Syftet med denna undersökning är att ringa in hur vi kommunicerar för att hantera det ideologiska dilemmat mellan föreställningen om en livslång partner och utbytbarhet. Hur riktar vi retorisk kraft åt den normativa tvåsamheten trots att separationer, skilsmässor och byte av partner är mycket vanligt? Med en diskursanalytisk metod har diskursiva strategier uttolkats. Urvalet av intervjuer med kvinnor, livsstilsmagasin för kvinnor och nätdejtingsajter, samt tidigare forskning har pekat på övergripande tendenser av hur globaliseringens bidragande effekt på parförhållandet samt hur media deltar i ett skapande av ideala romantiska föreställningar. Detta och det egna ansvaret för individualisering ställs mot tidigare traditioner och normer om tvåsamheten.Resultatet av diskursiva strategier presenteras i under dessa teman: Frihet, identitet & den självklara tvåsamheten, Fel anledning & attityd, Följ experternas tips och varningar, Komplettera varandra på rätt sätt, Känslan på ett annat sätt, De romantiska bevisen.

Aim: Auditors objectivity is an obvious part of auditing, but there is doubts and hesitation in society today because of the corporate scandals that have occurred in recent years. Several researchers suggest that auditors actions and behaviors is connected to the ethical climate within the organization. A relationship that also affects auditors objectivity and independence. This thesis aims to investigate how the ethical climate influence auditors choice of relationship to their clients, by choosing a relational and close relationship or a transactional and distanced relationship. And if the client approach have an effect on the auditors objectivity.Method: A survey was conducted among 232 certified accountants in Sweden.

Intimate partner violence against women has gone from a concealed family affair to a public issue. The health care services are often those who first come in contact with abused women, despite this many women are not identified as victims of domestic violence. The purpose of this study was to describe nursing care of abused women and factors influencing the care. The study was conducted as a literature review where 18 articles were analyzed. The result showed the importance of the nurses? role in screening for abused women.

The purpose was to investigate how conversationalinteraction is pragmatically affected in Huntington?s disease; whetherthis can be assessed by means of a questionnaire completed by a closepartner and how the close partners consider communicative ability haschanged since the onset of illness. Three dyads, consisting of a personwith Huntington?s disease and a conversational partner were involved.Conversations were analyzed with respect to the parameters in thequestionnaire and through Activity Based Communication Analysis.The results showed word finding difficulties, impaired turn taking,feedback and body language, repair, articulation and prosody.Agreement between communication analysis and the close partnerreport varied between 54-65 %. The close partners consideredcommunicative initiative, articulation, turn taking and sentenceintonation as much changed.

Treatment for ovarian cancer may lead to the sexual possibilities inhibited. Sexual health is a state of physical, mental, emotional and social well-being related to sexuality. Strong relationships are something that is really important for companies to succeed with, in purpose to increase and protect their market shares. After major research on the subject, it has been found that variables like exchange of relationship, trust, control mutability, satisfaction and commitment are important in the establishment of measuring a relationship. The purpose with this thesis was to: increase the knowledge on how companies measure, and then consequently evaluate, their relationships. To answer the purpose of the study we chose to do a case study at Stadium AB, which is a retailing concern with a high level of customer contact on a daily basis. The conclusion is that trust most likely is the key variable in measuring relationships.

The purpose of this thesis was to examine how the build-up of customer relations can be characterized at the end of the industrial selling process and how companies engage their cross-functional selling teams into this relationship building effort. Through a case study of Omega, a multinational company engaged in the selling of products of an industrial character, it was revealed that the build-up and maintaining of the customer relationship is of acute importance, as it presents the company with a window of opportunities. Through its relationship with the customer the company can be able to sell other products, which are related to the original purchase made by the customer. For the company?s competitors the established relationship might also serve as a barrier when attempting to enter the market or increase market share.

This study investigates the relationship strategies the group Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certification holder has with the forest owners. The (FSC) standard enables an organization to manage a group of forest management units under a single certificate, a process referred to as group certification. Some certificate holders want a close relationship with the forest owner before they are offered to become part of their certificate. Other certificate holders have less strict demands on a close relationship with the forest owner before they are offered to become part of their certificate. This thesis investigates the dynamics of the relationship between a leader and the followers within a chosen organization. The research on leadership has generally been focused on the leader, and consequently treating the followers like passive subordinates. We pursue a more multidimensional view of the subject, meaning that leadership descends from an interaction between leaders and followers, which makes it relevant to study the dynamics of the relationship from both perspectives. We chose to do a qualitative case study on a middle- and preschool which has won a price for being an ideal place to work at. This price peaked our interest to investigate why the relationships are highly functional in this particular organization.

In this study, six researchers have been interviewed about their problems with information management. This study uses the method Critical Incident Technique for the interviews with the researchers. Då parförhållandet utvecklas från att bestå av två vuxna till att få barn tillsammans och blir en familj förändras livet för alltid. För de flesta par innebär föräldraskapet glädje och att barnet berikar deras liv, men för många parrelationer innebär det även en stor utmaning. Det finns mycket begränsat med forskning i Norden om hur föräldrapar har det i sin relation och vad som gör att vissa par klarar av omställningen till föräldraskapet bättre än andra. Syftet med arbetet var att beskriva föräldrars upplevelse av parrelationen när första gemensamma barnet var fyra år. Metoden som användes var kvalitativ innehållsanalys för att analysera det insamlade materialet som utgjordes av svaret på en öppen fråga ingående i en enkätstudie.

För att sjuksköterskan ska kunna ge stöd till anhörigvårdare i form av information, rådgivning och undervisning är det betydelsefullt att öka förståelsen för hur anhörigvårdare upplever sin situation. Syfte: Syftet med litteraturstudien var att beskriva anhörigvårdares upplevelser av att vårda sin partner i hemmet. Metod: Studien genomfördes som en litteraturöversikt med ett systematiskt arbetssätt och baserades på kvalitativa studier.

This paper investigates the relationship between dividends and institutional and foreign ownership in Swedish firms. We use a dataset which covers the Swedish stock market over the period 1999-2009. The institutional ownership is defined as mutual funds, pension funds and insurance companies and these are analysed separately. The study confirms the expected positive relationship between the level of institutional investors in a firm and the size of dividends. We also confirm? the expected negative relationship between foreign investors and the size of dividends paid by Swedish firms.
