Fornföreningen Fibula on the Aland Islands contacts the author because its members want to create a museum.The purpose of this two years master?s thesis in Archive, Library and Museum studies is to shed light on what a museum really is. The research question I have answered is ?what is a museum and is this what Fibula really wants in their reconstructed Viking village??. Based on interview material, ethnographic field studies, relevant research in the subject and documents from Fibula, I have answered the research question.

This thesis describes the work process and the results for the development of a newkind of ergonomic cleaning mop, ranging from basic concept to a virtually productionready digital prototype. The project was made in cooperation with, Ömer Altun, whowas also the project supervisor, and whose plan it is to launch this new product onthe market in a foreseeable future. The mop is meant to be used by both professionalcleaning staff and ordinary home users. What makes this product unique is that it hasa movable center piece that simplifies the cleaning under low furniture.The work began with the establishment of a product requirements specification andlater a study of similar products and existing functional models was conducted. Afterthese surveys the work began with refining the existing concepts in order to makethem more complete.

Insjuknandet i hjärtinfarkt kommer ofta plötsligt och utan förvarning. Många som drabbas är friska sedan tidigare och insjuknandet innebär en förändrad livssituation för de drabbade. För kvinnor som drabbas av hjärtin- farkt är symtombilden ofta mer diffus än männens. Det medför svårigheter för kvinnorna att inse att de är sjuka och i behov av vård, vilket bidrar till att de söker vård senare än männen. Den försenade vården och behandlingen kan medföra sämre prognos för kvinnornas hjärtsjukdom.

ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) är genetisk neuropsykiatriskt funktionshinder som har på senare tid uppmärksammats med ökande antalet diagnoser. Primära ADHD symptom kan behandlas framgångsrikt med medicin, men för att behandla resterande symptom och få stöd med medicinering behövs det kompletterande psykoterapi. Situationer när vuxna med ADHD behöver hjälp uppstår hela tiden och personer med ADHD behöver en coach för att klara av vardagen. Kunskap om att ADHD har bestående symptom i vuxen ålder är ny och det finns behov av att utveckla nya metoder för behandling av vuxna med ADHD. De mest framgångsrika former av rehabilitering av personer med ADHD bedöms vara de med multiprofessionella insatser.

AbstractIn this study, then collaboration agreement impact of the work on 11 and 19 § § MBL are studied. The employer and collective agreements bearing employee union are often involved in collaborative agreements to facilitate cooperation between them. Issues addressed to collaboration areoften questions related to employee participation. The purpose of this study is to investigate two local employers and related collective bearing employee unionsview of the cooperation agreement related to the MBL. The purpose leads to these questions:?How can co-operation agreements affect 11 and 19 § § MBL??What are theadvantages and disadvantages cooperation agreementscan lead to, regardingemployer disclosure and negotiation duty?To try to sort out these issues are interviews conducted to create a greater understanding of the work of the Cooperation Agreement between organizations and how it affects them.Results of the study suggest that collaboration agreement leads to simplifications in the work of the employer's information and bargaining duty.

Fårön ligger strax norr om Piteå centrum och nyttjas för fritidsboende, permanent boende och som ett ströv- och naturområde. Idag förbinds ön till fastlandet över det 140 meter breda sundet av en lång bank och en cirka 10 meter lång betongbro. Den långa banken hindrar vattenströmningen i sundet och bidrar till en ökad uppgrundning. Bron är så smal att inga fordon kan mötas och även cyklister och gångtrafikanter upplever det besvärligt med mötande trafik på bron. Syftet med detta examensarbete har varit att för tre broalternativ undersöka vattenföringen i sundet, broarnas arkitektur, konstruktionslösningar och ekonomi och sedan utifrån dessa fyra parametrarna bedöma vilket utan broalternativen som är bäst lämpat att bygga.

Ever since ABB has begun diecasting their rotors instead of permanent mold casting it,variation in the quality of the cast has arisen. Diecasting is performed in three differentmachines, M1, M2, M3 with 400, 660 respectively 800 tons of die locking pressures.The aim of this thesis is to answer the following questions:What is the ?right? cast quality? How is the right quality achieved?For sizes 160-180 solutions will be proposed that consider eccentricity between thelaminate and the short circuit ring as well as elimination of the thin Al film that appearson the outer periphery of the rotors.Through considering the statistic material the most often diverging rotor type has beenidentified and one of the actual rotors has been sent to a laboratory to be analyzed inorder to establish the current defects. The result of the analysis shows that there areplenty of gas- and oxide-porosity.It has been proved that every time the dies temperature decreased below 120°C thecontent of gas porosity increased. It is due to rapid solidification of metal that flowsthrough the ?cold? laminate.It has confirmed that enhanced porosity in squirrel cage causes high impedance in therotors.

Syftet med studien är att öka förståelsen för den process som leder till hemlöshet. Utifrån intervjuer med nio personer belyses de hemlöshetsgenererande processer som för var och en av dem lett till att de förlorat sin bostad och inte kunnat få någon ny.Intervjuerna har analyserats med hjälp av fattigdomsspiralen. Analysen visar hur de intervjuades resurser successivt har utarmats när de passerat genom olika stadier av kriser och svårigheter. Successivt har de förlorat makten över sina liv och för några av dem har detta lett till permanent fattigdom och utslagning. Genom att använda ett krisperspektiv kan utslagningsprocessen göras tydlig.Studien visar också hur socialtjänsten för flera av de intervjuade medverkat i utslagningsprocessen.

Introduction: Urinary retention is a common postoperative complication associated with bladder distension. Permanent damage to the bladder affects the patient?s quality of life and may lead to a lifelong inability to empty the bladder and needs of self-catheterization with the risk of urinary tract infection. Bladder distension was classified as the fourth largest health care related injury in Sweden in 2013. Bladder distension may occur before the operation starts and is more common among orthopedic patients.

By using pollen analysis and 14C-dating, the history of vegetation and land use at the old shieling place (Sw: fäbodställe) Öjingsvallen in Ängersjö parish, central Sweden, was studied. The aim of the study was to answer the following questions: 1) When was Öjingsvallen established as a shieling place? 2) What was the land use at Öjingsvallen? 3) Was the use of Öjingsvallen as a shieling place affected by the agricultural crisis in the 14th and 15th centuries? 4) Is there any relation between the establishment and land use of Öjingsvallen as a shieling place and the historically known increase in the number of shieling sites known to have taken place in the 16th and 17th centuries? 5) Was the use of Öjingsvallen as a shieling place affected by the iron production in the area? According to the study, Öjingsvallen was probably established as a shieling place during the period A.D. 300-700. The main land use at this time was forest grazing.

Förra året anmäldes det 792 personrån i Malmö, av vilka många utfördes av personer under 18 år. På andra sidan Öresund, ligger storstaden Köpenhamn med över en miljon invånare. Trots att Köpenhamn har nästan fyra gånger större befolkning än Malmö samt liknande problem med segregation och arbetslöshet anmäldes det där bara runt 400 personrån förra året. Syftet med denna rapport är att studera hur polisen i Malmö respektive Köpenhamn arbetar mot problemet och med hjälp av teorin om problembaserat polisarbete och dess tre nivåer av brottsförebyggande polisarbete, belysa skillnader och likheter i arbetssätt samt förklara dessa. Resultatet visar på stora skillnader i det rent repressiva arbetet, fram för allt styrt av olika juridiska förutsättningar att använda vissa tvångsmedel så.

Today there is an increasing market for businesses concerning horses, and since we are already running such establishments we sort of speak already have a finger in the pie. Due tothe increasing competition and demands, new and more practical constructions have become a necessity. In doing this project I wanted to make a comparison between having a stable integrated with a manege and having both constructions kept separate. I wanted to compare different layout and make an estimate of costs to see which solution would be less expensive and better with regard to working environment. I will further also deal with different ventilation-systems andlight transmissions.

Information technology and globalization has led to an increasing competition and service production has been more and more independent of locations. This has made a market of outsourced telephone costumer service possible. Due to high establishment the market has been saturated and with that price has sunk. Customer companies have the last few years got more negative to outsourcing of their telephone customer service as they through operating the customer service internally want to get closer to their customers.In the empirical study the writers try to figure out which companies the callcenters should try to aim towards to get long and profitable cooperation. This will be done through deducing guiding principles from theories about how different factors around companies costumer service should look like.

Projektorganisationer är en allt mer förekommande typ av organisation där det dagliga arbetet utförs nästan uteslutande i flera, temporära projekt som byter av varandra. I projekten finner vi projektdeltagarna och projektledaren. En del funktioner är inte i projektform utan finns där på permanent basis i organisationen. En problematik som återfinns i projektorganisationer är att det råder intressekonflikter mellan projektens mer kortsiktiga och den permanenta organisationens mer långsiktiga mål. Syftet med denna studie är att utforska projektledarens betydelse förkompetensutveckling av projektdeltagarna i en organisationskontext dominerad av projekt.
