Bakgrund: År 2010 kom den nya skollagen, vilket ställde krav på att alla skolor skulle ha en elevhälsa med tillgång till skolsköterska, kurator, specialpedagog, skolpsykolog och läkare. Elevhälsans uppgift är att tillsammans främja hälsa samt att hjälpa eleven uppnå skolans mål. Skolsköterskans arbete upplevs många gånger vara ensamt och individuellt, men att ett samarbete med andra professioner inom skolan är viktig för att elevhälsan ska vara tillgänglig och på så vis upptäcka ohälsa tidigt.Syfte: Syftet med studien var att belysa skolsköterskors erfarenheter av att samarbeta med övriga medarbetare inom elevhälsan för att främja hälsa.Metod: I denna studie användes en kvalitativ metod med induktiv ansats därdatamaterialet analyserades med kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Datamaterialet bygger på intervjuer som genomfördes med åtta skolsköterskor.Resultat: Ur analysen av datamaterialet framträdde tre kategorier; väletablerat teamwork, tillgång till medarbetare, avsaknad av långsiktig planering med sju underkategorier.Konklusion: För att skolsköterskan tillsammans med övriga medarbetare inomelevhälsan ska uppnå ett framgångsrikt samarbete där de kan främja hälsa krävs det ett väletablerat team-work, god tillgång på medarbetare och att gruppen får den tid som krävs för att kunna utföra arbete. Det som behöver förbättras i samarbetet inom elevhälsan är tydligare riktlinjer för att kunna arbeta mer långsiktigt för att främja hälsa..

ABSTRACTBackground: The incidence of type 2 diabetes is increasing worldwide. Early intervention in form of medication, advice on self-management and lifestyle changes is necessary to avoid complications. Few Swedish studies are made on the diabetes nurse?s views on promotion of self- management.Purpose: To examine the diabetes specialist nurse?s experience of promoting self-management to patients with type 2 diabetes in primary care.  Method: A qualitative explorative study where eight diabetes nurses were interviewed. The interview guide consisted of semistructed questions concerning the promotion of self-management.Results: The diabetes nurse?s role in promoting patient self-management is significant, if resources are available in the form of adequate time for the patient and good team work.

BackgroundWorld Alliance for Patient Safety, launched by the WHO, has created a Surgical Safety Checklist. It was first published in 2008 and has been translated and modified in Sweden by Landstingens Ömsesidiga Försäkringsbolag, LÖF. The use of the WHO Surgical Safety Checklist has been shown to reduce the number of complications and deaths related to surgery.AimThe aim of this study is to describe the Theatre Nurse?s participation in in the use of a modified version of the WHO Surgical Safety Checklist intraoperatively in two Theatres in a hospital in the centre of Sweden.MethodThis study has a quantitative descriptive approach. A direct observational study was carried out in two Theatres and the participants were asked a few complementary questions after the observations.

En teoretisk studie av möjliga produktionssystem för framtida produktion av en sidopanel ikompositmaterial på en stadsbil har utförsts. Studien har ägt rum inom Team H2politO på TekniskaHögskolan i Turin i Italien. Tre olika produktionsvolymer har analyserats med avseende pådimensionsgränser, ekonomi, produktionstid, maskineri, material och miljö. This study examines how social workers in child and youth units within Social Services perceive and experience working with violence in young people's intimate relationships. The study aims to highlight whether there is a need for a domestic violence team within the child and youth units. Violence in young people?s close relationships is a growing societal issue, with limited establishment within the research field. While research on the frequency of such violence has increased, studies focusing on tailored support measures have lagged behind.

AbstractThe overall purpose of this thesis was to investigate to what extent new research findings, in neuroscience and learning, may be useful in a school improvement context. In a qualitative interview study combined with questionnaire, we have investigated the approach to school improvement that exists in a municipality. Informants have been head teachers in preschool and primary school, special education teachers in a student health team and a development manager. The outcome of the study showed that all of the study participants, all of which have a formal mandated to work for school improvement occurs. It also shows that informants, according to their professional position, express different goals when relating to school improvement.

Bakgrund: Antalet patienter med hjärtsvikt kommer att öka i framtiden då fler äldre överlever en hjärtinfarkt vilket är en vanlig orsak till hjärtsvikt. Många patienter med hjärtsvikt väljer att vårdas i sitt hem vilket innebär en utmaning för distriktssköterskor i den kommunala hälso- och sjukvården. Syfte: Syftet med denna studie är att belysa distriktssköterskors stöd till patienter med svår hjärtsvikt som vårdas i hemmet inom kommunal hälso- och sjukvård. Metod: Genom intervjuer samlades data in från sex distriktssköterskor. Data analyserades med kvalitativ innehållsanalys med induktiv ansats.

The purpose of the essay is to draw attention to my approach in relation to a boy I choose to call Emil, and how I can increase my understanding of his behavior. I explore conceivable reasons for why he breaks down so often, especially when other children are given attention. Is he simply unusually egoistic, and to a large degree only able to see to his own interests, or am I overlooking the real reasons for his actions.In order to explain the reasons for Emil?s apparent frustration in sensitive situations, I explore the significance of attachment theory. I argue about possible effects of Emil?s parents? way of describing and guiding him, as well as how I, and my colleagues, risk fulfilling and amplifying negative expectations.As the prime reason for his repeated sense of unhappiness seems linked to a lack of empathy, I explore different ways of understanding this, as well as how I might contribute to fostering compassion.

The running of a Swedish pre-school is not just about taking care of children but involves incorporating educational activities that follow curriculum guidelines. In addition, time must be allocated for planning, discussion, evaluation and reflection. Many pre-school teachers feel that there is insufficient planning time which is needed to follow the established curriculum guidelines for kindergarten. Syftet med studien var att sammanställa aktuell forskning gällande interventioner i natur och trädgård inom rehabilitering av personer med stressrelaterad ohälsa, samt beskriva värdet av dessa interventioner ur ett arbetsterapeutiskt perspektiv. Studiens syfte besvarades genom att göra en litteraturöversikt för att ge en sammanställning av aktuell forskning inom området. Datainsamling genomfördes genom sökningar i databaser och manuella sökningar. Elva artiklar valdes ut och analyserades med kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Ett teoretiskt raster, ValMO-modellen, användes som stöd för att besvara studiens syfte.
