ServaNet har introducerat sitt nya koncept ?Servanet Experience? som fokuserar på upplevelser. I detta koncept har kunden möjlighet att kombinera sitt upplevelsepaket inom internet, TV och telefoni och möjlighet att när som helst byta till annan leverantör eller hastighet.Syftet med uppsatsen/studien är att på ett så bra sätt som möjligt få fram ett underlag till planering för ServaNets etablering i Härnösand och i framtiden andra intressanta marknader.Med denna uppsats försöker vi ta reda på vad ServaNets kunder inom Sundsvall, Timrå och Ånge området tycker om företaget som leverantör av sitt bredband. Vi vill också med uppsatsen ta reda på om kunderna vet vilka tjänster som företaget erbjuder via sina tjänsteleverantörer och om de tycker att de är prisvärda.I uppsatsen undersöks hur kunderna kom i kontakt med ServaNet första gången och vad företaget gör för att marknadsföra sig och om de är tydliga.Uppsatsen visar också vilka egenskaper ServaNets befintliga kunder prioriterar när det gäller pris, hastighet, driftsäkerhet, tillgänglighet och service när det gäller bredbandstjänster.Avgränsning: I arbetet har vi avgränsat oss till att skicka ut enkäter till 200 slumpvist utvalda villakunder av cirka 4 500, inom Sundsvall, Timrå och Ånge området.

Succinylcolin är ett icke-depolariserande muskelrelaxantia som används inom anestesisjukvård. En vanlig biverkning är postoperativ myalgi. Varför smärtan uppstår är inte helt klarlagd. Under många år har forskare runt om i världen försökt komma till rätta med problemet utan att helt lyckas.Olika läkemedel och strategier har prövats. En av de viktigaste uppgifter en sjuksköterska har är att förebygga och lindra lidande.

The purpose of this study was to investigate and analyse the consequences of being diagnosed with Asperger syndrome during adulthood. My ambition was to investigate the participants? perspective on how the diagnosis affected their lives and relationships with their partners. To answer the purpose three questions were formulated: (1) How did the participants experience being diagnosed with Asperger syndrome? (2) What have the diagnosis meant to the participants? self-image and self understanding? (3) Have the diagnosis influenced the participants? understanding of their partners and have the diagnosis influenced the partners? understanding of the participants? The study is based on qualitative interviews with two men and two women living in Stockholm, Sweden.

The family and relatives caring of older people in Sweden lies on an old tradition. By legislation the responsibility for the older people has gone through a development from the family to the society. According to the new social service law (2000) it is not that clear that the utmost responsibility lies on the society. According to the social service law ( 5th chapter, 10 §) the municipality should ease things up by giving support and relief for relatives taking care of older people, prolonged ill and function disabled people. The purpose with the study was to examine how the family care givers are finding their everyday work and their experience of the support that the society is giving.

Bakgrund: Mammografi med screening används för att minska dödligheten i bröstcancer. Metoden har dock visat sig innebära smärtupplevelser för patienterna.Syfte och frågeställning: Syftet är att beskriva interventioner för att minska smärtan vid mammografiundersökningar. Frågeställning: Hur kan smärtan vid mammografier med screening minskas?Material och metod: En sökning i databasen PubMed med sökorden "pain" och "mammography" och avgränsning för engelsk- och svenskspråkiga artiklar gjordes, vilket resulterade i sju artiklar med 4431 screeningskvinnor.Resultat: Smärtan vid mammografi minskar inte vid användning av musik eller inspelad röst för avslappning, inte heller om kvinnorna får ett förklarande informationsbrev och/eller bemöts med s.k. "spegling".

Diagnosis of adhd, the cause and consequence. A study about the teachers thought about it.The purpose of this study was to examine teachers experience and views about children diagnosed with adhd, and what implication and effects it gives to the pedagogy strategies in the classroom.This is a qualitative study based on the experience of six teachers from primary school. My results have been compiled and compared to special educational research about adhd, from three different perspectives.The results showed that the teachers who have been working as teachers for a longer period, think that the problems of adhd occur primarily due to environmental causes, but then also say that they think the individual causes matters. It is also these teachers that talks very well about medication as a treatment to cure adhd symptoms. The teachers who have worked the shortest time, most of them have some special education from the teacher education.

Intresset för komplementära smärtlindringsmetoder växer, både hos sjukvårdspersonal och hos patienter. Idag finns det en stark trend mot mer skonsamma alternativa behandlingsmetoder, framförallt vid kroniska sjukdomar där allvarliga biverkningar av konventionell läkemedelsterapi är stor. Syftet med studien var att undersöka vilka smärtlindringsmetoder som sjuksköterskan kan använda sig av inom palliativ vård och dess effekter. Studien bygger på elva vetenskapliga artiklar. Resultatet gav flera olika behandlingsmetoder som kategoriserades under tre rubriker: distansbehandlingar, manuella behandlingar samt fysikaliska behandlingar.

The aim of this study has been to investigate the views concerning the sharing of music files over the Internet as expressed by some of the parties engaged in the current debate in Sweden concerning these issues. The purpose of this study has also been to scrutinize the views about music filesharing as expressed by the parties in question, as well as the conclusions possible to extrapolate from these opinions. The method used to gather information from the parties subjected to this study has been by conducting and recording interviews with representatives from the organizations and companies entities in question. Those entities are: the Record Company Sony/BMG, The Swedish branch of the organization IFPI International Federation of the Phonographic Industry and the Swedish organization the Pirate Bureau. The method used to analyze the empirically gathered material has been inspired by a method common in the discipline of philosophy of education known as Phenomenography.

Title: From openness and presence to distance and control: to be medicated and to administrate from a patient and nurse perspective.Background: Within forensic psychiatric care the patients are admitted against their will, under heavy security with long term treatments. Self-care seems, based on scientific studies, to be dependent on what the nurses involved can provide. Emphasis should focus on a humane and respectful approach when the patient is exposed to coercive measures.Aim: From a patient and nurse perspective describe experiences of beeing medicated with and to administrate antipsychotic drugs within the psychiatric inpatient care.Method: Interviews with patients and nurses, which were analyzed using qualitative content analysis with an inductive approach.Results: Patients experience frustration over not beeing able to participate in or influence descisions made regarding their neuroleptic treatment. The neuroleptic treatment is described as a coercive measure and is characterized as an experience of losing control and independence. Nurses? experiences of administering antipsychotics were described as having to do what is needed for the long term benefit of patients? well-being.

Background: Patients with self-harm seek hospital care when something traumatic occurred. Self-harm was a way to cure pain and was expressed overdose, cutting, or by swallowing objects. They described that the staff were derisive, didn?t show empathy and engagement. Aim: The aim was to describe factors that effects staffs answer to self-harm behaviour through their perspective.

During my practical training I have seen what after-school offers children. Large groups of children and little staff, often results in that the children had to play freely until they go home. Few activities are offered to the children and the staff is busy looking after the children and ensures that they are not fighting.The purpose of this study is to find out how children feel about their leisure activities and if they think they are being offered a meaningful leisure. The main research questions were:How do children experience their leisure-time?Do after-school offers children a meaningful leisure and is it the children's interests and needs that govern the activities and the environment?How do the number of children in the leisure group affect the leisure time?The methods to collect data in the study are observations and interviews.

Akut smärta är det vanligast förekommande symtom som den prehospitala akutsjukvården ställs inför. Behandlingsriktlinjerna presenterar intranasalt Fentanyl som ett alternativ för akut smärtlindring. Då det finns ett begränsat utbud av studier utförda på vuxna och inom prehospital akutsjukvård var syftet med studien att beskriva effekter av intranasal administrering av Fentanyl i prehospital akutsjukvård. Studien genomfördes med en kvantitativ metod och med en retrospektiv, deskriptiv design. Studien baserades på en granskning av 15 patientjournaler från Ambulanssjukvården i Region Halland och deras journalsystem Paratus.

To investigate adoptions are part of the social worker's duties. The aim of our study was to examine some adoptive parents, to internationally adopted children, experience of adopting, the time before the adoption, the adoption process, and the time after the adoption. The study is based on qualitative interviews with seven adoptive parents. Theoretical frameworks that have been used are a phenomenological perspective, the dramaturgical perspective of Goffman and the theory of rites of passage.The result of our study shows that the adoptive parents have tried ?everything? to be-come parents in a biological way before they came to the decision to adopt.

Multipel skleros, MS, är en kronisk neurologisk, autoimmun sjukdom, som oftast debuterar hos personer mellan 20-40 år, mest kvinnor. Det är cirka en per tusen invånare som insjuknar. Sjukdomen orsakar funktionsnedsättningar av olika grad och omfattning. Ett dominerande symtom vid multipel skleros är smärta. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att hitta omvårdnadsåtgärder, som kan lindra smärta hos personer med sjukdomen.

The purpose of this study was to investigate how people with insecure employment affect the psychological contract in the perspective of workers' experience. The questions in this study were: how does a person with insecure employment perceive the psychological contract and what consequences dose an insecure employment have on the psychological contract. The study was a qualitative method with semi-structured interviews. The results showed that the absent relationship that existed between the participants and the employer was assumed to be affected by insecure employment. The result revealed that one of the consequences was falling confidence and less support to the employer as an effect of insecure employment and psychological contract.
