This essay is an enquiry about how companies as participated in a Lean pro¬duction education use this education. The essay describes also how one works with the implementation of Lean production and how they believe that they will work. The enquiry tries to create an advisory material for other companies that are in the beginning of implementing their own Lean production systems. There these companies? gets a picture of how other companies have done during their try to create a functioning Lean production system.

Diagnosis of adhd, the cause and consequence. A study about the teachers thought about it.The purpose of this study was to examine teachers experience and views about children diagnosed with adhd, and what implication and effects it gives to the pedagogy strategies in the classroom.This is a qualitative study based on the experience of six teachers from primary school. My results have been compiled and compared to special educational research about adhd, from three different perspectives.The results showed that the teachers who have been working as teachers for a longer period, think that the problems of adhd occur primarily due to environmental causes, but then also say that they think the individual causes matters. It is also these teachers that talks very well about medication as a treatment to cure adhd symptoms. The teachers who have worked the shortest time, most of them have some special education from the teacher education.

Bakgrund: Mötet mellan sjuksköterska och patient har beskrivits som grundläggande isjuksköterskearbetet och är mer välstuderat i andra sjukvårdsmiljöer än hemsjukvården,som är basen för Sveriges sjukvård och engagerar ett stort antal behövande som vårdasav många anställda. Hemmet får allt större betydelse som vårdplats och antalet platserpå sjukhusen blir färre.Syftet var att beskriva sjuksköterskan i hemsjukvårdens upplevelse av mötet medpatienten och dennes närstående i deras eget hem (ordinärt boende).Metod: Studien gjordes som en allmän litteraturstudie där vetenskapliga artiklarsystematiskt söktes i olika databaser för att sedan analyseras. Sökningarna resulterade i11 artiklar.Resultatet: Presenteras i tre kategorier som beskriver sjuksköterskans upplevelser:Relationens betydelse i mötet med patient och närstående, förtroende, tillit och respekt imötet samt maktlöshet, frustration och en känsla att inte räcka till.Diskussion: Med kännedom om hur betydelsefull relationen till patienten upplevskänns det angeläget att som sjuksköterska i hemsjukvården arbeta personcentrerat ochatt hela tiden lyssna in patient och närstående och försöka anpassa sig till situationen.7Slutsats: Relationen mellan patient, närstående och sjuksköterska har stor betydelse föroch påverkar alla inblandade parter. Kunskap som är av betydelse för att möta de kravoch förväntningar hemsjukvården kommer ställas inför när allt fler och allt sjukarepersoner kommer behöva hjälp med allt mer avancerade insatser..

Syfte: Att beskriva hur olika former av fysisk aktivitet kunde påverka patienter med sjukdomen KOL och vilka faktorer som inverkade på dessa patienters möjligheter att vara fysiskt aktiva, samt att beskriva hur sjuksköterskan genom patientutbildning kunde hjälpa patienter till ökad fysisk aktivitet. Metod: Studien har genomförts i form av en systematisk litteraturstudie. Till resultatet har använts 16 kvantitativa och en kvalitativ artikel. Resultat: Resultatet visade att träning både i grupp och individuellt förbättrade livskvalitet, fysisk förmåga och andnöd. Träning motverkade också kakexi och minskade risken för depression.

This is an empirical study based on Physical Education and health (PE) teachers' experiences and builds on, for the study, significant literature. The study is about PE teachers? consideration of gender in the assessment as well as in the selection of lesson content. Semi-structured interviews were employed as method for the data collecting process. Four teachers were interviewed, teachers of PE in elementary and upper secondary school with varied length of professional experience and ages.

The purpose with this essay is to examine different roles of leadership in the working environment by interviewing ex-students that have taken their degree from Halmstad Högskola and its construction program. How do these ex-students handle to be in a position of power in their everday life and how do they handle decision making? Do they find that the education they have recieved in any way has helped them in regard for leadership or do they rather conclude that further education in the area of leadership would be beneficial? These are the questions that I set out to shed some light over in this essay. This study consists of one part theory and one empirical part. The empirical part was accomplished by interviewing ex-students from Halmstad Högskola and this part was later compiled with relevant theories on the subject which were obtained from books , internet and various databases.The results from the interviews show that the general point of view is that the subjects containing leadership in their education hasn't really helped them.

Joyce Travelbees teoretisk referensram har valts då den fokuserar på mellanmänskliga dimensioner i omvårdnad. Syftet med studien var att undersöka upplevelsen i mötet mellan patient och vårdare, och dess betydelse för patientens inställning till vården. Syftet besvarades genom en kvalitativ innehållsanalys av vetenskapliga artiklar.

While studying at the landscape architect program in Uppsala I found stress to play a major roll in the education. To help myself and others to handle the negative stress within the profession and the education I choose to write my thesis about landscape architects' work cultures. Swedish Association of Architects is in second place in the SACO study on long-term sickness for fatigue syndrome, stress and depression. The issue needed to be addressed. My purpose with the thesis has been to study the work cultures in the landscape profession and training and to study and find ways to manage negative stress in the profession and in education.

AbstractThe Swedish school is the biggest place of work in the country. Statistics about the Swedish school shows that both students and teachers work in an environment who has elements of violations, threats and violence, and study environments where many students do not feel they have a study environment during class. The purpose with this study has been to investigate if teachers and principals is given the right conditions in their respective educations to pursue their professional profession to achieve the objectives of the goals with the systematic safety and work environment of the school's safety concerns. The study has been designed as an investigation about respective educations syllabus and has been examined by the presence about systematic safety and knowledge about work environment law in respective courses. The examination about respective educations syllabus has been done by a qualitative content analysis.

Background Anesthesia-related deaths are common in dogs, especially in the postoperative period, in compare to humans. This study aims to describe and elucidate the qualities of the postoperative care for dogs in Sweden. Method To investigate the postoperative care, a qualitative study was made by interviewing personnel in the animal health care sector. The primary information from the interviews was analyzed in a qualitative manor and a few distinguished qualities came forth. Results These qualities describe the postoperative care and include preventive activities, postoperative activities, monitoring and communication. A variation in regards to the results was seen between the interviewed.

Sjuksköterskan har ett stort ansvar i hur man bemöter patienten. Ett bra bemötande betyder mycket för patientens välbefinnande. Att uppnå välbefinnande är målet med bemötandet. Omvårdnadsteoretikern Jean Watson talar om en transpersonell relation, en speciell mänsklig samvaro mellan sjuksköterskan och patienten. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att beskriva hur ett antal faktorer kan relateras till sjuksköterskans bemötande av patienten.

Typ 2 diabetes är den vanligaste diabetesformen i Sverige och har samband med vår vällevnad. Tidigare studier visar att sjukdomen är mer vanlig bland fysiskt inaktiva och bland människor med ett ökat energiintag. Syftet med studien var att kartlägga sjuksköterskans hälsofrämjande arbete i primärvården vid typ 2 diabetes. En kvalitativ intervjustudie användes för att samla data. Fem sjuksköterskor från olika vårdcentraler i gamla Skaraborgs län deltog.

AimThe aim of this study is to discuss process orientated education by identifying and describing general elements in two alternative pedagogies that in different ways attempt to separate themselves from the didactics in the traditional school. The questions are:1. How do the general elements for example the pupil, the knowledge and the lesson, in classroom education appear at a Waldorf and a Freinet school respectively?2. How do the general elements for example the teacher, the lesson planning and the overall goal, that teachers obey to and create in their lesson?s planning appear at the two schools respectively?MethodThe study is based on four days of observations in one ninth grade class at a Freinet school and a corresponding amount of time in one eighth grade class and one ninth grade class at a Waldorf school.

The purpose of this development project is to create a model for working with a high school project in Electrical and Energy Program. It should be conducted in a form like companies do according to the goals from The Swedish National Agency for Education. In order to fully perform this we use the concept of Young Entrepreneurship. The model is created according to the new conditions from The National Electrical Safety Board. There is now an exception saying that a student during education is released from the demand of employment that is the normal procedure where you are under supervision from a certified electrician. During the project there has been theoretical and practical examinations in order to clear out the advantages and disadvantages using this model, but also to examine whether it is useful in the future and to what extent it can be used. The result indicates that the model is useful and fulfills the goals from The Swedish National Agency for Education but that the model has its limitations and difficulties.

Reumatoid artrit (RA) är den vanligaste inflammatoriska sjukdomen i Sverige. Artros är en icke inflammatorisk sjukdom. En del av behandlingen för reumatiker idag består av patientundervisning i grupp. Genom patientundervisning ökar patientens kunskaper och bättre förutsättning till egenvård ges. Syftet med studien var att beskriva kursdeltagares erfarenheter av patientundervisning för reumatiker fem år efter avslutad kurs.
