Uppsatsens huvudsakliga frågeställning är: Hur implementeras och sprids visioner och värderingar på ett framgångsrikt sätt i ett detaljhandelsföretag? Metod:Det empiriska materialet samlades in utifrån en kvalitativ undersökningsmetod, med djupintervjuer som huvudsakligt tillvägagångssätt. Med hänsyn till uppsatsens syfte har vi valt att utgå ifrån en hermeneutisk forskningsansats, där tolkning utgör den huvudsakliga forskningsmetoden.

De senaste 100 åren har mer än 50 % av den tropiska regnskogen tagits ner och när miljön förändras är det flera djurarter som har svårt att anpassa sig och därmed minskar i antal. Utöver miljöhotet är handeln en viktig bidragande faktor till att arter minskar i antal. Handeln med redan hotade djurarter är ofta illegal och de ekonomiska intressena är stora då risken för upptäckt är liten och straffen är låga.

Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att beskriva Mystery Shopping som verktyg, vilket visar vad konsumenten upplever vid mötet med butiken. Genom att analysera vad företag har möjlighet att mäta genom Mystery Shopping, vill vi bidra till en korrekt användning och debatt kring verktyget. Frågeställning: Är Mystery Shopping ett fungerande verktyg för serviceföretag, för att mäta kvaliteten på mötet mellan konsument och butik? Resultat: Genom vår utarbetade modell, Mystery Shoppers mätpunkter, har vi tydliggjort de faktorer som en Mystery Shopper undersöker. Mystery Shoppern mäter hur mötet mellan konsument och butik sker.

Konsumenterna har under de senaste åren blivit mer och mer medvetna. Till följd av detta har företagens CSR arbete både ökat och utvecklats. Idag är CSR ett brett och svårdefinierat begrepp enligt många forskare. För att hjälpa konsumenterna att hitta rätt har diverse märkningar vuxit fram vilka syftar till att certifiera de initiativ som tas. Fairtradecertifieringen vilken använts som plattform i denna studie är en av många mer eller mindre välkända märkningar vilka finns för konsumenterna att tillgå.

In modern society globalisation is a fact within all industries, the textile industry included. Due to improvement in areas such as logistics and communication international trade have developed fast. As changes occur rapidly on the global market and companies must adjust and revise their processes in order to stay competitive.Because of the global price reduction consumers around the world expect low-price products, which mean that the companies have to find new ways to produce in a cost-efficient way. To maximize profit most of the textile production is situated in low-cost countries due to its labour-intensive character. It is crucial for fashion companies to allocate their activities in their value-chain effectively in order to reduce lead-times.

As birch is one of the most common trees in Sweden, and probably one of the easiest for someone who lives here to identify, it is interesting to note that most people do not know how variable the genus is and how widely it is distributed across the northern hemisphere. One can find birch growing at both high and low elevations, demanding different soil conditions and preferring varying amounts of sunlight. Many people may also be surprised to hear that the colour of the bark can vary from bight white to almost black, and different shades of pink, orange and red can also be displayed. This, together with the astonishing beauty of the genus, the important role as a pioneer in many ecological systems and the difficulty in sorting out the taxonomy of the genus, constitutes the background of this thesis. The thesis is written at the Department of Landscape Development in Alnarp, Sweden with Kenneth Lorentzon, researcher at the Swedish University of Agriculture as a supervisor. The aim of this thesis is to highlight which species and cultivars within the genus Betula could be appropriate for horticultural use in Sweden.

This report is made as a literature review, focusing on the work done to increase understanding of efficiency in the categories of substations and secondary heating systems, with respect to the deviation from the theoretically possible cooling off in the distribution network as well as the economic benefit that appear. The main purpose of a considerable part of the literature used in this report addresses the issue of identifying individual causes of reduced cooling in district heating systems. These literature resources have been compiled and summarized as part of the report.The technology of district heating is associated with benefits such as better use of the energy in a fuel. This is the case of cogeneration plants where serial generation of electricity and thermal energy increases efficiency compared with the parallel generation where heat is generated locally and electricity is generated centrally. Serial generation thus allows for lower primary energy demand.

In this final thesis a study about welfare indicators in the Swedish milk production has been carried out. The system Swedish Animal Welfare Monitoring Scheme developed by the Swedish Dairy Association has been used as a base and the EU project WELFARE QUALITY® has also been used as a source of information. Focus groups have been used as a qualitative investigating method. This included four focus groups, two with farm auditors from the two different dairies and two with dairy farmers. This method was chosen because in this way one can study how a conversation about a given subject takes form in a respectable way.

Instead the service delivering organisations working withgovernment contract and hired recruiters and volunteer management is in focus. This makes ita very interesting area of research.

This paper is about the facades and the streets impact on theexperience of the city and how architects can create cities forthe human kind with simple tools that makes a hugh difference forthe experience of urban space.As the cities are growing in a faster rate and as more people moveto the cities, they will also affect more people. The differentstructures that can be found in the cities therefore gets moreimportant and giving design to city structures also gets morecomplex because of our higher demands on urban functions andcontent. It?s difficult to evaluate the ultimate city structuresince all people experience their city in different ways, butarchitects still should be able to create urban spaces thatis suited for the human kind, just as we can create differentbiotopes for flora and fauna. Therefore there must be generalideas of what the human being experience as good or bad and theseshould be guidelines when designing urban space.Since urban space is something that most people experience everyday it doesn´t always have a clear impact on them.

I en tid av ?kad f?rsiktighet fr?n banker vid utl?ning och h?g efterfr?gan p? kapital, har stora svenska fastighetsbolag v?nt sig till kreditmarknaden genom f?retagsobligationer.

Problem: I denna uppsats har vi valt att behandla den människonära tjänsten. Det som utgör dessa mellanmänskliga interaktioner är dess krav på starkt kommunikativa signaler, som skall tydas och anpassas mellan den som ger tjänsten och den som tar emot den. Idag kan man köpa denna form av tjänst via Internet. Med andra ord förväntas det mellanmänskliga kriterierna skall kunna digitaliseras och ändå behålla samma värde för kunden. Är det verkligen lämpligt att digitalisera denna typ av tjänst och förvänta sig att man ska uppnå samma resultat som om tjänstegivaren och tjänstemottagaren möttes öga mot öga.

Sammanfattning ProblembeskrivningKonfektionsbranschen har problem med osålda produkter vilket resulterar i hög kapitalbindning. Modesvängningarna inom konfektionsbranschen blir allt snabbare vilket gör att felinköp av stora produktpartier kan bli avgörande för företagets lönsamhet. Produkter som inte säljs i ordinarie butiker måste avyttras och ett alternativ kan vara outletförsäljning. SyfteSyftet med denna magisteruppsats är att beskriva outlet som en marknadskanal inom konfektionsbranschen. Vidare är syftet att analysera vilka förhållanden som talar för respektive emot användningen av outletförsäljning som en alternativ marknadskanal.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att klargöra vilken genomslagskraft kundbegreppet har fått inom vårdstrategier. Vi bidrar därmed i denna uppsats med att klargöra vilken syn på patienten som råder inom hälso- och sjukvården idag, om synen på patienten förändrats i och med kundbegreppets introduktion samt hur synen på patienten kan påverka kvaliteten. De frågeställningar som kommer att behandlas i denna uppsats är således följande: Har synen på patienten förändrats i och med kundbegreppets introduktion? Hur kan synen på patienten påverka kvaliteten i hälso- och sjukvården? Förbättringsarbetet kring kundorienteringen tar idag sin utgångspunkt i teorier som behandlar industriföretag. Eftersom hälso- och sjukvården skiljer sig från industriföretag genom att utgöras av människonära tjänster undersöks hur ett tjänsteperspektiv på patienten kan påverka kvaliteten.
