Ett stort antal personer insjuknar varje år i kranskärlssjukdom, vilket inkluderar angina pectoris. Sjuksköterskan behöver ha goda kunskaper om hur patienter med angina pectoris erfar olika symptom relaterat till sjukdomsbilden, samt hur patienter anterar och lever med sin sjukdom. Detta för att kunna ge bästa stöd och arbeta på ett personcentrerat sätt. Syftet var att beskriva patienters erfarenheter av att leva med angina pectoris. Metoden som användes var litteraturstudie vilken grundades på tolv vetenskapliga artiklar vilka analyserades och sammanställdes.

Palliativ vård bedrivs på alla vårdinrättningar i Sverige. Vi ville med denna studie belysa faktorer som påverkar sjuksköterskan bedömning och värdering av smärta hos patienter som är döende. Vår avsikt var att uppmärksamma hur viktigt det är att sjuksköterskan gör en korrekt bedömning av smärta. Alla patienter förtjänar att dö smärtfria. Syftet med studien var att beskriva faktorer som påverkar sjuksköterskans bedömning av smärta i den palliativa vården.

Syftet med studien var att kartlägga svenska elitfotbollstränares erfarenhet och kunskap av idrottspsykologi och idrottspsykologisk rådgivning samt att med hjälp av både tränare och en idrottspsykologisk rådgivare identifiera eventuella hinder och möjligheter för idrottspsykologins inträde till svensk elitfotboll. Tidigare forskning inom området är begränsad då endast en studie undersökt liknande område (Pain & Harwood, 2004). Metodologiskt användes både enkätundersökning (n = 28, M = 45) och uppföljande intervjuer (n = 5) för att besvara de två syftena. Resultaten visade att tränare hade relativt god erfarenhet och kunskap inom de prestationsinriktade arbetsområdena. Vidare fanns en stor öppenhet mot idrottspsykologisk rådgivning förutsatt att personkemin stämde mellan parterna samt att samarbetet skulle fortgå kontinuerligt under hela året.

The aim of this study is to take note of  social worker´s views on opiate addiction and medication-assisted treatment. The definition of social workers in this paper, is people who are involved with individuals  who have an opiate addiction and have therefore been in contact with drug assisted treatment. Data was collected through interviews with social workers. The interviews were based on an interview questionnaire on four explicit themes: Motivation, Medical Assisted Treatment (LA) Other complementary treatment and expenses and its meanings. Background: Fibromyalgia is a psychosomatic disease that emerges without any known cause. For a long time, it has been believed to be a part of the menopause. Between 0,7 and 4,8 % of the women in Scandinavia are diagnosed. The most obvious symptom is pain. Aim: The aim with the literature review was to describe how women with fibromyalgia experience their lifesituation.

The aim for this essay is to investigate students attitudes to a local schoolboard with student majority to determin the level of functionality, relevancy and interest for this schoolboard among the students in a Swedish gymnasium in Örebro. This is done by distibution of a questionnaire form to a third of the students in the third grade . The results show that the attitudes overall amongst the students are positive, although the level of interest is low. One explanation for this low level of interest could be the lack of information from the school board to the students..

Background: First Line Managers are expected to create a health promoting work environment. Research has shown that the prerequisites for accomplishing a health promoting leadership are not always the best. Aim: The aim was to elucidate the prerequisites for a health promoting leadership as First Line Manager at a University hospital in Sweden based on competence, role, support structures and own durability. Results: First Line Managers at the chosen hospital seems to have rather good conditions for conducting a health promoting leadership. All respondents did have a university degree and most thought that their competence corresponded well with the role.

Syfte: Att undersöka hur olika copingstrategier kan ha en smärtlindrande effekt vid såromläggning av brännskadade patienter. Metod: En litteraturstudie med ett systematiskt arbetssätt. Nature and culture are often described as opposites, but at the same time nature is often de-scribed as culture and past. This essay examines how nature and the past are culture. I study how 51 people make shifting distinctions between nature and the past in relation to culture, the present and the future. By using the concept of Orientation of Sarah Ahmed I analyze how the informants direct themselves against nature, past and culture through a questionnaire, ob-servations and walk-alongs. I discuss how their ideas about nature and the past differ with their different starting points and are shaped through their physical meetings with them.

The aim of my study is to answer the question whether there is a potential for services by working horses in the Swedish municipalities. The Swedish University for Agricultural Sciences (SLU) and Swedish Farmers Union (LRF) has started a cooperation called Climate School (Klimatskolan), with the purpose to increase knowledge in environmental and climate related issues in context of agriculture. Aim and question at issue: The aim of this study is to compare the motivation to participate in the course Idrott och hälsa A between students studying vocational and further education preparatory programs at upper secondary school.What level of motivation do the students of the two programs have towards participation in the course Idrott och hälsa A.What kind of motivational factors are important for students in the two programs concerning participation in the course Idrott och hälsa A According to the students of the two programs, what type of motivational factors would increase the motivation to participate in the course Idrott och hälsa A. Method: A quantitative study has been carried out using a questionnaire. Thirteen randomly chosen upper secondary school classes were included in the county of Stockholm, 7 of them in the vocational program and 6 of them in the further education preparatory program. The questionnaire was filled out by 278 students, 120 in the vocational program and 158 in the higher education preparatory program. The response frequency for the study was 92 %.Results: The results of this study show that the majority (77%) of all students in the population are highly motivated to participate in the course Idrott och hälsa A.

Kronisk ländryggsmärta påverkar människors dagliga liv på många sätt och orsaken till smärtan förblir många gånger okänd. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att beskriva vuxna människors upplevelser av att leva med kronisk ländryggsmärta. 14 vetenskapliga artiklar som motsvarat syftet har analyserats utifrån kvalitativ innehållsanalys med manifest ansats.

Horses respond individually to challenges, and the possibility to use these reactions to evaluate equine temperament with an objective instrument would have several advantages. Horse welfare could be improved by making it possible to find individuals best suited for a specific use, and understanding of the development of abnormal behaviours, such as stereotypies, could be increased. Management routines and training could be adjusted tosuit each individual horse and it could facilitate the selection of individuals appropriate for breeding. There are also economic implications, as horse buyers consider temperament important and after evaluating temperament, money can be spent solely on specific horses with all the right qualities. During the last decade, many attempts have been made to measure different aspects of temperament in horses, and the first aim of this project was to look at these studies and see which methods were used and which temperamental characteristics they measured.
