Varje år får allt fler män diagnosen prostatacancer och behandlas för sjukdomen. Detta innebär också att fler män drabbas av de biverkningar som behandlingen kan medföra. Impotens ar en vanlig biverkning. Syftet med studien var att belysa hur den förändrade sexualiteten i samband med behandling av prostatacancer kan påverka mannens självbild och relationer. Metoden som använts var litteraturstudie.

This study analyzes 66 Swedish actively managed mutual funds investing in the Swedish stock market during the period 2005-2014. The purpose is through pooled data regressions analyze the relationship between both the mutual fund?s annual fee and risk-adjusted return to the fund?s characteristics. The characteristics of the study are the size of the fund's assets, age, if the fund is bank managed or not, Tracking Error, and standard deviation of return.By using the performance measures of CAPM, Fama and French 3-factor model, and Carhart?s 4-factor model monthly risk-adjusted returns are created for all funds over the period.

The purpose of this study is to examine how teachers and parents are communicating with each other in a foreign area. In case of obstacles in the communication, this study will examine how the preschools create opportunities to solve the problem. This study will also look closely at this relationship from an intercultural communication.This study is based on interviews. My informants are four teachers and four parents, one of the parents is Swedish and the other three have different ethnic and culture backgrounds.This study has reached to several results. The interviews with the teachers have shown that they are unsatisfied with their relationship with the parents because there are two factors that result to their communication difficulties.

Livmoderhalscancer påverkar de drabbade kvinnorna och deras närstående. Att inom sjukvården samtala om sjukdomens biverkningar och effekter kan upplevas som svårt. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att beskriva kvinnors upplevelser av att leva med livmoderhalscancer. En litteratursökning genomfördes och 10 artiklar analyserades med en kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Detta resulterade i fyra kategorier: att förlora kvinnligheten och känna sig otillräcklig, att pendla mellan hopp och hopplöshet, att känna behov av närhet och stöd och att önska mer och tydlig information.

Therefore the demands for new environmental friendly technology have increased, also known as cleantech. To further establish and develop cleantech it requires capital. The intervention consisted of the information material Sugen på sömn. There were five participants whom three of them participated in the second interview. The interviews were processed by content analysis.Results: Health professionals´ experience of giving advice on sleep was summarized in three themes. The experiences of giving advice in interaction with parents, health professional themselves experienced the power to influence the parents with the advice they gave, while the parents' previous experience and knowledge impacted on how the advice came into practice.

Syftet med denna studie är att få förståelse för varför arbetare i gruvnäringen i Gällivare väljer att långdistanspendla istället för att flytta.  Studien undersöker vilka som pendlar och vilka incitament som kan finnas till  pendling, men även vilka är några av de bakomliggande krafterna är till att inte flytta och vilka är som är viktiga för valet att bo kvar.Denna studie har genomförts med en kvalitativ metod. Här har fem respondenter som pendlar för arbete inom gruvnäringen i Gällivare intervjuats. Resultatet har tematiskt analyserats.Resultatet i denna studie visar att det är tillgången till arbete samt arbetets karaktär som är incitament och kan vara en grund för valet att arbeta i Gällivare, men även den ekonomiska vinsten kan spela en bidragande roll. De sociala nätverken och eventuell partner/familj kan bidra till att man väljer att bo kvar på hemorten..

This study where designed to investigate if there are any positive relationship between the extent of physical activity during adolescent's leisure time and the academic performance, and also if there are any negative relationship between the academic performance and the time spent in front of the television or computers. Another part of the study tried to find out if physical activity has a direct and immediate influence on the performance in school. 91 pupils (51 girls and 40 boys) in the 8:th year of the Swedish primary school, from three different schools participated in the study. All 91 pupils first responded to a questionnaire concerning there activities in leisure time. They where then tested in a mathematical test and the results where compared with the extent of physical activity and TV/computer time they had stated in the questionnaire.

Undersköterskors arbetsuppgifter inkluderar vård av patienter och hantering av servicesysslor. Hantering av servicesysslor samt förflyttningar på vårdavdelningen upptar en väsentlig del av en undersköterskas arbetstid. Denna studie kartlägger undersköterskors roll på en vårdavdelning på Vrinnevisjukhuset i Norrköping, Sverige. Studien analyserar hur undersköterskor fördelar sin tid mellan olika aktiviteter samt utformningen på hur en framtida utbyggnad på vårdavdelningen kan tänkas utformas. Metoder som användes var tidtagning med stoppur, kostnadsberäkningar, simuleringsmodell samt intervjuer inom relevanta yrkesområden.Studien erhåller en kartläggning över hur nuläget ser ut för undersköterskor på en vårdavdelning.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the correlation between hotels, their brands and the frontline staff within the industry. A competitive, international environment characterizes today´s hotel industry where brands are one of the strongest sources for a successful position amongst competitors. In the brand delivery, the front line staff is of utmost importance since they in many ways incorporate the brand values and the projected identity of the hotel. Hotels can use a variety of ways to communicate the brands identity to the front line staff in order to create the desired brand behavior, some more effective than others. At the same time the Swedish hotel industry, as many other, is characterized by a high percentage of staff turnovers.
