En analys av TPL-företag och deras samarbete med kunder
AbstractThe purpose of this paper is to analyze TPL companies, and their collaboration with their customers from a TPL perspective. The paper intends to get a bigger understanding of their collaboration, advantages/disadvantages and how the collaboration can be improved. The foundation for the paper is obtained through questions that have been created from the chosen theories about supply chain, third part logistic (TPL) and lean production. We have had open interviews with five different conveyers where we have had our questions prepared and during the interviews asked new questions to get more distinct answers. When we subsequently analyzed the empirical material and by chosen theories we have been able to confirm that the collaboration between the TPL companies and their customers is more of a partnership character.
Sjuksköterskors attityder gentemot patienter med psykisk ohälsa : en litteraturstudie
Syftet med denna beskrivande litteraturstudie var att belysa sjuksköterskors attityder gentemot patienter med psykisk ohälsa. En litteratursökning genomfördes och 12 vetenskapliga artiklar valdes ut till det slutliga resultatet. Resultatet visade att sjuksköterskorna hade en rädd attityd, en stressad attityd, en osäker attityd, en säker attityd samt en diskriminerande attityd gentemot patienter med psykisk ohälsa. Samhällets stigmatiserade syn på psykisk ohälsa påverkade sjuksköterskorna negativt i deras yrkesroll då de kunde utveckla en rädd, osäker och diskriminerande attityd. Kunskap och erfarenhet om psykisk ohälsa var något som resultatet visade förbättrade sjuksköterskornas bemötande och gav dem en säker attityd.
Att kommunicera med patienter som har ett annat modersmål : En litteraturbaserad studie
Bakgrund: Kärnan i omvårdnaden består av mötet mellan sjuksköterska och patient, där patienten görs delaktig. För att kunna mötas krävs en god kommunikation. I vården av en patient med ett annat modersmål kan språket bli en barriär, vilket kan överbryggas med hjälp av en tolk. Syfte: Syftet med denna studie var att belysa sjuksköterskans erfarenheter av kommunikation med patienter som har ett annat modersmål. Metod: Metoden som användes var en litteraturbaserad studie, där 12 kvalitativa vetenskapliga artiklar inkluderades.
"Man kan säga att båda sänder signaler men på olika frekvenser" : en kvalitativ studie om partners upplevelse av att vara i ett parförhållande där den andra partnern har Aspergers syndrom
Being in a relationship where the partner has Asperger's syndrome makes you indirectly affected by their disability as it affects not only the disabled but also the partner. The partner may be faced with a lack of understanding from their partner with Asperger's syndrome and from its surroundings, where the syndrome including causes, limits ability in social interaction and communication.The study is a qualitative study based on six asynchronous interviews conducted via email with partners who are in a relationship with a partner who has Asperger's syndrome.The aim of the study was to increase understanding and to highlight partners experience to be in a relationship where the other partner has Asperger's syndrome and how outside support from the environment is perceived. Results of the study showed that all six partners felt that everyday life was structured around the partner with Asperger's syndrome. There was a perceived feeling of loneliness because of the partner with Asperger's syndrome not caring about the partner and of being the one taking the greatest responsibility in everyday life for it to work. There was a feeling of stress, anxiety, lost confidence and frustration but there was also a strong desire and commitment to their partner with Asperger's syndrome.

The purpose with this study is to find out the experience of growing up in a family where the biological parents, has taken the assignment as family child caregiver?s. We have taken the help from the following question formulations to immerse ourselves in the subject. How do the biological children experience their relationship to their parents? How do the biological children experience their relationship to the children who are placed in their home? How do the biological children experience their participation in the family home? How do the biological children experience the need for support from outside the family? We have used a qualitative research method and interviewed six respondents with help from a semi-structured interview guide to get the respondents unique experiences told.

Banks find themselves at a highly competitive market where it is important to achieve high customer satisfaction if they want to attract customers and stay competitive. Some studies suggest that the gap between customer expectations and perception within the five quality dimensions influences the customer satisfaction. With SERVQUAL the authors of this thesis have investigated the suggested relationship and have discovered no indications of a relationship between the gap and customer satisfaction. Instead the results indicate that there is a relationship between perceived service and customer satisfaction. The thesis also indicates that the most important quality dimension for the bank customer is reliability.

ABSTRACT (english)Introduction: The possibility to transplant an organ is an important part of the health care system, which demands great resources and a well functioning organization with a level of high competence. The work with organ donation is complex and brings forward a great amount of different emotions for the operation room nurse. Aim: The aim with the study is to illustrate the operating room nurses experience when the organ donor is brain dead. Method: Data collection has been performed with semi-structured interviews, which have been interpreted by qualitative manifest analysis. The design of the study is pilot towards a study in full scale.
Säkert sittande - Ett produktutvecklingsprojekt mot Innovationsslussen i Västra Götaland
A thesis directed towards Innovationsslussen in Gothenburg about securing, improving and simplifying sitting on the toilet for patients with sitting difficulties. The primary target group for the project is patients who have had a stroke and as a consequence from that suffers from various kind of bodily paralysis.An overall goal was to design an aid that was comprehensive enough that the patient could manage sitting securely on the toilet without have a nurse giving physical support during defecation.Five conceptual proposals were developed and evaluated in consultation with Innovationsslussen and one was selected to be further developed.The result was an integrated support at the toilet that facilitates a good sitting posture which minimizes the risk of falling and provides comfortable support when leaning to the side. The product is divided in two with both a redesigned carryingsystem and a new type of support surface adapted for the purpose..
Samtal i livets slutskede : sällan bota, ofta lindra, alltid trösta
Bakgrund: Människan har alltid sett döden som något obehagligt och kommer troligen alltid att göra det. Ända fram till 60-talet var det få läkare som vågade tala om diagnosen för patienten om hon var döende. De anhöriga spelar en stor roll i vården av patienten i livets slutskede. Man ska vara lyhörd och uppmärksam för att på bästa sätt kunna tolka signaler i samtal med patienter. Ansvaret som vilar på sjuksköterskan är stort.
Mincing the brand ? A study of the relationship between private labels and retailer brands
Purpose: To contribute to the understanding of the relationship between private labels and the retailer brand in grocery retailing. Methodology: We use structured interviews as a cross-sectional method for quantitative data collection. The existence of the relationship is tested through correlation analysis and regression analysis. Theoretical perspective: Perceived quality of private labels and of retailers are the main theoretical concepts for this thesis. Additionally, we introduce the concept of loyalty to show the benefits of a positive consumer image.
Vårdrelationens innebörd för patienter inom psykiatrisk tvångsvård : en litteraturstudie
Det är sjuksköterskans ansvar att etablera en vårdrelation där patienten känner sig trygg, därför var det viktigt att belysa patientens egen uppfattning om vårdrelationens innebörd och vad det kan ha för betydelse för omvårdnaden. Syftet med studien var att undersöka vårdrelationens innebörd för vuxna patienter inom psykiatrisk tvångsvård. Studien är litteraturstudie med kvalitativ och deskriptiv design. Det gjordes en artikelsökning i Cinahl och PubMed med sökorden psychiatric care, caring relationship, coercion samt patients experiences. Artiklarna som valdes ut kvalitetsgranskades och sedan gjordes en manifest innehållsanalys.

The Swedish alcohol market has for many years been in the hands of the government. The question of the monopoly, its being or not being, has for a long time engaged both Swedish citizens and politicians. Since joining the European Union it has also been on the European agenda, trying to adapt Sweden to the more liberal alcohol politic in Europe.The suppliers find themselves acting on a completely different market than a market based on free competition. The suppliers are faced with one retail channel to the stores which creates dependence and uneven power balance towards the retailer. In addition to this, their marketing activities are strictly limited due to the laws and claims.
Uppfatta och reagera : En kvalitativ studie om IT-relaterade resursers roll i kundkännedomsprocesser och kundresponskapacitet
The structures of organizations have gone through a dramatic change over the last years; as a result customer service is no longer a small side activity but a critical part in customer relationship management. Development in information technology has created opportunities as well as challenges for organizations when it comes to providing a customer service with capacity of sensing and responding to customers' needs. Previous research shows a relationship between customer response capability and customer knowledge processeses, this study investigates and confirms this relationship. However, findings show that dedication and understanding for customers needs has a direct impact on both customer response capability and customer knowledge processeses, this result indicates that customer knowledge processes and customer relationship management are difficult to differentiate. Furthermore, this study explores IT-related resources impact on customer response capability and customer knowledge processes.
Psykiatriambulans Akut prehospital psykiatrisk vård
Bakgrund: Specialistsjuksköterskan ska uppta patientberättelsen och utifrån sinspecialiserade kunskap om medicinska eller psykiatriska tillstånd göra en korrekt bedömning.Sjuksköterskan ska från sin bedömning sedan förse patienterna med adekvata vårdåtgärder. IGöteborg har andelen ambulansuppdrag som klassificeras som psykiatrisk sjukdom ökat desista åren. Med anledning av det planerar ambulanssjukvården i Göteborg en speciellpsykiatriambulans med dubbelkompetens, en sjuksköterska som har specialistkunskap inompsykiatri samt en ambulanssjuksköterska. I Stockholm skall en psykiatriambulans införas 1april 2015 men inte med dubbelkompetens. Anledningarna till planen att introducera enpsykiatriambulans är att utveckla den akuta prehospitala vården bland annat genom att hjälpapatienter med psykiatrisk problematik till rätt vårdnivå.
Sjuksköterskans upplevelser av att vårda patienter med HIV/Aids
Idag lever cirka 33 miljoner människor med HIV/Aids. Totalt har omkring 30 miljoner människor avlidit sedan första Aids- fallet diagnostiserades år 1981. I västvärlden har HIV-smittade en tät kontakt med sjukvården eftersom de går på regelbundna kontroller, därmed är sjuksköterskor en yrkeskategori som träffar dessa patienter ofta. I utvecklingsländerna ser det ofta tyvärr annorlunda ut, HIV-smittade har ingen eller gles kontakt med sjukvården. Syftet med studien var att belysa sjuksköterskans upplevelser i omvårdnaden av HIV/Aids patienter.
