Bakgrund: Teknikens utveckling har gått oerhört fort fram och fått en stor betydelse i dagens samhälle. Detta gör att man i framtiden räknar med att en allt större integrering av tekniska verktyg kommer att ske i klassundervisningen. Den interaktiva skrivtavlan (IWB) är ett av de tekniska verktyg som är aktuell då den bedöms få en allt mer betydande roll i klassrummet. För att kunna optimera användandet av skrivtavlans funktioner måste det ske en förändring i skolans och lärares förhållningssätt till tekniska verktyg.Syfte:Fallstudiens syfte var att undersöka de hinder och möjligheter som upplevs vid införandet av IWB, samt undersöka förekomsten av olika lärartyper vid användningen av IWB.Metod:För att få svar på våra frågeställningar använder vi oss av semistrukturerade intervjuer och strukturerade observationer.Resultat:Resultaten analyseras utifrån Glover och Millers teori baserad på tre olika lärarkategorier som beskriver lärares olika inställningar till den interaktiva skrivtavlan. Vi använder även Prestridges teori som behandlar "First och Second order barriers".

Inom institutionell teori står Berger & Luckmann för en inriktning som fokuserar på legitimeringoch reproduktion av institutioner. De förklarar varför i institutioner bevaras trots kritik och behåller sin ursprungliga form, inte på grund av institutionernas överlägsenhet utan på grund av försvararnas legitimering av institutionen.Denna gren av institutionell teori har över tid fått stå tillbaka för ny-institutionell teori, som fokuserar på förändring. Den klassiska institutionella teorin saknar empiriskt underlag, varför detta är en empirisk studie av institutionell teori i en svensk kontext. Ett område på vilket institutionell teori är tillämpbart är det svenska uppsägningsförfarandet.Studiens syfte är att öka förståelsen för hur legitimering av institutioner går till i praktiken. Detta uppnås genom frågan ?hur bidrar parternas argument till att institutionen reproduceras?.Frågan besvarades genom kvalitativ data, hämtad från intervjuer med representanter från de parter som debatterar LAS.Denna empiriska undersökning visar att LAS legitimeras genom att tillskrivas normativ värdighet och kognitiv giltighet, samtidigt som kritiker av LAS tillskrivs normativ ovärdighet och kognitiv ogiltighet.

SammanfattningSyftet med den här uppsatsen var att undersöka chefers syn på personalarbetet och vikten av de sociala relationerna på arbetsplatsen. Genom att använda oss av en kvalitativ metod och en fenomenologisk ansats har vi studerat hur de arbetar och motiverar medarbetarna samt hur de skapar och bevarar goda relationer. Empirin har samlats in genom tematiskt öppna intervjuer och totalt intervjuades tio stycken chefer inom kunskapsintensiva företag, begränsat till den privata sektorn. I enlighet med den fenomenologiska ansatsen är det chefernas egna tankar och upplevelser som har utgjort fokus i vår analys. Vidare har vi även kopplat det empiriska materialet till den tidigare forskningen och de teoretiska begreppen.

The purpose of this thesis is to explore how love relationship affects the identity and attitude towards school of study motivated girls in 17-18 years of age with the subsidiary purpose to get anidea of how the gender order is maintained in the relationship.The study is based on theories of gender theory and identity theory, which concerns gender as aresult of actions and how the gender order is maintained. The identity theory is based as a choice toconvey different roles.The study is founded on qualitative research interviews with six different girls, where the focus wasto learn about their own experiences of how the love relationship affects them.The results were interpreted through a hermeneutic analysis.The results show that the love relationship affect informants' identity on self-perception, what roles they convey and the attitude towards school. It turned out that the informants' attitude towards school was dependent on their boyfriend´s attitude towards school.The results also show that girls are highly involved in the process of maintaining the gender order in which they choose to manage their time according to their boyfriend's time, and has the role of the engaging and emotional in the relationship..

As more and more book publishers are starting up in Sweden, despite of tough competition, this thesis aims to understand the necessary resources required by new publishing houses in order to create a long-term role on the national publishing market. This is a market characterized by a high level of cultural interests, where success is not always measured in economic profit. Four new publishing houses have been chosen, whose start-up phases and entry processes are described in order to determine what factors have been essential in creating a role. In addition, relevant actors such as other publishers, distributors, and retailers have been interviewed with the purpose of acquiring the complete picture of how the new publishers? can create a role within the industry.

Over the last few years, many non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in the aid sector have grown and become important economic, social and political actors in Sweden. However this sector has also been hard criticized in terms of aid effectiveness. Church of Sweden (CoS), a well established organization in this sector, has faced new challenges in form of demands from their environment regarding reporting aid work. These demands have pushed the International Department of Church of Sweden into a process for adapting the structure in order to meet the new effectiveness requirements. Using both, Contingency Theory and Resource Dependence Theory as theoretical framework and a single case study as research strategy, this master thesis goes in deep into the description of the change of the structure of the International Department. This work shows how the different parts of the organization functions and what impact will these changes in the structure mean for the future of the organization. The analysis of the empirical evidence related to the theoretical framework shows that the organization responds to external demands through a more centralized structure than before.

Genom intervjuer med domare, advokat, samtalsledare, medlare, en mamma och en pappa som gått igenom en rättslig tvist om barn skapade jag en faktisk teori om vad genus har för betydelse för lämpliga föräldrars möjligheter och begränsningar i en rättslig tvist om ?barnets bästa?. The aim of this study about post-conflict economic, social and political reintegration of ex-combatants is to understand how such a process should be prepared for in order to help as many traumatized and sometimes destructive or disabled soldiers as possible to re-establish themselves as functioning civilians as well as preparing communities for their return. The Vaxholm conflict was initiated when the Swedish Trade Union for Construction Workers shut down a construction site in order to prevent a Latvian construction company to build a school after the two parties had failed to agree upon a collective agreement in compliance with Swedish regulations. An emotional public debate followed that resulted in a discussion of the proposal for the Services Directive of the EU, based upon the country-of-origin principle. In this thesis we will analyze whether the country-of-origin principle or the country-of-destination principle is best suited to capture the gains-of-trade that the common market hoards and improve welfare within the EU. We conclude that the country-of-origin principle is the more apt of the two, though it leads to some short-run costs such as structural unemployment. But these will be more than outweighed by the gains in aggregate welfare for the EU in the long run..

This study examines how a company adapts its operating control when the environmental circumstances are changing. This is a case study with a qualitative approach which is based on interviews. The question this study aims to examine is: How do audit firms adapt its operating control in order to meet changes in the environment?
