Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka hur elever tar till sig kartkunskapen i skolan, och hur de bibehåller den. Elevernas syn på kartor och dess betydelse undersöks också. Undersökningen har gjorts i en 8:e klass som dels har följts under en period, där eleverna har fått göra ett och samma karttest vid tre olika tillfällen, dels en undersökning om elevernas möjlighet till att identifiera delar av en helhet (kartan). Resultatet visar att elevernas kartkunskaper är låga, men med undervisning tar de till sig kartkunskap och bibehåller den. The residential yard at Kvarteret Landsfiskalen 1, in the area Herrgården in Rosengård, Malmö was built in 1971 and has since then been reconstructed twice, in 1984 and 2008. The yard is found in an area which was built during the years 1965 ? 1974, a period in which the swedish goverment approved a decision to build one million homes, and much of the events in this particular yard is also typical for the process in many other areas built during the same period.At the original construction the design of the yard was entirely incused by the pressure in time and finance, one was under at that time, in order to over- come the housing shortage. The design it has nevertheless been given, reflects the esthetic ideals of that time well.The building of the area was barely finished when the swedish authori- ties started handing out grants in order to support the rearmament of the outdoor environment in the areas built during the so called ?million program?.

This study was carried out at the request of the Swedish forest company Sveaskog which is an important producer of logging residues (branches and tops) intended for energy production. The company wanted to increase the average dry content to 60 percent in their delivered logging residues. At the time when this study was initiated, the dry content in the chipped logging residues originating from the Bergslagen district was at 52 percent. The aim of the study was to find out how windrows of logging residues could be arranged in order to help obtain desired properties such as increased dry content. Sveaskog had developed a system for evaluation of windrows and a standardized form was utilized to describe different properties of the windrows.

In the 1969 Le Thor seminar, Heidegger stated that his philosophical journey could be characterized by three different themes: meaning, truth, place. The first two of these have been the subject of countless studies and discussions, but the question of place is still relatively unexplored in Heidegger?s thought, despite the increased interest for this topic in his writings. Even though scholars like Jeff Malpas, Edward Casey, Stuart Elden and Miguel de Beistegui have written books and essays on the importance of the conception of place in Heidegger?s thinking, there are still many important aspects of this theme to be discussed, given the importance Heidegger himself ascribed to this topic.In this essay, I therefore wish to pose the question of how one can understand the relation between place and the role of tragedy in Heidegger?s conception of truth.

This report analyzes and examines a hypothesis for finding a method to optimize thelength of the delubrication process time based on a total charge weight. The work hasfocused on the holding time for delubrication and the total charge weight.An important step in the manufacturing chain of cutting tools is when the greenbodies undergo the sintering process. Today, the delubrication step has the sameprocess time independent of the total charge weight. An implementation of a methodto adjust the delubrication process time would give more consistent quality of thecutting tool´s internal characteristics but also reduce the time course of the sinteringprocess. In the present project two methods for this goal were tested, thedevelopment of an algorithm and a weight interval subdivision with associateddelubrication process times.During delubrication a pressure increase is observed due to the decomposition of thePEG in the powder mixture.

Bakgrund: Ishockey är en sport som i studier visat sig ha en hög skadefrekvens. Sporten utövas av kvinnor likväl som män men hur sporten spelas skiljer sig åt beroende av kön samt mellan olika länder. En kartläggning av skadeproblematiken utgör första steget i ett skadepreventivt arbete. Dock finns i dagsläget inga studier angående skadepanoramat inom svensk damishockey.Syfte: Att kartlägga skadeproblematiken inom svensk damishockey utifrån ålder, antal exponeringstimmar, skadelokalisation, skadetillfälle, skadefrekvens samt hur lång matchfrånvaro skador föranleder. Att undersöka samband mellan skadefrekvens och exponeringstimmar samt skadefrekvens och ålder.Metod: En webbaserad enkät utformades i en retrospektiv design.

EPT barn som behandlas med ductuskirurgi riskerar få i sig för lite energi och makronutrienter på grund av volymrestriktioner och rädsla för att påbörja enteral nutrition efter genomförd operation och därigenom utveckla nekrotiserande enterokolit (NEC). NEC är ett ischemiskt och inflammatoriskt tillstånd hos prematura barn i vilket delar av tarmen nekrotiseras (vävnadsdöd).Syfte: Att beskriva tillförsel av energi, makronutrienter och vätska inför, under och strax efter ductuskirurgi hos EPT barn.Metod: En svensk populationsbaserad kohortstudie av EPT barn födda mellan åren 2004-2007 och som opererats för PDA (n=140, 83 pojkar, genomsnittlig födelsevikt 723 g). Utförlig information avseende perioperativ nutrition inhämtades retrospektivt från sjukhusjournaler. Det dagliga intaget av enteral- och parenteral nutrition samt blodprodukter användes för beräkning av intaget av energi, makronutrienter och vätskevolymer tre dagar före fram till och med tre dagar efter operation.

Examensarbetet har utförts vid Boliden Mineral AB dagbrott i Aitik under perioden 2011-03-28 till 2011-06-01. Syftet med examensarbetet var att göra en utvärdering av pallsprängning lutande borrhål för att se om fragmenteringen förbättrades. Dessutom studera andra effekter som påverkas av fragmentering, t.ex. antal icke hanterbara block (stenar större än 1m3), flöde i primär krossanläggning och grävbarhet. Studien genomfördes genom att en försökssalva sprängdes, där en del av borrhålen var vertikala och den andra delen bestod av lutande borrhål.
