A baggy Paper web has parts that are longer than neighboring parts. One of the assumed reasons for bagginess is thickness variations of the Paper. In the roll the thicker streaks then add up to form a ridge. In the ridges the Paper is strained and during storage the strain may become permanent. When the Paper unreeled it is then baggy.

The technical development is advancing at high speed and now the turn has come for the traditional Paper to digitalize into the so called e-Paper. The newsPaper industry has started to investigate the future possibilities of publishing the traditional newsPapers on e-Paper. Today?s newsPapers are mostly financed by advertisement incomes, which makes the advertisers important players, who must be taken into consideration at an introduction of the e-Paper. Since the e-Paper does not exist as a finished product in the market today, in this essay we look into what kind of functions or services that can attract advertisers to the e-Paper on the basis of the experiences made with the breakthrough of the web-newsPapers.

Six different Digital Proofing Systems from three different techniques have been evaluated as totechnique, printing quality, economy and usability. Digital proof from two Paper qualities, coatedand uncoated, has been compared with references printed in offset, to see how good they match eachother. Only two Proofing Systems manage to print on reference Paper. The other Proofing Systemsuse special Paper for digital proof.Measurements and visuell judgement show that the Digital Proofing Systems visualise referencepictures with quite good quality. Proof optimised for coated Paper visualise the colours with goodresult.

The reaction that takes place is relatively slow and the reaction rate is partly due to the distance between the electrodes.Since the sensor can measure oxidation and reduction reactions it is possible that, in further development of a sensor, the sensor can be made ??into a versatile sensor with more applications than gas measurement as there are many more ways to oxidize or reduce the electrodes than by exposure to oxygen.During the study there have been discussions and meetings held with various companies in the sensor industry to be able to specify what the market demands of a sensor made ??of Paper and the requirements that must be placed on the sensor for it to be interesting for the companies..

The problem with the wording of the law is that it may also apply to the western phenomenon cosmetic genital surgery. The purpose of this Master's thesis is to find possible explanations of variation in light scattering in a fine Paper. Samples were collected from each second tambour during a time period of two weeks from a Paper machine at MoDo Paper, Husum. Two data sets, consisting of 20 and 95 observations, were selected for extensive analysises of tensile and structual properties. The data was evaluated with multivariate data techniques using the programs Simca and Extract. The results of PCA- and PLS- analysises pointed out 3 of 52 variables as important for the variations in light scattering.
