SAMMANFATTNING  BakgrundDagens palliativa vård härrör från hospicerörelsen som växte fram på 1960-talet i England. För att få palliativ vård ska den vårdsökande ha en sjukdom som inte går att bota och närma sig livets slut. Ett syfte med den palliativa vården är att främja livskvaliteten genom att se till hela människan. Ett av målen med behandlingen inom palliativ vård är att ge symtomlindring. Palliativ vård ges inom sluten vård, på hospice och inom den palliativa hemsjukvården.

Genom att observera ledare i videoupptagningar har ett försök gjorts att identifiera och kvantifiera kännetecknande drag för kommunikativt ledarskap. Några tendenser till vad som är kännetecknande är ett metaforiskt och personligt språk. Kommunikativa ledare anpassar sin talhastighet som gör att uppmärksamheten kvarstår hos mottagarna utan att förståelsen går förlorad. Talhastigheten får således varken vara för snabb eller för långsam. Alla ledare i studien använder sig av tredje person i sina tal och de flesta använder negativa ord mer än positiva.

This paper is about Soren Aabye Kierkegaards (1813-1855) philosophy regarding the relation between the aesthetic and the ethic stage. The result of the essay is a modification of the aesthetic problem. The suggestion is to convert part of Kierkegaard?s metaphysical claims into an epistemic approach. Fem kvalitativa intervjuer gjordes med syfte att undersöka huruvida olika typer avmetoder att tänka används då en person transponerar en notbild, och i så fall hur dessametoder kunde beskrivas. Intervjupersonerna spelar brassinstrument på högamatörnivå och i några fall professionell nivå. Utifrån resultatet kunde fyrahuvudsakliga metoder urskiljas: 1. Notflyttning ? då man tänker sig en annan skrivennot och kan läsa av den.

In my work as family counselor I have long seen a pattern with many of the couples I?ve met. Thepattern consists of a movement where one person take an offensive, accusing and sometimeschasing position, whilst the other person is on the retreat. Over and over again I?ve made theexperience that if you help them solve a single problem another one pops up.

För att förklara varför småföretagare fattar de finansiella beslut de gör, har vi antagit ett processuellt perspektiv. Vi har gjort en kvalitativ studie på fyra småföretag där ägaren även är företagsledare. Detta för att vi förväntade oss att beslutsprocessen i dessa företag till stor del kretsar kring denna person. Genom att utgå från teorier rörande beslutsprocesser, risk, osäkerhet, lärande och kapitalstruktur belyser vi vilka överväganden och faktorer som påverkar de finansiella besluten i småföretag. Uppsatsen visar att beslutsprocess och beslut är beroende av de som medverkar i beslutsprocessen.

Enligt senast sammanställd statistik avled 91820 människor i Sverige år 2007. Vem som bör lämna ett dödsbud bestäms i enskilda fall med utgångspunkt i att de anhöriga bör visas hänsyn och omtanke. En sjuksköterska är oftast den person som möter de anhöriga då de får ett dödsbud. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka hur sjuksköterskan bör hantera ett dödsbud till anhöriga. Studien har genomförts som en litteraturstudie.

The purpose of the literature review was to illuminate how family are responded to in health care and their experiences with a sick person in the palliative care. Ten articles dealing with the questions have been used. The questions emphasized how family experienced the response from people working within health care, their own situations and if they felt they were sufficiently informed. The results were presented from out in the questions in two themes families positive and negative experiences. The results show that for the families to have positive experiences of the respons, the situation and the information given, the working within health care have to make families feel part of the palliative care, to the extent they wish to participate..

Fitting in is something that many strive for in today?s society. In order to do this, more or less all of us use impression management. The illness Anorexia contradicts the norms of society since eating is a fundamental need, and to refrain from this is therefore a major discrepancy. It is the impression management among anorectics we have chosen to put our emphasis on in this survey in which about ten people have been interviewed with a qualitative method.

The purpose of this study was to examine how four teachers with different teaching experiences treat and think about insubordination in school. The study emphasizes on questions like: When and why does disorder occur? How do the teachers manage disorderly conduct in the classroom? and Could there be a conflict between the teacher?s expectations and management, and the needs and motivation of the pupil?    It was evident through interviews with these four teachers that their statements could be divided into similar themes which subsequently could be put into the motivational structure of Abraham H. Maslow.       The conclusion of the study was that teachers may possibly have a better chance of managing disorder in their classroom if they are aware of the connection between disorderly conduct and a person?s needs and motivation. .

Sedan en tid tillbaka har karatelandslaget haft behov av fysiologiska tester och de har velat ta fram en ny kravprofil. Det har tidigare funnits två stycken kravprofiler som man inte har utvärderat och båda är skapade av två olika ledningar.Syfte:Syftet är att utvärdera tester som landslaget skall använda vid uttagningar och vid fysiologiska testtillfällen för att se utvecklingen i de fysiska förmågorna hos aktiva.Frågeställningar:Vilka tester skall läggas till kravprofilen? Vilka tester skall tas bort från kravprofilen?, Vilka tester skall förändras i kravprofilen?Metod:Äldre kravprofiler granskades och internationella förbund kontaktades med telefon och internet för att ta reda på mer information om fystester. Förbund som kontaktades var turkiska -, franska-, spanska -, ryska - och japanska förbundet. Även likartade idrottsförbund som boxning -, wushu - och takewandoförbundet kontaktades.

The purpose of this study was to review a group of youths in a municipality which all had committed criminal acts. The study is based on 66 youths between the ages of 13 and 20 that were all matters for the social services. The social inquiries of the youths where reviewed using a quantitative method. Their backgrounds where examined to identify what type of risk factors they had and what type of crimes they had committed with an aim to detect if there were a relationship between the risk factors and the art of the crime. The result of the study showed that the majority had committed crimes against another person and the risk factors included family related factors and school problems.
