Syftet: Syftet med denna uppsats är att studera och kartlägga i vilken utsträckning användandet av formella styrmedel, i ambitionen att minska sjukfrånvaron, skiljer sig mellan stora och små företag.Metod: Vi har i denna studie tillämpat en kvantitativ forskningsmetod för att besvara uppsatsens forskningsfråga och syfte. Detta sker med hjälp av en explorativ studie, baserad på 60 slumpmässigt utvalda konsultföretag inom ekonomisk och juridisk verksamhet. Vi har utifrån befintliga teorier skapat hypoteser som testats på verkligheten och vi följer därför en deduktiv ansats. Det empiriska materialet har samlats in via telefonintervjuer och svaren har sedan sammanställts i olika tester i SPSS.Slutsats: Vi kan utifrån vår studie konstatera att användandet av formella styrmedel skiljer sig mellan stora och små företag i tre av fyra avseenden, nämligen användandet av nyckeltal, kalkyler som beslutsunderlag och användandet av förebyggande åtgärder. Papparollen har förändrats från att vara familjeförsörjare till mer aktivt deltagande i familjelivet, men det finns mer att göra för att uppnå en jämställd föräldraledighet. Tidigare forskning är grundade på pappors erfarenhet och tankar om den planerade föräldraledigheten. Syfte: Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka blivande förstagångspappors tankar om föräldraledighet, rollen som pappa och föräldrautbildning. Metod: Åtta blivande förstagångspappor intervjuades. Samtliga intervjuer spelades in digitalt, transkriberades och analyserades genom med hjälp av innehållsanalys.

The purpose of the study was to increase the understanding of, and extend the knowledge about realization of mediations and its consequences on family law divisions and family centres. Within this area, organisational, methodical, relational and social preventative aspects of mediations were illustrated. This scope was judged to be of major importance, as recent studies show that children often suffer psychologically due to parents? lack of cooperation. In this essay we have been trying to get an understanding of what Swedish charter tourists cares for when they are going on vacation. The Tourism industry is a major field with a lot of winners, but it also comes with consequences. The purpose with this essay is to get an understanding of how aware the Swedish charter tourists is of these consequences. We would also like to get a perception of how the tourists themselves believe that their presence effects the locals at the destinations they are visiting (if they assume that they are). There are several different types of consequences that can appear in the context of tourism, but we have decided to focus on one kind.

Children with cleft lip and palate (CLP) and children with specific language impairment (SLI) may be affected emotionally and psychosocially by their disorders. Thus, it is important to investigate the psychosocial risk factors that these children are exposed to. The aim of this study was to examine how parents assess the emotional and psychosocial well-being of children with CLP and children with SLI, and if the two parental groups differ in their assessments using the standardized instrument Child Behaviour Checklist (CBCL). Participants in the study were the parents of ten children with unilateral and bilateral CLP between ages 6;7-9;0 (mean age 7;5) and the parents of 13 children between ages 6;4-8;8 (mean age 7;3) who are attending preschools and schools for children with SLI. These parents were asked to complete the questionnaires CBCL and Child Health Questionnaire (CHQ). The children with CLP had lower scores than the children with SLI in all domains of the CBCL, indicating that these children with CLP had better emotional and psychosocial well-being.

Introduction: Nowadays, it is a considerable fact that parents stay with their hospitalized child, however the role played by parents may not always be obvious. For many parents, this is a difficult experience, which may cause stress among parents who want to be supportive for their child. This thesis aims to examine the differences in interpretation and application of the new legislation regarding the standardized parental deduction within the Social Insurance Code and the Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments. The primary focus is on the differing perspectives of the Swedish Social Insurance Inspectorate (ISF) and the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (F?rs?kringskassan). ISF emphasizes the importance of referencing legislative preparatory works in interpreting the law and has criticized F?rs?kringskassan for failing to do so in its administrative practices.

Although gang violence has gained much attention in Swedish media in recent years, women in gang environments remain unexplored.
