The aim of this thesis is to contribute to a better understanding of the FRA-law. The focus of the study is to examine how Swedish politicians relate to the new draft of this law on intelligence. Key themes in the study are security, threats, surveillance and privacy. The power relationship between the individual and the state is also examined. Empirical data used in this study consists of a spoken plenary debate in the House which was held in connection with the adoption of the FRA law in June 2008.

Despite this knowledge, the constructioncompanies predominately follow the industries regulations, which normally onlyimplement the minimum requirements.In order to get construction companies to design and build kitchens with increasedmoisture security, stricter industrial regulations might be needed to be implemented.Unlike bathrooms and laundry rooms, kitchens are not defined as a ?wet room? andthe regulations for the construction of kitchens are more lenient.It is difficult to detect water leaks in an early state and the moisture damage is usuallyextensive before it is discovered and repaired if the kitchen lacks moisture securedconstruction and water security.

Introduktion Rädsla för komplikationer är en faktor som man vet påverkar följsamheten. Oföljsamhet kan vara ett resultat av att patienten inte ser de långsiktiga fördelarna med sin behandling utan ser biverkningarna som ett alltför stort problem för att fortsätta sin läkemedelsbehandling. Det har visat sig att patienter gör en mer realistisk riskbedömning om biverkningarna presenteras numeriskt istället för verbalt. Syfte Att undersöka hur biverkningarna för antiinflammatoriska medel, icke steroider för utvärtes bruk i ATC-kod M02AA står presenterade i de olika informationskällorna FASS, Patient-FASS, Produktresumé och Bipacksedel. Material och metod Bipacksedlar och Produktresuméer hämtades från läkemedelsverkets hemsida, FASS-texter och Patient-FASS-texter hämtades från www.fass.se.

This thesis revolves around NATO?s role in the Ukraine crisis with the startpoint in 2014. Specifically, through conducting a qualitative content analysis of various NATO related material, a study regarding NATO?s security strategy and defense strategy, and the strategies' implications and roles in the Ukraine crisis, was able to be conducted. The purpose was to obtain an understanding of how NATO?s strategy has been interpreted and implemented in relation to the crisis.

Bakgrund: Att följa restriktioner gällande livsstil, och att ta mediciner som ordinerat, är nödvändigt för att en njurtransplanterad patient ska bibehålla funktion i den transplanterade njuren. Inom sjukvården benämns detta beteende för compliance. Non-compliance hos njurtransplanterade rapporteras i studier uppgå till 43 %. Non-compliance rapporteras öka risken för avstötning av njuren med upp till sju gånger för en patient med låg compliance, jämfört med en patient med hög compliance. Syfte: Syftet med aktuell litteraturstudie är att belysa faktorer som påverkar en vuxen njurtransplanterad patients compliance.

För att fördjupa oss i relationens betydelse har vi använt oss av Joyce Travelbees teori kring mellanmänskligheten. Uppsatsen är gjord som en systematisk litteraturstudie där sex artiklar analyserades. Vårt resultat visade att stress påverkade relationen negativt. Våra fynd visade att förmågan att skapa en relation minskade då både sjuksköterskan och patienten skapade en distans till varandra.

Sammanfattning: Syftet med studien var att beskriva sjukvårdspersonals upplevelse av att i yrkesverksam ålder bli patienter. Arbetet hade en beskrivande design. Fyra självbiografiska böcker analyserades med hjälp av kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Arbetet resulterade i två domäner: Upplevelser av sjukdomsbesked med kategorierna: Att leva i ovisshet och visshet och Bemötande. Upplevelser under utredning och behandling resulterade i kategorierna: Känslor i kroppen och själen; Att vara i andras händer; Att vara patient och Miljön.

Trygghet är en subjektiv upplevelse som påverkas av många olika faktorer och påverkar människors hälsa och beteenden. En individs hälsa påverkas av hela den omgivande miljön och otrygghet kan leda till att områden inte utnyttjas, vilket kan föranleda inaktivitet, isolering och stress. Trygghet påverkas negativt av förekomst av brott och positivt av gemenskap, mötesplatser och delaktighet. I Sverige upplever de flesta sitt bostadsområde som tryggt men det är vanligare att boende i flerfamiljshus i större städer upplever otrygghet. I stadsdelen Råby i Västerås finns mycket flerfamiljshus och har ett rykte om att vara otryggt.

Background: The majority of nurses experience work relatedstress, which can lead to a negative impact on patient care. Thestress can be handled by coping strategies. Aim: To illuminatecoping strategies among nurses experiencing work relatedstress. Method: The study has been accomplished as aliterature study, with a systematic review of scientific articles.Findings: Following coping strategies appeared: problemsolving, long-term strategies, passive strategies, leisurestrategies, social support and mental strategies. Conclusion:Awareness of coping strategies for dealing with work relatedstress, can lead to improvement in patient care..

The purpose of this study was to examine and illustrate how young adults look at themselves and their lifesituation in relation to the late modern society. More specifically its aim was to find out if the respondents have been affected by the ideals and norms of the late modern society in their lifechoises and their view of happiness. This study was based on interviews with eight young adults in the ages between 25 - 33. Out of the eight three were singles, two were married with children and three were in relationships. During the process four themes were identified: The importance and developement of an identity, fullfillment in the respondents lifesituations, the experience of happiness in the respondents lives and how the late modern society have influenced the respondents in their lives.

The focus of this study is on the nature of social support from the rape survivor's perspective. Research has shown that social support is essential to the survivor's ability to recover from rape and that it acts as a powerful tool for the survivor to effectively deal with the PTSD symptoms that follow rape. The research also shows that survivors often receive or interpret reactions after a rape as negative. Hence, these reactions can be detrimental tothe healing process.Qualitative interviews with six women on their experience of social support after rape form the base of this study and Anthony Giddens terms ontological security, fateful moments and bodily self-management are a part of the analytical apparatus. Rape is commonly analyzed from a feminist perspective.

 Extra high requirements are made on all systems in health care that they are functional and usable,´something, however, that is not always the case. At Emergency Admissions at Sahlgrenska University´Hospital many systems are in use at the same time and it happens that much overhead is caused by having to fill in the same information in different places. In addition, data that is gathered is to a large extent saved in free text format, which means that it cannot be used in a larger context such as research, quality control or for decision support. Data is saved in the patient file only for the treatment process of the individual patient.A data collecting system with decision support functionality could be a first step towards reducing Emergency Admissions? costs and patients? waiting times by providing a structured method of data collection.

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to describe the post-operative care during the three first days for patients who have undergone colorectal surgery according to ERAS care programs with a focus on the variables nutrition, elimination, activity, type of analgesia and the number of hospital days documented in the patient record and patient log books. ERAS means "Early Recovery After Surgery" and the purpose of the health care program is to accelerate recovery after colorectal surgery. The study had a descriptive design and a quantitative approach, in which 51 patient records were included. Log books and patient records were reviewed postoperatively. According to the log books estimated most of the patients, who had documented, that they ate and drank very good or good.
