In the last decades the continuous work for more sustainable manufacturing has become a large part of the manufacturing companies? operations. It is also well known that the factory planning shapes the manufacturing process to a great extent. Consequently it is logical to assume that the manufacturing companies? factory planning process plays a major role in the work for increased sustainability.

Earlier studies shows that democracy within the preschool is an important and on-going work, but could implicate certain consequences. For example that goals regarding democracy and influence in the preschool, rarely is done in practice but instead remains just words on a paper. It could also mean that the pedagogues lack education and knowledge within the area, but also how they react to the influence of children. Preschool is expected to be a place for all children, no matter what luggage the child is carrying. The luggage is filled with the life experience, the personality and in this case the needs that the child has. The needs could be anything from nearness to physical and psychological disorders that requires more pedagogical attention.

Examensarbetets syfte är att studera lärares beskrivningar av arbetet med och betydelsen av pedagogiska relationer. Studien har tre frågeställningar: Vad anger lärare att de har för uppfattningar om pedagogiska relationer, hur beskriver de sitt arbete för att skapa pedagogiska relationer samt vad har dessa relationer för betydelse för elevernas studieprestationer enligt lärarna. För att studera hur man som lärare kan arbeta för att skapa pedagogiska relationer och för att få reda på hur dessa relationer påverkar elevernas studieprestationer så används en kvalitativ forskningsmetod. Empirin består av intervjuer med fyra lärare från två olika skolor. För att få en djupare förståelse om ämnet och för att lättare kunna förstå resultatet så hämtas kunskap ur tidigare forskning och bidrag till tolkningen ur olika teorier. Informanterna beskriver pedagogiska relationer och dess innebörd olika. En del av lärarna anser att pedagogiska relationer har med elevernas kunskapsutveckling att göra och hur man som pedagog lär ut denna kunskap.

This study has been assigned by Bengt Hellman who works at the logistic department at IKEA Torsvik just outside of Jönköping. The task has been to develop a new picking strategy for the Oversize area in the CDC-Warehouse. The reason why IKEA wants a new strategy is because they want to minimize the route length for the forklifts when collecting the orders.By evaluating the current strategies on other areas in the CDC-storehouse, study literature within this subject and look at restrictions for the storing of goods, we have analyzed how the Oversize area works today. We compared the gathered information, to how it should be done according to the literature to be able to work out a new functional strategy.Today, IKEA does not have a working strategy for the oversize area because of lack of time and because all the power has been put on other areas were sales rates are currently higher. This have led to lack of organisation at the Oversize area and items are just put were there is space without first analysing were it should be placed.The strategy that we have worked out and introduced to IKEA builds on easiness of understanding the layout, the employees shall know why an item is placed where it is.

The purpose of the study is to see how four teachers at a school look at the reception and approaching of newly arrived pupils.How do the interviewed teachers describe the school´s reception of newly arrived pupils? How do teachers in preparatory and regular class see at the selected school's reception and treatment of newly arrived pupils?To get answers to my purpose, I have done an ethnographic study called field study and I am using qualitative interviews, and one passive observation. To arrive at a result of my study, I have processed collected data from interviews and observations and coupled the collected material to the theories and previous research. I have in my study used both pedagogical and sociological theories.The results of my study show that it would be difficult for newly arrived students to be placed directly into the ordinary class, the results also show that newly arrived students receive a safe and stimulating start to their school and class preparation. However, there are shortcomings and resistance of the trajectories leading to entry of the preparatory class of ordinary class, but when newly arrived students have started in an ordinary class, students receive a stimulating teaching.

To this date there are 14 major armed conflicts, four of which are defined as war. Every day several people come to Sweden as asylum  seekers and refugees looking for a residence permit in Sweden. This paper is about the children who receive a residence permit in Sweden and attend Swedish schools. Many of these children have experienced trauma ? damage to the psyche after a traumatic experience.From two qualitative interviews of a principal and a counselor at a school in Järfälla municipality, and three teachers at the same school, I studied what trauma management at this school looks like.

This essay analyzes the production process in connection with the original play Utopia 2012, which premiered at Backa Theatre, Gothenburg, Sweden on 27 October 2012.The aim of the essay is to seek a deeper understanding of this particular production process. No universal process plan was employed when creating Utopia 2012. Therefore, taking into account artistic, technical and administrative aspects of the work, a chronological process map has also been constructed in connection with this essay, in order to clarify each step of the theatrical working process.The theoretical approach is hermeneutic, and the material is based on interviews with key individuals with different professions and functions within the working process in order to gain multifaceted perspectives and results. The interviews took place at Backa Theatre with the exception of those held by telephone with the project?s two producers, both of whom by that time no longer worked at Backa Theatre.The findings of the essay mostly indicate that, with the significant exception of director Mattias Andersson?s artistic vision, no fixed process map nor explicitly articulated common goals were employed in this particular theatre production.

Gullberg, Jessica. & Mejborn, Susanne. (2006). Specialpedagogiska insatser för barn med koncentrationssvårigheter i förskolan och skolans tidigare år. (Special pedagogical efforts for children with difficulties in concentration in preschool and the earlier years of education).

I min uppsats beskriver jag problematiken kring att ha läs- och skrivsvårigheter, vad det kan bero på, hur skolan kan agera och hur pedagogen sedan kan hjälpa individen med sin inlärning när det kommer till att hantera text, antingen att själv skriva den eller kunna läsa den. När eleverna gör få framsteg trots stora hjälpinsatser leder det självklart till en enorm frustration hos eleven, föräldern men även pedagogen. Genom att arbeta i team med insatser från pedagogiken, psykologin och psykiatrin kan pedagogen få en större bild av individen och se såväl möjligheter som svårigheter hon har. Jag har valt ut texter som tar upp problematiken kring dyslexi, det vill säga som förklarar vad dyslexi är och vad det kan bero på utifrån de olika synsätt som finns. Jag har även använt mig av böcker som tar upp olika pedagogiska arbetssätt som inriktar sig på läs- och skrivinlärning/träning och statliga utredningar såsom Konsensusrapporten som tar upp problematiken kring dyslexi och den utbildning som bedrivs för dessa elever i skolan. Jag har i min uppsats gjort en intervju med två specialpedagoger för att få en djupare förståelse för det arbetssätt som bedrivs i skolan för elever med läs- och skrivsvårigheter. Utifrån intervjuerna samt den litteratur jag tagit mig an har jag dragit slutsatsen att en tidig insats är det optimala för den dyslektiske elevens vidare utveckling för att knäcka läskoden..

Denna uppsats syftar till att analysera relationsmarknadsföringens roll vid offentlig upphandling. Den kommer även att försöka genomlysa till viken grad en relationsmarknadsföringsstrategi är genomförbar, samt hur detta kan vidareutvecklas för att skapa konkurrensfördelar. För att uppfylla detta syfte har en fallstudie av företaget SWEDE (Swedish Emergency Disaster Equipment), vilket verkar inom ett nischsegment av sjukvårdssektorn, närmare bestämt akutsjukvård/sanering genomförts. Fallstudien har genom en kvalitativ metod med utgångspunkt i grunderna inom modern relationsmarknadsföring undersökt vilka problem, samt möjligheter ett företag på en marknad vilken kontrolleras av Lagen om offentlig upphandling ställs inför.Vidare har andra teorier som stakeholder mapping varit en teoretisk grund för att identifiera viktiga aktörer och deras roll i den offentliga upphandlingsprocessen. De grundprinciper vilka Lagen om offentlig upphandling bygger på har presenterats och diskuterats ur fallföretagets synvinkel för att se hur de kan tänkas begränsa eller möjliggöra en framgångsrik relationsmarknadsföringsstrategi.Utifrån de genomförda intervjuerna, vilka haft för avsikt att skapa en djupare förståelse för det studerade problemområdet, drar jag slutsatsen att fallföretaget strävar efter att använda sig av relationsmarknadsföring i den mån det är möjligt utan att bryta mot Lagen om offentlig upphandling, då detta riskerar att resultera i juridiska påföljder.

The purpose with my examination is to make a contribution to how, as a pedagogue, you can work to make it easier for pupils with Aspergers syndrome that are integrated in an ?average? class. I will concentrate my work to these questions: how pedagogues can work to make it easier for pupils with Asperger syndrome that are integrated in an ?average? class. If it affects the other pupils in the class when pupils with Asperger syndrome is integrated in the class and also if it affects the pedagogues work having these children integrated in their ?average? class.I have decided to study research and other literature and also to do two interviews to find out how pedagogues can make it easier for children with the diagnosis Asperger syndrome.

This is a study, the purpose of which is to investigate how the construction company Sefab Bygg AB is able to increase its profitability and render a more efficient production process through logistic solutions. The study is made during one of Sefab´s present projects. The project includes sanitary renovation of 650 apartments in the co-operative Opalen in Norrköping.To find out whether changes of logistic routines are profitable or not, it?s necessary to evaluate the total cost of the changes. A total cost analysis is a mapping of all the costs for a particular material, on one hand for the present situation and on the other after the change.

This paper is a qualitative study of the pedagogical conditions and the knowledge necessary for the creation and development of an education regarding leadership in the field of amateur theatre.The purpose of the study has been for participants to reflect and create knowledge about the creation and implementation of a course for leaders of amateur theatre.Questions raised in the study concern the students? previous experience of drama, theatre and leadership; their desire to become leaders of theatre; their own view of their need for knowledge for their future leadership; their understanding of the contents of the education and the theoretical perspectives upon which a course in theatre leadership can build. Finally, the participants? perceptions of difficulties and possibilities of working as theatre leaders were investigated.All 13 participants have answered a questionnaire regarding their previous experience of drama, theatre and leadership and also about why they want to become theatre leaders. The participants have also taken part in four focus conversations regarding what they think they learned, how they value the knowledge they gained and what knowledge they feel will be needed in a future leadership.The data has been analyzed hermeneutically to find patterns in the participants? perceptions of their learning.

På vilka sätt kan kartor hjälpa oss i dagens samhälle? De flesta av oss har tillgång till en karta med GPS när som helst, i våra telefoner. Behöver vi kartan i vårt dagliga liv på andra sätt än genom denna (ganska) exakta positionering? Det är några av frågorna som ställs i detta examensarbete, där kartan undersöks som metod och byggare av kunskap. I detta arbete har mitt intresse för kartor slagits samman med ett hantverksnära arbetssätt.

Linda Freij (2009), Att använda visuell feedback som ett pedagogiskt verktyg. The use of visual feedback as a pedagogical tool. Jag har gjort en undersökning om visuell feedback. Syftet med undersökningen är att utveckla undervisning genom att använda undervisningsmetoder som film som ett pedagogiskt verktyg. Undersökningen riktar sig mest till yrkeslärarna inom HR- programmet och andra liknande program som i sin dagliga verksamhet kan komma att använda sig av digital videoteknik. För att uppnå mitt syfte har jag gjort en fältstudie på min skola och för att öka min medvetenhet tillämpat deskriptionsmetoden och kvalitativ undersökning. Jag har ställt dessa frågor: Hur kan man använda film som feedback av en lärsituation? Vilka kunskaper kan en elev skaffa sig genom att bli filmad och därefter se filmen på sig själv? I analysen och diskussionen av fältstudien kom jag bland annat fram till att eleven genom filmning i den praktiska miljön, samt sedan se filmen som en visuell feedback så kan kännedom, tillämpning och förståelsen knytas samman.
