To provide our company a new business opportunity I have in this essay examined the economical possibilities to sell energy. I have chosen to do a case study on my own farm in this essay. The farm is focused to cropping and also have some properties for hire. The farm is situated in the village of Fjelie and that?s where the opportunity for selling heat are. Fjelie has about forty houses. The idea is to build a plant where straw is being used as fuel.

Att tillägna sig sin bostad är en viktig aspekt för att kunna känna sig hemma i sin egen bostad. Arkitekten Ola Nylander presenterar i sin forskning sju egenskapsfält (material och detaljer, axialitet, omslutenhet/öppenhet, rörelse, rumsfigurer, ljus och rumsorganisation) som kan fungera som måttstockar för hur väl en lägenhet går att ta till sig. Uppsatsen utgår från de sju egenskapsfälten och undersöker, genom dem, hur de boende upplever trivseln i sin bostad. Alla bostäderna i undersökningen är placerade i ett passivhus på fastigheten Flaggskepparen 5 i Västra Hamnen Malmö. Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka vilka egenskapsfält som är viktiga för hur de boende upplever trivseln i ett nyproducerat passivt flerbostadshus. 9 stycken kvalitativa intervjuer har därför genomförts med de boende i fastigheten. Dessa intervjuer har varit mellan 20 och 60 minuter långa och genomförts på plats i respondenternas lägenheter (alla utom en).

The concept of the work-first principle (arbetslinjen) might be considered old, but still serves as the main principle as well as an instrument in the Swedish labour market and social policy today. The original idea was that work and willingness to work was to be rewarded, especially due to a common opposition against the passive receipt of grants. The general definition of work, today, is that it is something desirable that should be achieved and that unemployed primarily will be offered training or work rather than grants and subsidies. Variations in fertility have caused a problematic situation in Sweden among other European countries. According to the Council of Europe we are facing an economic and demographic challenge, when the baby boomers of the 1940?s are retiring. Economists have for a long time studied the connection between economic factors and fertility, and several studies have found a correlation between business cycles and birth rates. AbstractOur bachelor degree thesis was carried out in collaboration with Ivar Petterssons Järnmanufaktur AB in Smålandsstenar. We were asked to replace their wedge housing, used to fasten the wires to the power lines, with a similar structure in a plastic material. The idea for this project started with Ivar Petterssons Järnmanufaktur AB having problems with the casting quality that forced them to perform expensive tests on each of the wedge houses to ensure the quality. They are currently produced in China which is also a major drawback because it requires expensive long delivery times.The method we used is Fredy Olsson's Princip- and Primärkonstuktion (1995). We have consistently been in the project on so-called "broad front", which means that you create several sketches, ideas and changes in parallel, and then evaluates all.

Bakgrund: I många idrotter såsom innebandy används vanligen statisk stretching (SS) som en del av uppvärmningen i tron om att öka prestation trots att statisk stretching har visat sig ha negativ inverkan på aktiviteter som involverar styrka, power, sprint och agility.Syfte: Syftet med föreliggande studie var att undersöka om olika stretchmetoder SS, dynamisk stretching (DS) och ingen stretching (IS) som en del av uppvärmningen påverkade agility och/eller rörelseomfång (ROM) i hamstring hos manliga innebandyspelare i superelitligan och om en eventuell effekt varade upp till 10 min in i testtillfället.Metod: Vid tre testtillfällen testades de olika stretchmetoderna (SS, DS och IS) efter avslutad uppvärmning. Alla tre stretchmetoderna utfördes vid varje testtillfälle efter randomiserad ordning på tre olika grupper. Agility och rörlighet testades med T-test (s) och passive straight leg raise test (o) vid 0 min, 5 min och 10 min efter avslutad stretching. Totalt 9 testpersoner slutförde studien.Resultat: Vid både 0 min och 5 min efter avslutad stretching noterades bäst tid på T-test (s) efter DS (10,20 ± 0,98 samt 9,92 ± 0,49). Vid 10 min noterades bäst tid efter IS (9,68 ± 0,16).

För att säkerställa en god start i livet hos kalvar är råmjölken en viktig del. Upptag av antikroppar från råmjölk påverkas av många olika faktorer. En viktig faktor är kvaliteten hos den råmjölk som kalven utfodras med. Det finns olika sätt att kontrollera halten av antikroppar innan råmjölksgiva. Ett vanligt verktyg i svenska besättningar är kolostrometer som mäter densiteten i mjölken och utifrån denna kan ge en uppskattning av antikroppsinnehållet. I detta examensarbete har en digital Brix-refraktometer och kolostrometern jämförts med infraröd spektroskopi.

Folkhälsa berör många samhällsområden och det är mycket viktigt att alla människor tar del av information och kunskap om hälsa. Rökning är en stor fara för folkhälsan som ständigt är aktuell och många projekt påbörjas just för att få en minskning av tobaksanvändning och förhindra ohälsa på grund av rökning. Särskilt viktigt är det att studera rökning bland unga. Syftet med den här uppsatsen är studera hur rökvanor ser ut och förändras bland ungdomar vid 11 och 15 års ålder och hur rökvanorna kan relateras till alkoholvanor, socioekonomi och fysisk aktivitet. Metoden innebar användning av enkätdata från Statens folkhälsoinstituts färdigställda enkäter.

Today, individual indoor stalls and individual outdoor paddocks are the most common way to house horses in Sweden. The way that we manage, house and feed the horses are not optimal for the species natural basic behavioural needs. However, the awareness of this grows in the context of research and the emergence of alternative housing systems. One of the alternatives to the traditional format in individual boxes is called group housing. Group housing systems allow horses to live in herds and they can choose how they want to distribute the hours of the day between movement, resting and foraging. The purpose of this study is to examine how frequently the young horses in a group housing system use the indoor lying area.

BackgroundAccording to the Swedish Statistics Central Office (SCB) there were 2 064 000 detached houses in Sweden in 2009. The same year Nordea Bank released a report which described an increased interest in private finances among 2,4 million Swedes. Within the area of private finances lies that which concerns real estate. We argue that a house (detached house) is one of the most financially valuable assets a person will ever own and thus the increased interest in private finance is justified.In regard to this, the financial valuation of the property becomes an issue. When discussed, people mostly refer to the market value, which is the estimated value of the property on the open market.
