De kan finnas i till exempel betong, golvmaterial, isolering, lim och fog, plast, spackel, färg och lack. Kemikalieinspektionen har en PRIO- guide där utfasningsämnen, ämnen som har så allvarliga egenskaper att de inte bör användas och riskminskningsämnen, ämnen som ska ges särskild uppmärksamhet finns inlagda. Dessa typer av ämnen finns markerade i SundaHus databas där materialen får bedömningen A-D beroende på innehåll och egenskaper. Region Jämtland Härjedalen vill minska på dessa ämnen i sina lokaler.

Syftet med studien är att undersöka rekryterande chefers uppfattning om verktyget kompetensbaserad rekrytering (KBR) samt utfallet av implementeringen av verktyget i Region Jönköpings län. Studien har även ett övergripande syfte att undersöka om chefers attityder påverkar användningen av verktyget. Datainsamlingen är av kvalitativt slag och samlats in via semistrukturerade intervjuer som tolkats med en hermeneutistisk ansats.Studiens resultat visar att större delen av cheferna generellt har en positiv inställning till KBR. Majoriteten upplever att verktyget har hjälp dem att få en tydlig struktur vid rekrytering vilket bidrar till att cheferna ser till kompetensen och vågar frångå sin magkänsla. Enligt cheferna bidrar verktyget till att rekryteringsprocessen blir kvalitetssäkrad och motverkar felrekryteringar.

This bachelor thesis is studying the INTERREG cooperation between Denmark and Germany, and if there has been a change to the organization and the individual conditions due to the Danish regional reform in 2007. The research method used is semi-structured interviews and the participants are a mixture of politicians and civil servants. The study is based on two themes, change in work routines and cooperation, and change in visions and targets.The participants have experienced change, both positive and negative, in work routines and cooperation and to a lesser extent in visions and targets. Preparation is the key to success and makes the transition much easier, which has been the case for Denmark. Other mentioned aspects are more work due to more complicated applications, and that the politicians so far lack a regional perspective and tend to stick to the local.

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka medlemmars och anställdas uppfattningar om den idéburna organisationen Fountain House Stockholm som aktör inom området psykisk ohälsa över tid. För att kunna uppnå syftet kommer två frågeställning att besvaras; hur medlemmar och anställda vid Fountain House Stockholm på ser organisationens arbete med psykisk ohälsa över tid samt hur medlemmar och anställda på Fountain House Stockholm ser på organisationens arbete i relation till det offentliga arbetet med psykisk ohälsa över tid. Studien har en kvalitativ forskningsdesign med en induktiv ansats och empirin består av fem stycken halvstrukturerade livsvärldsintervjuer med medlemmar/anställda på Fountain House Stockholm genomförda i maj 2013. I materialet kunde återkommande resonemang och begrepp tydliggöras som senare fick utgöra studiens teman. Dessa teman analyserades mot studiens teoretiska utgångspunkter samt tidigare forskning inom området.

Those who have invested in apartments, i.e. tenant-ownership, within the city centre of Stockholm have gained a higher than expected return on investment due to a buoyant real estate market. During the latest twelve-month period, the prices have risen more than 20 per cent in the city of Stockholm, resulting in an increased wealth together with a higher debt burden among investors. The aim of this thesis is to investigate which factors determine the prices from a micro perspective, and to what extent. An attempt is particularly made to estimate the degree of capitalization of the monthly fees; a factor which has turned out to be important according to other studies; but also to construct pricing models in order to set target prices for apartments.

Rooted in Industrial Ecology (IE) theory, this report evaluates how urban agricultural concepts and techniques, can contribute to improved ecological sustainability within the inner city boundaries of Stockholm. An overarching literary study as well as an interview was carried out, resulting in a qualitative analysis followed by suggestions for practical implementations. A substantial convergence was found between the eco-restructuring objectives of IE and the principal motives for urban agriculture. Consequently, eco-restructuring objectives are found in varying degrees in the presented urban agricultural techniques. Industrial symbioses, permaculture and combinations of urban agricultural techniques are tools which are capable of corresponding adequately to the diversity of urban settings.

This report was written by Lisa Bengtson and Hanna Paradis and describes the degree thesis "Environmental impacts of solid waste treatment in the Metropolitan Region, Santiago, Chile ? a comparison between current system and incineration with energy recovery". The purpose of this thesis was to investigate if incineration with energy recovery could be motivated through an environmental perspective as an alternative to landfilling of solid waste in Santiago, Chile. The study was performed with Life Cycle Analysis as a theoretical base. In Santiago, situated in the thirteenth region of Chile, Región Metropolitana, lives 6,5 million inhabitants. The major part of the solid waste produced in the region is landfilled on three different sanitary controlled landfills situated outside the city center.

This study was done regarding whether sealing or ventilation is the best solution to prevent moisture on cold attics. The authors of this report addressed the problem with moisture in attics when they started their cooperation with Peab.The methods included interviews with people, database research, and calculations of a project in Akersberga north of Stockholm. The conclusion is based on interviews and other information as they are analyzed in relation to the house of reference. The focus of this report is on problems with moisture in the attics known as cold attics.The background of the problem with moisture is that today?s slabs are usually insulated to save energy and that the attics nearly gives the climate as the outdoor climate.

Vår studie har varit kvalitativ och grundar sig på intervjuer med personer som har anknytning till Handelshögskolan i Stockholm samt företag som rekryterar studenter från högskolan. Vi har kommit fram till att det starka varumärket har sin grund i historien. The report is about efficiency of a current production group where there is no clear production flow and there are some buffers between the operations. The efficiency is done with the help of a tool that is calledWork process of flow production which is used by Atlas Copco CTO. The most obviously results are that the lead time drops from 25 hours to 425 minutes and that the balancing loss decreases from 85 % to 8 %. The study consist of an investigation regarding the implementation of reassurance policing in Sweden and include a survey conducted among some of the local police offices in Stockholm County. The aim of the study is to investigate how the police officers working in the local polices offices experience the implementation of the local police offices and if the implementation of local the polices offices matches the police authority´s purpose with the project. The study uses the theoretical framework from political scientist Michael Lipsky calledStreet-level bureaucracy - Dilemmas of the individual in Public services which discuss the role of street-level bureaucrats and their influence in the implementation. Included in the study is also two different perspectives on governing in public sector called top-down perspective and bottom-up perspective. The findings of this paper shows that the police officers are in general positive towards the implementation and that there´s a duality among the police officers regarding the proximity to the citizens..

Denna uppsats behandlar en jämförelse hur Auschwitz-Birkenau-museet samt Livrustkammaren arbetar med sina respektive artefakter rörande bevarandeperspektivet. Detta innebär att författarna kommer fokusera på hur respektive museum arbetar för att bevara autenticiteten i de artefakter som finns. Frågeställningar är:-        Hur fysiskt aktiva anser sig respondenter i Stockholm respektive Västernorrlands län vara?-        Hur ser prevalensen ut angående självupplevd stress och psykisk status för män och kvinnor i Stockholms respektive Västernorrlands län och finns det någon skillnad mellan män och kvinnor?-        Finns någon samvariation mellan psykisk status respektive stress och fysisk aktivitet?MetodFör studien valdes en kvantitativ metod i form av en enkät uppdelad i två delar där den första delen mätte respondentens grad av självupplevd fysisk aktivitetsgrad och den andra delen mätte respondentens självupplevda psykiska status respektive självupplevda stress.ResultatAv de tillfrågade ansåg sig en klar majoritet vara fysiskt aktiva. Generellt sett ansåg sig en större andel män än kvinnor vara fysiskt aktiva.

We received this assignment from Region Värmland, an organization formed jointly by the 16 municipalities in the county of Värmland, to take responsibility for regional development, growth issues, culture and adult education in Värmland. The organization consists of a number of geographically dispersed units with specialized working areas. In this type of organization, there are high demands on internal communication as a tool to coordinate the organization?s different units and integrate their work, in order to reach the common goals.
