The global spread of the Internet has enabled busniesses and consumers in all industries to be better informed. Consequently, the buying process has appeared to become different from what tratditional models implies. As the buying behaviour among customers is evolving, selling companies are responding to this change. This thesis evolves around the consequences that the developing relationship between buyer and seller in business-to-business companies has led to. The topic in focus is the buzzword and phenomena "content marketing" with its marketing and selling strategy.

Nya effektiva utbildningsmetoder som komplement till den traditionella utbildningen möjliggörs av den nya tekniken där e-learning har en framträdande roll. E-learning gör att lärandet inte längre är beroende av ett fysiskt klassrum och en specifik tidpunkt utan utbildningen blir mer flexibel, interaktiv samt fokuserar mer på själva på lärandet.Syftet med denna uppsats har varit att kartlägga hur ett LMS bör vara utformat vad det gäller design, funktion och användbarhetsfaktorer för att underlätta val av lärplattform (LMS). Studien har visat att det designmässigt är lämpligt att följa vedertagna författares riktlinjer ? oavsett om det gäller LMS eller design av en funktion i ett LMS.

AbstractA continuous improvement of products and production is an important goal for a modern industrial company. A small engineering group located in Sweden came in touch with the authors of this report during the spring semester of 2014. The aim of this report is, as part of the group´s ambition of improvement, to analyse ways in which the quality of component casted parts can be verified. Non-destructive testing (NDT), and methods to use it for quality control, is the main focus of this report. However, fields such as material standards, component casting and quality engineering are analysed as well.

För att företag ska fortsätta vara konkurrenskraftiga i dagens turbulenta samhälle krävs att de utvecklar både sina produkter och deras organisation.Något som har fått större och större fokus på senare år är att fokusera på att kvalitetssäkra både processer och produkter för att minska kostnader.Syftet med examensarbetet har varit att undersöka vilka faktorer som påverkar tillförlitligheten av processen för avvikelsehantering inom producerande företag.Projektet genomfördes på BAE Systems Hägglunds, ett företag med stor kundanpassning, för att förbättra kvaliteten på deras process för avvikelsehantering i monteringen.I ett första skede i projektet kartlades hur BAE arbetar i dagsläget.Detta gjordes med hjälp av att intervjua personer som dagligen använder processen samt en workshop för att ta fram en processkarta.Genom att studera befintlig litteratur inom området skapades bättre kunskap om vilka faktorer som är viktiga vid kvalitetsarbete och avvikelsehantering.I analysen jämfördes litteraturen med hur företag arbetar för att identifiera förbättringsområden.Rekommendationerna som delgavs företag rör främst att införa gemensamma rutiner över hela företaget för hur avvikelser registreras i deras affärssystem.En sådan rutin var att införa ett klassificeringssystem för alla avdelningar istället för de tre klassificeringssystemen som finns i dagsläget.En annan var att standardisera vilka informationsfält som skulle fyllas i för att kvaliteten på avvikelserna skulle bli tillförlitlig. Det togs även fram tre nyckeltal för att mäta processen i framtiden för att se om den förbättrats. Långsiktiga rekommendationer blev att se över ansvarsfördelningen för respektive avdelning.Detta för att eventuellt kunna avskaffa roller som är överflödiga och att ge personalen mer ansvar för ärenden de registrerar.

Ett eget företag kan vara som att ta hand om en baby ? det krävs engagemang, omsorg och omtanke för att babyn ska växa och må bra. Att vara den som adopterar en baby är därmed ett stort beslut som omgärdas av många olika faktorer vilket köparen av ett företag behöver känna till.Syfte: Syftet med studien är att beskriva vad köpare av små ägarledda företag upplever som kritiska inre faktorer vid ägarskifte och skapa en förståelse för dessa problem.

Two elementary schools are now being built in Gråbo (in the municipality of Lerum),Röselidsskolan and Ljungviksskolan, which are both designed with solar thermalcollectors for the schools domestic water heating. During the summer while thelargest amount of solar heat can be generated, the activity hence the domestic wateruse in the schools are heavily reduced. Both schools are connected to the local districtheating system which makes it possible to use the solar collectors to deliver heat tothe district heating.The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the two systems mentioned above and todetermine which system is more suitable to apply on a school. The building whichconditions were used for this evaluation is Röselidsskolan.A solar heating plant of each system type was dimensioned from the expected andknown conditions of the building. The purpose with the dimensioning was to makethe solar plants replace the ordinary energy source as much as possible.

Vattenfall Heat AB is a district heat provider in Drefviken, but has yet to establish any cooling systems in this area. This thesis examines the potential client base within the area today and over the coming 20 years. The feasibility of the most common cooling technologies is evaluated and results show a total potential for an installed capacity of 30 MW providing 50 GWh of cooling per year. One of the examined areas shows good prospect for heat driven absorption chillers during the summer months when the heat load is limited..

När etablering eller övergripande förändringar ska göras är det viktigt med bra förarbete för att få bästa möjliga utgångspunkt när dörrarna ska slås upp i den nya butiken. Många nyöppnade butiker går idag i konkurs bara några månader efter att de etablerats. De flesta butiker som går i konkurs är främst enskilda firmor med få anställda. Det sker också ett generationsskifte på marknaden då alla 40-talister går i pension mellan 2005 ? 2015.

Studie redogör för ekonomiska tolkningar av väntetider och väntelistor inom hälso- och sjukvården i syfte att utröna om det finns någon entydig sådan tolkning. Vidare diskuteras den utvidgade vårdgarantin som infördes i november 2005 och eventuella fördelningsimplikationer till följd av det väntetidstak som garantin innebär. Studien baseras på erfarenheter från tidigare forskning. Ett urval representativa studier presenteras och analyseras i syfte att återge de speglingar av väntetider och väntelistor som dominerar den hälsoekonomiska debatten. Väntetider och väntelistor kan tolkas som en jämviktsskapande fördelningsmekanism mellan utbud och efterfråga då förseningar i vårdkonsumtionen medför att nyttan av vårdåtgärden minskar.

Banks carry a great responsibility when it comes to the financial systems in our society. Disturbance in the credit system affects both lender and borrower. All financial institutions must therefore carefully estimate their risk exposure. This assessment enables them to cover themselves from losses with appropriate capital buffers as main guardian. Examensarbete har utförts för AIAB DC Systems i Karlstad.Vår uppgift gick ut på att göra ett övervakningssystem för DC-system. Enheten skall användas för att övervaka isolerade DC-system avseende spänningsnivåer och isolation samt larma vid fel. Tidigare har man haft ett analogt system ute på marknaden men nu vill man ha ett digitalt processorbaserat system.Vi har använt oss av en 8-bitars RISC-processor. Programmeringen har gjorts i assembler med hjälp av ett utvecklings-kit och sköter logiken för övervakningen. Programmet manövreras med två tryckknappar och en display.Programmet vi har tagit fram behöver kompletteras med vissa funktioner.

The thesis aims to describe the current sales climate in the context of complex sales in business-to-business. The purpose is to increase the clients knowledge of sales and test the clients hypothesis that the sales climate is changing from Solution Selling to Insight Selling, further the thesis aims to contribute to the scientific debate of sales. Solution Selling is characterized, as the name suggest, by selling of solution to the customers needs. With Insight Selling the seller has a provocative approach towards the customer and the seller is searching for customers in the need of change. This is a qualitative study conducted with eight interviews and one focus group.
