I denna uppsats undersöks vilka olika strategier lokala artister använder sig av för att finna engagemang och meningsfullhet i sitt musicerande. Undersökningen ger en bättre förståelse om vilka faktorer det är som artisterna värdesätter och använder sig av under deras musikaliska karriär. Genom forskningsmetoderna grundad teori och kvalitativa intervjuer, kodas underkategorier och en kärnkategori fram som ?identitetsmarkör?, ?umgänge?, ?autenticitet? och ?glädje? - som driver artister att utöva sin konst på en seriös nivå under lång tid. Undersökningen visar också en baksida samt negativa effekter som artister måste handskas med som stress och ångest.

Målet har varit att undersöka hur grafiska formgivare kan använda sig av matematisk kod i form av fraktala system för att skapa inspirerande grid. Genom att titta på befintliga fraktala mönster och sedan anpassa vissa av dem till gridsystem skapades under designprocessen ett antal olika fraktala grid. Hur väl dessa gridsystem fungerade testades i en skisskalender - en fickkalender för formgivare med plats att skissa. För att kontrollera och verifiera de resultat som kom fram under designprocesssen jämfördes de med åsikter från en fokusgrupp bestående av grafiska formgivare. Slutsatsen blev att fraktala gridsystem inspirerar grafiska formgivare att skapa dynamiska och harmoniska layouter.

Min uppgift var att under åtta veckors tid genomföra den konceptuella fasen i en pipeline mot ett kortfilmsprojekt. Uppgiften var att från en illustrerad barnbok skapa 3D miljöer med avsikt att i första hand användas konceptuellt för kommande produktion. Betoningen låg på att fånga karaktär och stämning för miljöerna och rättvist spegla ursprungsmaterialet och samtidigt utveckla det till att fungera konstnärligt och praktiskt i ett 3D sammanhang. Materialet jag avsågs utgå ifrån heter ?Viktor bygger en bro? av Jan Lööf, en barnbok publicerad 1972 av BonnierCarlsen.

Stock analysts have through the analyses they write a large impact on the expectations on the market and the direction of investors investments. This creates undesired fluctuations on the market that raises the level of uncertainty. The way that the analysts satisfy their need for information is connected to how their final analysis will be shaped. There is a large knowledge gap concerning the way that the analysts work and this gives unsatisfactory ways of communication. This thesis is set out to create a greater understanding of how optimal communication towards this target group should be brought out.

Vad är andlighet? Många av oss blandar ihop andligheten med religion, men det är viktigt att skilja på andlighet och religion. Religion är något som vi får lära oss från andra medan andlighet är någonting vi finner djupt inom oss själva.Andlighet hos en människa är ett bejakande av själen. Andlighet är ett uttryck för den del av oss människor som inte har någon fysisk form. I mitt arbete behandlar jag temat andlighet utifrån en personlig utgångspunkt där jag, som människa mellan andligt och jordligt, hyllar min plats i den sistnämnda. För mig är ofta den fysiska och materiella upplevelsen en förutsättning för just den andliga upplevelsen. Ingen utesluter den andra men för mig är perspektivet på andlighet omvänt. En av uppgifterna i mitt magisterarbete blev således att lyckas förmedla andlighet genom just en materiell skapelse. Jag blev tvungen att ställa mig frågor om detta överhuvudtaget är möjligt? Andlighet är ju på många sätt motsatsen till att bli materialiserad..

Do the principals who have the pedagogical responsibility of the school find reading comprehension important? This is the underpinning of my thesis for the special teacher-training program. The survey was conducted through interviews with two principals. The results show that they believe reading comprehension is important but it has not been given priority in the organization. In my degree project, I explore the importance of distance and how our perception of distance is affected by our experiences.During my investigatory work I studied the relation between distance and experiences. Among other things I concluded that distance can refer to several different kinds of distances (for example spatial, temporal or social distances) and that experiences are what you?ve learnt of these distances. Systembolaget, a state-owned company with monopoly to sell alcoholic beverages in Sweden, combines two main objectives which can be considered as conflicting, one financial target and one superior non-financial public welfare target. The research questions are focused on the translation of information through the organization?s levels and if the management control system makes it possible to run the organization according to both of the two main conflicting objectives.Purpose and Delimitations: To describe, analyze and evaluate how management control can be used in an organization, which is not profit maximizing and has both non-financial and financial objectives.
