Enligt arbetsmiljölagen ska arbete planläggas och anordnas rätt, så att det kan utföras i en säker och sund miljö. Trots det inträffar arbetsplatsolyckor i Sverige av olika anledningar. Ett uppdrag har tilldelats författaren för att öka förståelsen för hur anställda på Peab Anläggning AB i Region Mellansverige anser att företaget kan nå sitt mål att halvera antalet arbetsplatsolyckor till år 2017. Sex semistrukturerade intervjuer genomfördes med anställda på företaget. Intervjuerna transkriberades och analyserades genom en manifest innehållsanalys.

This study deals with sustainability reporting in three governmental and three non-governmental Swedish companies in different industries. With increasing demands from the society regarding company?s CSR - Corporate social responsibility, the perspective of accounting gets broader and covers even non-financial information to meet not only the owners? demands but also others stakeholders' requirements. Sustainability has become an important tool for creating company?s business value and a positive sustainable external image.

In conjunction with today?s increasing competition within the construction sector, more pressure is being placed on building contractors. Efficiency and improvements are necessary but without impairment to an ergonomic and safe construction site. This in is in order to reduce the construction costs and time but to retain the ability to deliver a high-quality contract.Various methods and prefabrication degrees are used, depending on the project's requirements and conditions. This analysis sets out to investigate and exhibit what qualifications are important when choosing a construction method for curtain walls.Advantages and disadvantages with each method have been analyzed and recommendations have been given to show when different methods are best suited.

1. InledningI projektet Biskopshagen har Växjö kommun för första gången arbetat med en arbetsform som kallas projektorganisation. Kommunen har använt sig av ett tydligt projektledarskap där chefer för olika förvaltningar har arbetat tillsammans över förvaltningsgränserna. I samarbetet ingår tre huvudaktörer:? Kommunens planeringsverksamhet ? ansvarar för skapandet av bostäder? Kommunens planeringsfunktion ? har hand om bygglov, detaljplaner? Aktörerna ? byggherrar, till exempel Kärnhem och Växjöhem, och de entreprenörer de anlitar till byggandet, bland annat Skanska och Peab.Biskopshagen har byggts under två olika etapper.

Hur vida företag skiljer sig från mängden och förmedlar en tydlig bild av sig själva och vad de står för är avgörande för deras överlevnad. Företag som inte lyckas att förmedla sin identitet till allmänheten på ett tydligt sätt riskerar att försvinna i den stora massan av företag. Att förmedla en tydlig bild av företaget via företagets hemsida, vilket granskas i denna studie, har blivit en allt viktigare uppgift då Internet växt och kommit att bli ett allt mer betydelsefullt medium för informationssökning. Problemet är att det finns lite kunskap om hur företags identitet förmedlas via en hemsida och dess design, varför många företag misslyckas med att skapa en verklighetstrogen och tydlig bild hos de målgrupper de vänder sig till. Det finns även ett ?hål? inom vetenskapen då det vid detta arbetes författande inte fanns några studier som behandlar detta ämne.

Inom området egenregiutvecklade projekt i byggbranschen är många aktörer inblandade, ofta är de anlitade i form av konsulter, vilka involveras i omgångar i ett tidigt projekteringsskede. Arbetsgången inom den projektgrupp som bildas styrs av beställaren vilken innehar rollen som samordnare för den data dess medlemmar kommunicerar mellan varandra. Då de olika disciplinerna arbetar i olika tekniska nivåer förloras information i kommunikationen inom projektgruppen då 3D-modeller exporteras som pdf-filer. Syftet med examensarbetet är att reducera tidsåtgången, och omarbetningar i förprojekteringsskedet, vilka ökar då kommunikationen brister mellan aktörerna i projektgruppen med resultatet ökade projektkostnader. Ambitionen är även att skapa ett intresse och förståelse för vilka fördelar och vinster som kan erhållas vid användningen av BIM genom att skapa en 3D- modell med viss information införd, som presenteras för projektgruppen.

I dagens bostadsbyggande används nästan uteslutande utfackningsväggar med en lägre förtillverkningsgrad, eftersom kompletta utfackningselement ofta anses vara för riskfyllda, då de i vissa fall lett till omfattande fuktskador. En högre förtillverkningsgrad med bibehållen fuktsäkerhet skulle kunna förkorta byggtiden, effektivisera byggandet och bidra till att industrialisera byggandet. Den prefabricerade sandwichväggen känd för sin fuktbeständighet kan vara en lösning på problemet. En yttervägg med sandwichelement blir tät tidigt vilket gör att de invändiga arbetena kan starta tidigare vilket ger en effektivare byggprocess.Ett stort antal flerbostadshus byggs med fasader uppbyggda av utfackningsväggar. Byggprocessen för väggarna innehåller flertalet aktiviteter där fokus ligger på ett effektivt utnyttjande av företagets resurser.

The authors of this report addressed the problem with moisture in attics when they started their cooperation with Peab.The methods included interviews with people, database research, and calculations of a project in Akersberga north of Stockholm. The conclusion is based on interviews and other information as they are analyzed in relation to the house of reference. The focus of this report is on problems with moisture in the attics known as cold attics.The background of the problem with moisture is that today?s slabs are usually insulated to save energy and that the attics nearly gives the climate as the outdoor climate.

Today more effective computer programs are in use, regarding design of geotechnicalconstructions. There is a risk that the theoretical background of the computerprograms, its limitations and the signification of the choice of soil parameter isforgotten when the computer programs become more user-friendly.This Master thesis deals with simulation and analysis regarding three computerprograms, FEM-design, with the addition Raft, Plaxis and BE-slab. Comparisons aremade for settlement and maximum moment in a concrete-plate. FEM-design is a threedimensional FEM-program, foremost created for design engineers. Plaxis is a twodimensional FEM-program, intended for geotechnical engineers while BE-Slab is aBoundary elements program in two dimensions that is mainly used by designengineers.

Detta examensarbete handlar om utformning av ett kvarter som är gjort på uppdrag av Peab Sverige AB. Kvarteret Negern ligger i Tingvallastaden i centrala Karlstad och idag finns på platsen en gammal tryckeribyggnad och parkeringsgarage. Området gruppen utformat är 2600 m2 stort och skall inrymma ett 60-tal lägenheter. Målgruppen för arbetet är hushåll med två personer, därför kom det att bli tvåor och treor i alla plan utom i det översta där det kommer att vara två fyror.Arbetet resulterade i två punkthus (se figur 1) om åtta respektive nio våningar i varje och ovanpå dessa en stor takterrass. Fasaderna består av ljus puts och bottenplan av granitplattor, för att ge tyngd åt byggnaderna och för att motverka klotter.På innergården finns det bland annat fontän, grill och lekplatser.
