Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka om revisionsplikten för små och mikro AB bör finnas kvar eller inte. Inom den Europeiska Unionen (EU) är det endast Sverige och Malta som i nuläget har plikten kvar fullt ut. För att få en uppfattning om vad debatten handlar om har vi i första hand studerat aktuella artiklar. Vi har även använt oss av två olika forskarrapporter inom området och litteratur. Åsikter i debatten har vi även tagit del av genom sju stycken olika intervjuer med anställda hos banker, Skatteverket, revisionsbyråer och ägare i små och mikro AB.

Property sales involve two main contract Partners, the buyer (the new owner) and the seller (the property owner). In some cases the property owner can have let a third person (the leaseholder) lease the property or the land.The rights and obligations that fall on the property owner, the leaseholder and the new owner according to the Code of land laws can appear difficult and unclear, especially con-cerning reservation, the new owner?s duty to inspect the property and when he does not act in good faith, the formal requirement and when terms are changed.The work towards a more uniform interpretation of the Code of land laws should result in a greater correspondence between the rules of leasehold and property sales, the rules of leasehold should be interpreted in accordance with the rules of property sales. This should mean an increased responsibility for the property owner to reserve the lease and a de-creased duty for the new owner to inspect the property. If the lease is only partially re-served, the new owner is only bound by the leasehold to the parts which he understood from the reservation and the duty to inspect the property is limited to documents in the property owner?s possession.

Att ?sexta? innebär att med textbaserade digitala medier kommunicera med sexuella Partners, vilket är en praktik som kan upplevas väldigt intim trots mediets begränsningar av de karaktäristiska dragen av en fysisk interaktion. Denna studie har som syfte att ge en övergripande bild över hur denna typ av interaktion konstrueras och tar sig uttryck, vilket görs i en tredelad undersökning som fokuserar på kommunikationsmönsterna och hur dessa reflekteras över. Det empiriska materialet utgörs av 18 bidrag insamlade via en nätbaserad deltagande observation, 2 kvalitativa intervjuer och 56 svarande på en nätbaserad enkät. Genom ett självselektivt urval avgränsades den studerade gruppen till i huvudsak informanter med en medianålder på 27 år med erfarenheter av heterosexuella relationer.

Det pågår en förändring på världsmarknaden då nya förutsättningar bidragit till enallt mer dynamisk arbetsmarknad. Det skapar goda möjligheter till en internationell karriär förframtida examinerade studenter. Marknaden kommer att kräva nya typer av erkännande av desom är examinerade av utländska universitet vilket en extern ackreditering kan vara ett svar på. AACSB är en extern ackreditering verksam för att främja och förbättra högre utbildning inomföretagsekonomi. Tidigare studier har endast sett till hur en extern ackreditering påverkarorganisationen på en makronivå och inte studeranden ur ett mikroperspektiv.

Sexualitet är en unik och viktig del av människors grundbehov. Det finns stereotypa uppfattningar att personer som lever med degenerativa sjukdomar är asexuella. Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva upplevelser av sexualitet hos kvinnor som lever med kroniska sjukdomar. En kvalitativ innehållsanalys av 12 artiklar resulterade i 5 kategorier: ?att älska och vara värd att älska för den man är?, ?att den sexuella funktionen förändras av symptom och läkemedel?, ?att relationer och samspel med partnern är viktigt?, ?att vara orolig och bli generad? samt ?att omvärdera och förändra?.

Communicative recycling, to repeat utterances uttered by oneself or others, is a common phenomenon in all societies and languages. The talk of persons with autism often features recycling. The aim of this study was to identify different forms of recycling in communication involving a boy with autism and to describe its functions. Communication between the boy with autism, who used Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) to communicate, and his parents and teachers was videotaped. The conversations took place in familiar settings, in the boy?s home and at his pre-school.

Turkey?s nearly fifty-year-old aspiration for admittance to the European Union took a crucial step forward with the signing of the Ankara agreement in 1996. The aim of this thesis is to examine the trade effects that evolve from the creation of a customs union. Our objective is to study how Turkey?s trade patterns adapted to the liberalized trade by examining the effects on resource allocation, specialization and welfare.

Kronisk obstruktiv lungsjukdom (KOL) är en irreversibel och progressiv sjukdom som förutspås vara den tredje största dödsorsaken i världen år 2030. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att beskriva upplevelsen av hur det sociala livet påverkas hos personer med KOL. Arton kvalitativa vetenskapliga studier analyserades med kvalitativ manifest innehållsanalys.

Syftet med detta examensarbete är att undersöka hur företag använder sig av Internet för att utveckla sitt varumärke genom att förmedla miljövänliga värden. För att genomföra vårt syfte har vi valt en kvalitativ fallstudie med ett fallföretag i fokus. Primärdata är insamlad i form av semistrukturerade intervjuer, vilken vi underbygger med sekundära källor. Teorin representerar områdena Internet, miljö och varumärkesidentiteten. This study investigates the corporate sustainability activity, linked to the company's core business, which is a relatively unexplored field in a Swedish context. The study examines how the organization has used management control for its sustainability activity within two social initiatives; and whether these initiatives have generated value for the organization and involved stakeholders. Management control of social initiatives are examined within the theoretical framework of The Sustainable Balanced Scorecard and the organization's value creation contributions are outlined in accordance with a definition of the concept of Creating Shared Value. The method used for the implementation of the study is a qualitative study, embodied in an illustrative case study of a large Swedish company operating within financial sector. The empirical data was collected through 12 in-depth interviews with representative interviewees within the organization and with other stakeholders involved in the company's social initiatives.

Assignments and organizations working with exposed women are more and more common in the Swedish society. Both authorities and nonprofit organizations are working actively to strengthen women?s position in the labor market through incentives and other measures. The study shows that the work with exposed women takes place in cooperation between the parties involved. The purpose of this qualitative study was to look into how the professionals were working with exposed women, in different types of organizations.

The main purpose of this Master?s thesis is to do a benchmarking study of the marketing activities at the public library of Valdemarsvik. The purpose is also to describe and get a deeper understanding of benchmarking as a method for improving library activity. Four major problem areas are addressed: How can one use benchmarking as a tool to achieve change? How can one learn with benchmarking? What similarities and differences are there between benchmarking and other similar methods for competence development? Is benchmarking better than other similar methods for competence development? The empirical approach was qualitative and the method chosen was action research.

Huvudsyftet med studien var att undersöka olika faktorers betydelse för tillfredsställelsen i en kärleksrelation. Framförallt; anknytning, konflikt och copingstilar, samt inre/yttre sexuell locus of control, relationsfaktorer, spillovereffekt; påverkan mellan Partners relationstillfredsställelse och konfigurationen av pars anknytningsstilar. Dessutom undersöktes om det fanns en gemensam underliggande struktur inom anknytning, konflikt och copingstilar. 106 personer (52 par) besvarade en enkät rörande de olika områdena. Faktoranalys visade 60 % total gemensam varians för anknytning, konflikt och copingstilar, de tre presenterade faktorerna benämns som generella copingstilar; -flexibel, -ångestrelaterad och -undvikande.

AbstractThe use of temporary agency workers has increased significantly during the last decades. Due to considerable differences in the legal status and working conditions of temporary agency workers within the EU, the directive 2008/104/EC on temporary agency work was adopted in 2008. The current directive has a two folded purpose, first and foremost to improve the employment and working conditions for temporary agency workers, by establishing the principle of equal treatment. The second purpose is to create greater acceptance for the temporary work agencies, and also to review and remove any unjustified restrictions or prohibitions against them.There are several different models for labour market regulation represented within the EU. The Swedish and Nordic model has through history relied heavily on regulation via collective agreements, entered into by the social Partners, with a minimal amount of state interference and regulation.For Sweden there is a potential problem in the implementation of the directive on temporary agency work, since it follows from case law by the European Court of Justice (ECJ).
