This thesis is divided in to two different Parts. The first Part includes examination of the measurementsystem of an industrial robot using a resolver sensor. The main focus is on methods for suppressing noise in the angularvelocity signal without increasing timedelay. Five different methods are investigated. Three of these are based on oversampling: burstsamplingmethod, meanvaluemethod and correlationmethod.

Det är idag vanligt att företag löser sina tvister genom skiljeförfarande. De har här större möjlighet att kontrollera förfarandet och få ett snabbare avgörande än i en domstolsprocess. Förfarandet är dessutom konfidentiellt. Skiljeförfaranden sker ofta mellan Parter från olika länder och det är vanligt att Parter väljer forum i Sverige i internationella skiljeförfaranden.I vissa situationer kan en Part befara att den framtida skiljedomen blir verkningslös på grund av att en motPart kommer att agera på ett sätt som tillfogar Parten skada eller försvårar verkställigheten av domen. This thesis consists of a discourse and queer theoretical text and image analysis of school books in English used in the Swedish upper secondary school.  The whole content of two school books have been analysed from a norm critical perspective but one chapter in each of them has been analysed more thoroughly than the rest. These two chapters form the major Part of the analysis.The thesis? problem formulation and objective derive from a personal experience of being a teacher student and Part time teacher in Swedish schools. This experience shows the prevalence of a strong heteronormativity both in the schools? every day life and in the used school books.

The purpose of this study is to acquire knowledge about how interaction, Participation and inclusion are affected by individual integration for three students in upper secondary education for pupils with learning disabilities. To be individually integrated means, in this case, that the students from compulsory school for children with learning disabilities are taking Part in some of the programme-specific courses together with students from the regular upper secondary school. This study gets its inspiration from the ethnographic research approach, and uses passive observations together with interviews with students and their guardians as main methods to collect information.The school in question has not made any adjustments to make the programme-specific courses more adapted to the different needs, which is typical of integration. This study shows that the school presumes that the students with the help from the vocational teacher, but without any special needs educational help, themselves are to adapt to the conditions at the regular upper secondary school. This, together with the lack of special needs educational competence among the vocational teachers, led to a higher level of exclusion and an enhanced feeling of not being up to standard among the integrated students.The results also show that the integrated students maintain a strong wish to be included with the students attending the regular upper secondary school.

The study highlights teachers´ perceptions of creative writing as Part of learning processes in the subject of Swedish, based on creative activities. The background to this study comes from the curriculum that describes opportunities to experience different kinds of knowledge. Creative activities in various forms and the ability to one´s own creativity is emphasized. The empirical data in this study is collected through qualitative interviews with four practicing teachers. The result shows that there are two different views according to creative writing as a text creation.

This is a theoretical study of changing relations between men and women in the context of modernisation. Ideas derived from a general theoretical discussion will be illustrated by examples from countries that are going through societal changes affecting the lives of men and women; Uganda, Morocco and Mexico. Focus will be on connections between changes in the public sphere and interpersonal relations in the private sphere. One Part examines certain effects of women?s increased Participation in politics and in the workforce, concluding that these changes may cause conflicts with traditional values and consequently tensions in inter-gender relations.

Organizational culture is a widely discussed topic. Today job mobility in society is increasing as well as Part-time employment. This study aims at investigate how organizational culture is maintained in an organization where employees work as combiners of different work occupations. The study is a case study of the dePartment of Art at Konstfack (The University College of Arts, Crafts and Design). The organization is unique in the respect to that the majority of the employees have Part-time employments within Konstfack combined with their parallel own artistic occupations.

What impact does the Swedish society have on the practice of Islam? That is the main topic of this thesis.As a result of migration, the distinction between a specific region and a culture or religion has been mixed. Islam is not just Part of the Middle East but is more and more institutionalized in the Western, and the Swedish society. Sweden, which is one on the most secular countries in the world, has developed into a country where the view on religion have been privatized. Religion can be practiced, but not in public.

The deParture point of this thesis is the context of the institution and the processes surrounding the handling of personal archives at the National Library of Sweden. These processes are examined using Actor Network Theory. Around the personal archive a network is constructed and contained by actors ? the archive itself, the librarian, the conservator, the researcher, organizational structures and others. Within this network choices are made of what is significant.

Two of Swedens´s major banks, SEB and Handelsbanken, which appears in the same industry and have similar strategy. Both banks can achieve a similar result despite the fact that their reward system looks quite different. An issue that arises from this observation is the relative reward system to the rest of the economy control system.Our purpose of this paper is therefore to examine the reward system in the organization's financial management systems. We wonder if the reward system may be a function of economic control system, or Part of the system, or perhaps made independent of the system and then gradually adapted?In our study, we choose to assume a reward system has three functions to manage, motivate and compose the employee group.

This paper discuss the possibilities to improve the Swedish political nomination system. It brings up some of the values and norms that can be used to change the existing system. Values as openness, the demand of responsibility and also if there is values from the American spoils system that can be used in the Swedish system. A minor purpose is to discuss the Part of the parliament within the nomination process. To investigate this I have some theoretical starting points and a self constructed analysis tool.

This is an essay concerning the differences between boys? and girls? way of learning and how this difference influences the teaching in the technology subject. The method is divided in two. The first Part is based on a survey over literature about teaching girls and boys in the technology subject. The second Part is based on interviews with three male teachers in the same subject.

Syfte: Uppsatsens huvudsyfte är att utreda vilken roll Sveriges kreditgarantiföreninghar vid finansiering av småföretag. Detta uppnås genom följande delsyften:1) Undersöka och analysera vad förändringarna i förmånsrättslagen ochBaselreglerna inneburit för Sveriges fyra största banker och ALMI vidkreditgivning till småföretag samt vilken roll KGF Sverige har försmåföretagen i Sverige.2) Diskutera och dra slutsatser om vad lagförändringen och införandet av de nya reglerna inneburit samt vilken roll KGF Sverige kan ha förSveriges småföretags utveckling.Metod: Det vetenskapliga förhållningssättet i denna uppsats är abduktion eftersom det sker en alternering mellan referensram och empirin som omtolkas i skenet av varandra. Anledningen till valet av abduktion som utgångspunkt i uppsatsen är att det finns knapphändig teori om kreditgarantiföreningar. Informationen i referensramen om KGF har utformats genom den empiriska undersökningen, däremot har frågorna till undersökningen av kreditinstituten och företagenbyggts upp utifrån referensramen.Slutsats: Uppsatsens undersökning visar att det finns ett behov av en extern Part vid kreditgivning till småföretag som kan ställa säkerheter mot kreditgivaren. KGF Värmland, ledstjärnan bland Sveriges kreditgarantiföreningar, har visat att KGF kan bli en viktig Part i finansieringslösningen för småföretagare över helalandet.

The purpose of this study is to look into what Part libraries take in the integration of mentally disabled persons into the society. What I wanted to know more about was how the mentally disabled persons experience the library. I also wanted to find out what librarians and persons working with mentally disabled persons have to say about the Part libraries take in the integration of mentally disabled into the society. The study is based on interviews and literature studies. I have interviewed two librarians, four mentally disabled persons and two persons working with mentally disabled people.

The network with its virtual business structure challenge the established vertical business structure. Part of the network theory that has developed focuses on relationships that forms B2Bnetworks. One way to create a B2B-network is for independent businesses to form a organization promoting co-operation. For co-operation to be successful it requires well thought-out actions, but a lack of how these actions are implemented have been noticed. This study explores how encouragement of co-operation can be done practically.
