Klimatförändringar befaras ge en mängd olika konsekvenser för samhället. Ökade översvämningsrisker är bara en av dessa. De ökade översvämningsriskerna kommer att påverka den möjliga markanvändningen och många områden som idag anses säkra att bebygga och odla kommer att bli riskzoner för översvämning i ett framtida klimat. I samhällets anpassningsprocess ligger nödvändigheten att skydda befintlig bebyggelse men också att kunna lokalisera ny bebyggelse, odling och infrastruktur till säkra zoner. Den kommunala fysiska planeringen har styrmedel som kan påverka bebyggelsens placering och utformning.

Bakgrund: Långvarig smärta har funnits hos människor i alla tider och idag ses den långvariga smärtan som ett stort folkhälsoproblem. Långvarig smärta förändrar livsvärlden mer eller mindre. Samtidigt har anmälningar om brister inom bemötande ökat, där sjuksköterskan omnämns. Syfte: Syftet var att beskriva upplevelsen hos personer med långvarig smärta i deras möte med sjuksköterskan. Metod: En litteraturstudie framställd ur vetenskapliga artiklar.

This study is based on interviews with four managers in public elderly care and four managers in private elderly care. The aim of this paper is to examine how these managers are experiencing their leadership in relation to conflict management, and if the managers leadership differs depending on private or public elderly care. Leadership and conflict management are theories that have been used in order to analyze the empirical findings. Previous research that has been used in the study concerns ?leadership/leadership styles?, ?conflict management?, ?to be active in the private/public elderly care?.

The purpose of the literature review was to illuminate how family are responded to in health care and their experiences with a sick person in the palliative care. Ten articles dealing with the questions have been used. The questions emphasized how family experienced the response from people working within health care, their own situations and if they felt they were sufficiently informed. The results were presented from out in the questions in two themes families positive and negative experiences. The results show that for the families to have positive experiences of the respons, the situation and the information given, the working within health care have to make families feel part of the palliative care, to the extent they wish to participate..

I bakgrunden beskrivs begreppen smärta och postoperativsmärta tillsammans med Travelbees vårdteori. Den postoperativa smärtupplevelsen är alltid unik och bör behandlas individuellt. Det förekommer stora variationer i smärtupplevelse, analgetika behov och behandlingseffekt hos patienter. Syftet är att belysa patienters upplevelser av postoperativ smärta. Metoden för uppsatsen är en litteraturstudie där kvalitativt vetenskapliga artiklar har använts.

Background: The need for palliative care at home hasincreased in recent years as more people wish to die in their own homes. Toperform good palliative care by addressing patients' needs and desires of lifecare requires a better understanding of how nurses experience palliative careat home. Aim: The aim of the study was todescribe nurses experiences of caring for patients in palliative care in homecare. Method: The method was asystematic literature review and the article search resulted in elevenqualitative articles. An inductive qualitative approach was used where nursesdifferent experiences was identified. Results: Our results are reportedunder two themes:Opportunities and Barriers. Palliative carein home care experiencedby nurses in variousways in which personalgrowth, experience, guidance,trustful communication, cooperation and self-knowledgewas opportunies thatemerged. Barriers experienced by nurseswas ineffective communication,lack of time and abuseof power in palliative care at home.

Background:There are approximately 45 000 people in the ages over 65 years dies outside the health facilities of the hospitals in Sweden in every year. Previous research has shown lacking knowledge in taking care of the next of kin during and after a sudden death. However, conducted research has emphasized that ambulance nurses often are the next of kin?s first contact with the health care system during sudden death at home. Research has also shown that the mourning of the next of kin is affected by the ambulance nurses? way of announcing the next of kin when someone close dies.

Because of this, the number of delegations per nurse is often unacceptably high.Aim. The aim of this study was to describe the public health nurses´ experience in drugs delegation to home care staff in home care.Method. In this study a qualitative method with an inductive approach was used.

The group of elderly people in Sweden will increase significantly in the future and science point out that the future elderly people will not accept today?s standards and offers of assistance in today?s public elderly care. Therefore public elderly care stands before a significant challenge in terms of development that has to be sustainable. ABSTRACTBackground: As a nurse it is a part of your work description to precepting students. A good relationship between preceptor and student is important for a successful precepting witch can be rewarding for both parties. There are many studies on how nurses in hospital departments experience precepting students, however it is not as explored in the prehospital care.Objective: To describe ambulance nurses' experience of precepting nursing students in the third and final year of university-level nursing school.Method: A qualitative study was conducted. Nine respondents at two ambulance stations in central Sweden were selected with the help of strategic convenience sample. The informants were nurses with specialist education in ambulance/prehospital care who had experience of working in the ambulance unit for at least a year.Result: The majority of participants were positive to precepting students and the time seemed adequate.

Objective: To investigate the experiences of ambulance nurses when using Boussignac CPAPcompared to their previous model, and their suggestions for possible improvements in the use of CPAP in the care of patients with pulmonary oedema. Method: A qualitative study with a descriptive and exploratory approach. Data was collected through ten semi-structured interviews with ambulance nurses, seven men and three women. The analysis was conducted using Lundman and Graneheim?s content analysis.

Background: Previous research demonstrates that negative stress in the current situation is common among nurses working in emergency care. The stress is demonstrated to be associated with poorer provided care for patients and impaired health of nurses. Aim: The purpose of the study was to highlight nurses' perception of stress and their work for a good nursing care on an emergency care department. Method: An empirical design with qualitative approach has been used. Five semi-structured interviews were conducted with nurses and forms the basis of the results of the study.
