To be aware of the signs of depression, and how an authorized nurse can support the patient is therefore of great value. God kommunikation och ett empatiskt förhållningssätt är väsentligt speciellt när det gäller fibromyalgi patienter, detta eftersom det finns mycket fördomar emot sjukdomstillståndet. Syftet med studien var att belysa hur det vårdande mötet med sjuksköterskan upplevs av patient med fibromyalgi och dess närstående. Metoden som har använts var litteraturstudie. Resultatet visade, att patienter och de närstående upplevde en viss misstrohet i det vårdande mötet. Denna misstrohet ansåg patienterna och de närstående berodde på dålig information och kunskap om sjukdomstillståndet.

De flesta vårdskador beror helt eller delvis på brister i kommunikation. Ett sätt att förbättra patientsäkerheten är att använda kommunikationsverktyg, där det vanligast förekommande kallas SBAR. En litteraturstudie gjordes där femton artiklar granskades med syftet att belysa hur SBAR påverkar patientsäkerheten. SBAR utövade sin påverkan på flera olika sätt. Kommunikationen mellan de olika professionerna gavs en enhetlig struktur där mindre information saknades.

Kommunikation är en viktig del av omvårdanden där patienten ska vara delaktig och få komma med egna önskemål. Afasidrabbade har svårt att förmedla sina tankar och behov, där kan det bli problem och patienten blir lidande. Syftet med denna uppsats är att beskriva afasi ur ett patient perspektiv för att höja kunskapen hos vårdpersonalen. Uppsatsen är av en kvalitativ litteraturöversikt som bygger på Fribergs (2006) modell för litteraturstudier.

Bakgrund: Kejsarsnitt kan utföras både som ett planerat respektive akut ingrepp. Allt flerkvinnor önskar genomgå planerat kejsarsnitt. En förlossning är en individuell upplevelse. Föratt sjuksköterskan ska kunna bemöta en kvinnlig patient på bästa sätt, bör hon förstå kvinnansupplevelse i samband med kejsarsnitt.Syfte: Att beskriva kvinnors upplevelser i samband med kejsarsnitt.Metod: En litteraturstudie av vetenskapliga artiklar. Analys av resultatet inspirerades avinnehållsanalys.Resultat: Utifrån analysen skapades fyra huvudteman: känslomässiga reaktioner, bemötande,kommunikation och delaktighet.
