Ortopediska kliniken i Malmö tog emot flest utlokaliserade patienter 2012 av samtliga kliniker på Skånes Universitetssjukhus. Detta innebär att patienten vårdas på en vårdenhet som inte är specialiserade på den aktuella diagnosen och vårdas av sjuksköterskor med kompetens av annan specialitet, vilket kan innebära potentiella patientsäkerhetsrisker. Upplever sjuksköterskan att hens yrkeskompetens förändras vid vård av dessa patienter och på vilket sätt? Upplever sjuksköterskan att det påverkar omvårdnaden av patienten och på vilket sätt? Innebär det någon patientsäkerhetsrisk att vårda utlokaliserad patient på sin ordinarie avdelning? Elva sjuksköterskor intervjuades med ett hermeneutiskt perspektiv på studien med Patricia Benners teori om kompetensnivåer som teoretiskt ramverk. De flesta deltagarna upplevde en skillnad i omvårdnaden vid vård av utlokaliserad patient.

Bakgrund: Mötet mellan sjuksköterska och patient har beskrivits som grundläggande isjuksköterskearbetet och är mer välstuderat i andra sjukvårdsmiljöer än hemsjukvården,som är basen för Sveriges sjukvård och engagerar ett stort antal behövande som vårdasav många anställda. Hemmet får allt större betydelse som vårdplats och antalet platserpå sjukhusen blir färre.Syftet var att beskriva sjuksköterskan i hemsjukvårdens upplevelse av mötet medpatienten och dennes närstående i deras eget hem (ordinärt boende).Metod: Studien gjordes som en allmän litteraturstudie där vetenskapliga artiklarsystematiskt söktes i olika databaser för att sedan analyseras. Sökningarna resulterade i11 artiklar.Resultatet: Presenteras i tre kategorier som beskriver sjuksköterskans upplevelser:Relationens betydelse i mötet med patient och närstående, förtroende, tillit och respekt imötet samt maktlöshet, frustration och en känsla att inte räcka till.Diskussion: Med kännedom om hur betydelsefull relationen till patienten upplevskänns det angeläget att som sjuksköterska i hemsjukvården arbeta personcentrerat ochatt hela tiden lyssna in patient och närstående och försöka anpassa sig till situationen.7Slutsats: Relationen mellan patient, närstående och sjuksköterska har stor betydelse föroch påverkar alla inblandade parter. Kunskap som är av betydelse för att möta de kravoch förväntningar hemsjukvården kommer ställas inför när allt fler och allt sjukarepersoner kommer behöva hjälp med allt mer avancerade insatser..

An increasing number of chemicals are being transported by ships along the Swedish coastline. Many of these chemicals may pose a threat to the environment. Accidents and spills are luckily rare, but nonetheless it is important to be prepared for a possible chemical spill. The Swedish Coast Guard is responsible for responding to chemical spills at sea, and has both equipment and trained personnel for the purpose. In order to prepare for a possible accident one also needs to know what is currently being transported at sea.

Joyce Travelbees teoretisk referensram har valts då den fokuserar på mellanmänskliga dimensioner i omvårdnad. Syftet med studien var att undersöka upplevelsen i mötet mellan patient och vårdare, och dess betydelse för patientens inställning till vården. Syftet besvarades genom en kvalitativ innehållsanalys av vetenskapliga artiklar.

The project was carried out with SwedSafe AB, engaged in hearing and manufacture of earplugs. Since the company is a world leader in the sale of these products, it is important that they keep a higher level of quality of these products.Production of earplugs is currently a automated manufacturing process that is divided into four conveyor belts and one of the conveyor belts is what will be affected in the project. The belt affected during this process is exposed to various elements such as filling, closing, fermentation and extraction of products. Because the belt gets dirty, degraded products and the work environment is affected. To increase the quality of products and improve the working environment requires an automatic cleaning process, which collects dirt from the belt.The aim of the project is to design a machine that prevents the belt from becoming dirty, preserve molds clean and improve the working environment without disrupting production.

Introduktion: Parkinsons sjukdom (PS) är en kronisk, progressiv sjukdom som bl.a. drabbar rörelsemönstret och leder till sociala, psykiska och fysiska problem för både den drabbade och dennes familj. Syfte: Syftet med detta arbete var att belysa patientens och dess närståendes upplevelse av att leva med Parkinsons sjukdom till livets slut. Metod: Artiklarna söktes via PubMed och Cinahl, vilka bearbetades utifrån syftet. 16 st artiklar kvalitetsbedömdes och sammanställdes till ett resultat.

The question of euthanasia has kept pre-occupying and agitating the minds of thinkers, sweeping the globe, pummelling pedagogy, assailing assumptions, and bludgeoning biases. Both the moralist, ethicist, theologian, psychologist, educationist, anthropologist, politician, physician, patient as well as the common man in the street are interested in it. This pervading interest simply arises out of the fact that euthanasia involves the question of life, and life is something that is a common denominator to all men.The controversy hinges on the fact that, there are divergent views on the moral question of euthanasia. While some would unflinchingly opt for euthanasia others would prefer to oppose it to the best of their strength, yet others will remain agnostic about it. But the issue here remains: is euthanasia in any way morally justified? Has human life an intrinsic value? Or is human life valuable only when it is healthy? Are we the ones who decide when to die? Has the physician any right to either assist or terminate the life of the patient simply on account of suffering? Has the patient any right to end his/her life? Are there some conditions in which euthanasia could be allowed? Is suffering meaningless?The topic of my project is: THE MORALITY OF EUTHANASIA IN THE LIGHT OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH?S TEACHING.

Smärta är något subjektivt och det är bara patienten som kan säga hur ont han har. Smärtskattning ger sjuksköterskan en uppfattning om patientens upplevda smärta. Sjuksköterskor kommer ofta i kontakt med patienter med smärta, därav vikten av att kunna skatta smärta hos en patient på ett adekvat sätt. Olika smärtskattningsinstrument har tagits fram och är ett hjälpmedel till sjuksköterskan vid smärtskattning. Syftet med denna studie är att få en ökad kunskap och insikt i smärtskattningen ur en sjuksköterskas perspektiv.

Otillräcklig kommunikation mellan sjuksköterska och patient kan leda till otrygghet och stress hos patienten. Syfte: Studiens syfte är att beskriva hur intensivvårdssjuksköterskor kommunicerar med patienter som vårdas med respirator, vilka möjligheter och hinder som finns samt om sjuksköterskans erfarenhet har betydelse.Metod: En kvantitativ ansats valdes och data till pilotstudien insamlades med hjälp av en enkät. Resultat: Sjuksköterskorna i studien ansåg inte att det är svårt att kommunicera med patienter som vårdas med respirator. Större delen av sjuksköterskorna använde sig av kroppsspråk, ögonkontakt och beröring som kommunikationsmetoder.

Early intervention is important on different levels and must be justified as a social and economic long-term investment. There is no doubt about the importance of early detection when helping children/students in need of support. What kind of support that is deemed suitable and who provides the support can be viewed from different perspectives and with different approaches. Seen from a relational perspective the special education process is a long-term process and affects not only the individual but the whole school culture and systems may need changing. This study intends to describe the importance of the learning environment and what efforts are initiated early for students in need of support from the special education point of view.
