Introduction: Nowadays, it is a considerable fact that parents stay with their hospitalized child, however the role played by parents may not always be obvious. For many parents, this is a difficult experience, which may cause stress among parents who want to be supportive for their child. Parents and children have a close bond and influence each other emotionally; therefore it is of great importance that parent?s experiences of hospitalization should be noted. The pediatric nurse may apply this experience to give the best possible care for the child and the family.

Införandet av standardlittera ska resultera till att återfinna och gruppera deras betongelement i CAD-systemen. We did our thesis project at one of the most prestigious Swedish construction companies. We have examined the possibilities of doing sandwich elements to standard elements which would increase the degree of industrialization. The company has developed a concept that is based on a more refined process of industrialization.

This essay will try to explain and compare the different development steps which Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina have taken after the war. How could countries with such similar backgrounds develop in such different ways? By analyzing and comparing the two countries the purpose was to examine how these countries which had so much in common could develop in so different ways. My two questions are: What similarities and differences are there between the development which Bosnia and Croatia have taken after the war? Why have Croatia succeeded and not Bosnia?My analysis showed that the main reason to the difference between these countries was that Bosnia is divided; all ethnic groups in Bosnia only consider what's best for their own ethnic group and not what's best for the country. Croatia however has expelled the Serbs which made it easier for them to have a succesfull democratic development. .

The main purpose of this study is to show how narrative can be understood as cultural practice, how it can be said to function both internally and externally, and to ask questions about how the narrating subject, through the organizing of narrative, positions it self and mediates between the different discoursive contexts of which it is a part. This is done by an analisys of how six swedish soldiers tells the tale of how they came to choose a military carrer and why they have served or want to serve in peace-keeping missions abroad. The source material is primarily collected through unstructured interviews with theese soldiers, but also through textual analysis of a soldier blog. Theoretically the study draws on a combination of the discourse theory of Michel Foucault, narrative theory, Richard Jenkins theory of the internal-external dialectic of identifikation and intersectionality to construct a framework that allows the narratives to be deconstructed and understood as discoursive products of both the military contexts as such and the larger cultrual context that surrounds it. The conclusions of this study suggests that the organizing of soldier narratives are a complex and multifaceted process, in which the soliders must balance between the ideals, values and norms of the military context while also taking into account how society at large views and interprets the practices and forms of military life.

The geographical proximity between Sweden and Finland and similarities in cultures and climates makes Finland a coveted market for many Swedish companies.Differences in national regulations and guidelines, which are produced by the authorities in different countries, are examples of barriers that may hamper the process, including for Swedish villa suppliers, to establish themselves on the Finnish market. The purpose of this study was to implement an energy analysis and environmental evaluation of the property Hemsta 12:16 in Gävle. Based on two different methods, Energy Balance calculation and Environmental Building, the result of the property's energy use, energy performance and environmental impacts are presented. Except that, measures to reduce final energy consumption are presented.      The proposed measures can reduce energy usage by 100 400 kWh / year, which represents a decrease of 18% of the present energy usage. Destilleri, saluhall och destilleri.Arkitketurskolans verksamhet ska flytta och uppgiften var att rita om nuvarande arkitekturskolan till Kontor, bostäder och offentliga/kommersiella verksamheter i gatauplan. Målet med projektet har varit att öppna upp den befintliga bygganden och få in en mer offentlig, öppen verksamhet i gatuplan. Byggnaden rymmer efter ombyggnad en saluhall som tar upp största delen av gatuplanet. Gatuplanets utfackningsväggar byts ut mot glaspartier som öppnar upp fasaden runt om hela kvarteret. Saluhallen verkar tillsammans med ett eget destilleri för brännvinstillverkning och ett bageri för knäckebrödstillverkning. På kvarterets innergård och tak finns åkermark där det odlas råg som förädlas på plats till brännvin och knäckebröd..

A newspaper study of Växjö city?s newspaper editorials regarding the conflicts of the Second World War in the Nordic countries?, Linnaeus University. A qualitative textual analysis delving into three local newspapers from Växjö city is in many ways the essence of this study. The main purpose of this study is to examine three key conflicts, the Winter War, Operation Weserübung and the Continuation War. Each conflict has been assessed in relation to the opinions advocated in the editorials of the three politically diverse newspapers.The theoretical basis for this study is founded on similar analysis made by Nybom, Johansson and Åmark who all have contributed to the content of this particular essay.

This thesis deals with the possibilities of installing solar panels on a property, the building is owned by Kornhillschurch and called Kornhill. The owners of the property wanted to learn more about potentials for installation of solar panels on the property, therefore we described different types of solar cells and solar cells essential function to generate electricity in the report. Different factors that are limiting the generated energy are mentioned.An investigation of the property?s potential has been made in order to consider different designs.
