upplevelser av den fysiska miljön och integritet samt upplevelsen av att hantera sin situation.

This master thesis, which has been carried out in collaboration with Fairtrade,investigates how sustainable development can be integrated in the mathematicaldiscipline in the Swedish upper secondary school. The study includedfindings on design and disposition, with sustainability themes relatedto Fairtrade. This since Fairtrade is going to use the study as a basis forthe development of an educational material. The results of the study areof interest to teachers and organizations that want to develop educationalmaterial that integrate sustainable development in mathematics education.The main focus of the study has been the teachers? preferences on dispositionand design.Semi-structured interviews were conducted with seven mathematics teachersin the Stockholm area.

De stora och etablerade gymkedjorna verkar på en marknad som kännetecknas av att vara mogen och som under de senaste åren blivit utsatt för en ökad konkurrens. Den ökade konkurrensen utgörs utav de nyetablerade lågpriskedjorna. Strukturer med höga omkostnader gör de etablerande svårföränderliga till en sänkning av pris till samma nivå som de nyetablerade. De måste därmed skapa mervärde exempelvis genom personal och service i form utav intern marknadsföring. Studiens syfte är att analysera och undersöka intern marknadsföring mellan ledning och personal och dess påverkan på kundlojalitet och långsiktig överlevnad för ett stort, etablerat träningsföretag.

Forskningen har i decennier ifrågasatt anställningsintervjuns validitet och reliabilitet. Trots detta så är intervjun ett av de vanligast förkommande urvalsinstrumenten vid rekrytering av personal. Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur rekryteraren tillämpar intervjun som urvals¬instrument vid rekrytering av personal och att få vetskap om hur rekryteraren förbereder och genomför intervjun samt efterarbetet med att bedöma kandidaten. De åtta deltagarna i studien valdes utifrån bekvämlighet och informativitet. Data samlades in med hjälp av halvstrukturerade intervjuer och analyserades med induktiv tematisk analys.

All inclusive travel has become a popular way to travel abroad. When tourists pay for everything in advance their need for contact with the local people will be reduced. The consequences of this can be dissatisfaction from the local people as they are left out and do not share the financial benefits created by tourism. During the purchasing cycle of an all inclusive travel, it is possible that the tour operator can influence a sustainable development.The aim of this paper is to compare how a large and a small tour operator in their purchase of all inclusive holidays interacts with local players to create sustainable development, thereby creating a surplus value to the customer. The hypothesis is that the amount of knowledge and application of this knowledge regarding sustainable development differs in the purchase process between large and small tour operators.This paper was carried out as a case study.

Syftet med uppsatsen var att beskriva ett företags belöningssystem och vilka målsättningar ledningen har med belöningssystemet. Vidare ville vi beskriva hur företagets ledning och personal upplevde utfallet av belöningssystemet, samt förklara eventuella skillnader mellan målsättningar och utfall. Uppsatsens referensram behandlar teorier om belöningar, styrning och motivation. Vår fallstudie av valutaväxlingsföretaget FOREX genomfördes med hjälp av en telefonintervju med företagsledningen samt telefonintervjuer med hjälp av ett standardiserat frågeformulär med personal från 15 av FOREX butiker. Resultaten i vår undersökning visar att ett bra utformat belöningssystem kan motivera personalen att prestera bättre, men det är svårt att utforma ett belöningssystem som all personal inom företaget uppskattar eftersom alla individer har olika preferenser, behov och mål.

The main purpose of recruiting is to find a job candidate who meets the demands of formal and informal competence at the same time as the candidate should be seen as the right person to the right place. Several job advertisements in the areas of finance and administration has at least two years of work experience as a demand before individuals can be seen as an appropriate job-candidate, hence it becomes a sort of ?catch-22? for graduates with no prior work experience. The purpose of this study is to create a better understanding for recruiters? approach and attitude to hiring individuals who only have a university degree.

To be able to read and write is necessary to manage well in life. It is important to get a good start in one´s reading and writing development. My purpose in this study was to find out how to teach children to read and write. Obtain knowledge about how to best help children during the early years of reading and writing development, and what is required to teach good reading and writing skills.I wanted to find out how the pedagogues work in the schools, and if they use ant special methods in their teaching. This is something that I, as a future pedagogue didn´t have much knowledge about, which is very important for my future pupils.My research method was qualitative where I interviewed three pedagogues who work whit teaching reading and writing in the early years.

The aim of this thesis is to describe how service companies through adjustment of the customer?s zone of tolerance can influence customer?s perception of the service during the processes of service delivery and create customer satisfaction. The method used was case study approach utilizing personal interviews, which were conducted at two service companies. The study showed that the aspects of the service that have greatest importance for the customer?s assessment of the service and customer satisfaction among others are personal treatment and that personel behave in the way that makes the customer feel itself taken good care of and unique.

Since the 1980s, the management philosophy New Public Management has resulted in major changes in the public administration system in several countries, especially in the West. A market oriented approach and an increased focus on performance measurement are ideals that are salient in these changes. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to examine the management philosophy?s influence on international relations through a critical analysis of some of its ideals in the management of international development cooperation, where effectiveness, quality, and results have been new dominant concepts. Through a qualitative content analysis of a Swedish Communication from 2014 ? the Aid Policy Framework ? and a debate in the Swedish parliament where this Communication was discussed, different themes that reflect the strategy of so called results based management in Sweden are identified.

The purpose of this master's thesis is to describe and analyse the origin and development of the libraries in the town of Värnamo, between the years 1908 and 1960, when a new modern public library was inaugurated. The method I have used is, to a great extent, examining and analysing source material from the archive of the municipality in Värnamo and the popular movement in Jönköping. As a background to my study I describe the development of the Swedish society, from the end of the nineteenth-, until the middle of the twentieth century. I also describe the local development of Värnamo, during the same period. Furthermore I also give a general description of the progress of the libraries in Sweden during the same time.
