I bakgrunden beskrivs begreppen smärta och postoperativsmärta tillsammans med Travelbees vårdteori. Den postoperativa smärtupplevelsen är alltid unik och bör behandlas individuellt. Det förekommer stora variationer i smärtupplevelse, analgetika behov och behandlingseffekt hos patienter. Syftet är att belysa patienters upplevelser av postoperativ smärta. Metoden för uppsatsen är en litteraturstudie där kvalitativt vetenskapliga artiklar har använts.

Cystisk fibros (CF) är en kronisk, ärftlig sjukdom, som framför allt drabbar lungorna och kan p.g.a. påverkan på dessa leda till för tidig död. I Sverige är ca 650 personer drabbade av cystisk fibros och det föds runt 20 barn med CF i Sverige varje år.CF beror på förekomst av en eller flera mutationer i genen för Cystic Fibrosis Transmembrane Conductance Regulator (CFTR), vilket leder till defekt CFTR och därmed till rubbad jontransport över cellmembranet. Det finns idag inget botemedel mot CF. Fram till nu har behandlingarna av CF riktats mot sjukdomens symtom.

The goal of this master thesis project was to develop computer models of some plausiblepretreatment techniques and to assess the potential benefits/costs of using pretreatment andanaerobic digestion for waste management of organic waste from a system perspective. Forthis purpose a computer program called ORWARE has been used. ORWARE (organic wasteresearch) is a program for making life cycle assessments of waste management. As the mainpart of the project work the ORWARE system has been provided with three new models ofpretreatment techniques. The additions consist of: One model of pretreatment with ultrasound,one model of thermal hydrolysis and one model of a screw press.

The aim of this study is to through six interviews, with six experienced, social workers?, in three cities, understand how the child?s position in the Swedish child protective services? enquiries has change, and the factors behind it. The aim is also to compare if the social workers? view of the child?s position in the enquire has change accordingly to Socialstyrelsens intentions of BBIC. The theoretical approaches that was used is the new institutionalism, the Shier?s pathways to participation and the term discretion.

Syftet med studien var att utveckla kunskap om hur gravida kvinnor med rygg/bäckensmärta upplever Basal Kroppskännedom. Sex gravida kvinnor med smärta från ländrygg/bäckenleder övade BK i grupp, en timme/vecka under 9 veckor. Mätmetoderna var både kvantitativa: ortopedisk medicinsk ryggundersökning som inkluderade 4 P(Posterior Pelvic Pain Provoking test) och IntervjuSkala för Kroppsjaget (ISK) och kvalitativ: upplevelserapporter. ISK som kvantitativ mätmetod visade sig ej vara tillräcklig för att belysa upplevelserna. Upplevelserapporterna beskrev en positiv utvecklingsprocess hos samtliga kvinnor, motsvarande de fyra existensnivåerna som BK bygger på.

This study is about to see whether the two models representing the strategies of lean production is to use and apply in different companies. The models are structured in two different ways in which one of them is checking the softer elements of lean production in the form of leadership and strategies. This model is called Lesat and is based on interviewquestions. The second model, called "learning to see" is about identifying flows. This, together shall then give an idea of how mature companies are when it comes to a whole in the concept of lean production, and susceptibility to use these models to their respective companies. The study is conducted in two companies, SKF couplings systems and AQ parkoprint.

This work of examination describes an environmentally oriented product development aimed to develop new packaging with improved environmental and sale aspects of the products from Primus Sweden AB. The report covers the design process from the first collection of facts to the final results with a description of all methods involved in the work. The focus has been on a clear environmental awareness and the report contains a deepening of the concept life cycle assessment (LCA) for product development. In the process, the consumers? opinions of the brand Primus and environmental profiling formed the basis for the packaging to communicate the right values such as quality, technology, environmental awareness and adventurer?s first choice.The deepening of the life cycle analysis shows that composting and other alternative treatment of the biological cycle is not possible to implement in a satisfactory way in the design process.The work results in two final concepts.

Resultat: Genom en innehållsanalys framkom de två subkategorierna; Ger möjlighet att upptäcka och Tydliggör fortsatt behov av munbedömning. Dessa ledde till kategorin; Munbedömningsinstrumentet ger struktur.

The report describing the developing of a hosting service for software development to use SCM of Git, which includes a web application, storage, API and authentication of students. The project resulted in a hosting service and a smaller survey of how the today Swedish students using habits of SCM during their studies..
