Creativity and innovation have become two very important concepts in today?s society where the demand for these abilities are sought after. At the same time, the school system of today follows a more traditional outlook on what learning and knowledge means.The extend students ability to understand and elevate their motivation is possible through creative methods of working. In order to create a school system which can withstand the demands of the future by including creative methods in its model, a study was carried out to examine how teachers? thoughts on creativity could mean for its development.This study took place in an elementary school in Sweden where Entreprenöriellt Lärande (EL) has been in use for the last two years.

AbstractThis study is based on my work as a secondary school teacher of literature and the Swedish language and rooted in my interest in developing knowledge about the importance of teaching literature in order to both cultivate young people?s reading habits and their view of themselves as readers. The more concrete purpose of this study is to examine a reading project that focuses on theories of literary perception and teaching literature.I examine four pupils who, in 2003, participated in the reading project as readers and compare this description with their view of themselves as readers seven years later. I complete the study by examining how they discuss reading and the teaching of literature. The method is qualitative and the empirics include materiel collected in two different time periods: first in 2003, in a class I taught in a secondary school; and second in 2010, when I examined four of the former pupils who participated in the project from 2003.

År 2003 gick USA och dess allierade in i Irak med motiveringen att Irak hade massförstörelsevapen, detta utan att FN:s säkerhetsråd utfärdat ett mandat. Kriget kritiserades hårt av många länder, bland annat Frankrike, Tyskland och även Sverige.Den svenska lagen säger att vapenhandel inte får bedrivas om det strider mot svensk utrikespolitik men får bedrivas om det finns säkerhets- eller försvarspoli-tiska skäl till det. Trots att Sverige kritiserade kriget fortsatte vapenhandeln med USA under tiden det fortgick. År 2003 exporterade Sverige krigsmateriel till USA för ett värde av 0,62 miljarder kronor. Sett till Sveriges kritik mot kriget skulle handeln inte ha fortsatt, men då USA är bland de största importörerna av svenska vapen skulle det vara ett hårt slag mot försvarsindustrin att förlora en så stor handelspartner..

The aim of the study is to show how children and adults are described in three picture books, examining how children and adults are portrayed in text-and-picture narrative and how this has changed over time. We have analysed how the characters in the books are presented and how the representation of children and adults has changed in our own times.The material for the study consists of three picture books from different periods, with the focus on how children and adults are described as the common point of departure. The analysed picture books are: Tomtebobarnen (Beskow 1919), Aja baja, Alfons Åberg! (Bergström 1972) and Snäll (Dahle 2008).We have arrived at the conclusion that a text-and-picture narrative is in very large measure a reflection of the outlook on children, childhood and child rearing at the time when the book was published. The result shows that the greatest change that has happened is that parents? and adults? dominance in the books has declined over the years, and that children have been given a more prominent role.

Microsoft har utvecklat ett verktyg för informationsdelning och samarbete, detta mjukvarupaket är känt under namnet SharePoint teknologin. Vi har i detta examensarbete extraherat delarna av SharePoint teknologin. Vi fann, att paketet innefattar två huvudsakliga mjukvaruapplikationer som namnges SharePoint Services och SharePoint Portal Server 2003; vidare fann vi att SharePoint Service kan användas på egen hand, och att SharePoint Portal Server 2003 bara är en extension. I vår uppsats undersökte vi miljön som krävs för att åstadkomma en framgångsrik installation. Vi beskriver de olika systemarkitekturerna som paketet kan arbeta på och vilka andra mjukvaror som är nödvändiga för att använda SharePoint teknologin fullt ut.

According to the Läroplan för förskolan, Lpfö 98, are pre-schools suppose to introduce the written language and embrace childrens curiosity about the ability to communicate with the written language. The purpose with this research is therefor to study the attitudes of pre-school teachers towards three- to five years olds writing and also to shred some light over which role teachers and other adults have when children learn to write. The earlier research contains different theories about how children in pre-schools conquer the written language and the teachers role in this process. Teachers attitudes towards and thoughts about childrens early writing could be made visible through interviews with teachers who all currently work at pre-schools. The results indicate that pre-school teachers have different attitudes towards childrens early attempts to write.

Swedish consumption habits led to a discourse on consumption needs of the general public during the first half of the 20th century, involving primarily several institutions, but also a variety of popular movement organizations, among which we find Kooperativa Förbundet. In this discourse, ascetic consumption and a rationalized outlook on consumption were idealized, as the Swedes needed to be economical not to live beyond their means. The objective of this study is to investigate the ideals this type of discourse conveys throughout the latter half of the 20th century. This will be achieved by investigating selected editions of the cookbook ?Vår Kokbok? published by Kooperativa Förbundet.

Sweden became a member of the European Union in 1995. Consequently Sweden became obligated to implement the Working Time Directive 2003/88/EC (formerly termed 93/104/EC). At that time Sweden considered that their legislation already gave their employees as high level of protection as the directive prescribed. Instead they decided upon an adjustment of the collective agreements concerning working time. A particular EC-restriction was incorporated in the Working Hours Act (SFS 1982:673).

Previous research has shown that the market reacts on stock recommendations. As the Internet has made financial information more available and cheaper to assess one could believe that the market reflects more available information today. If this is true the market will react less on recommendation made by journalists, which generally consists of processed public information. The stock market should thus be more efficient according to the efficient market hypothesis. This study examines initially if we can conclude that stock recommendations made by journalists generate returns above the expected returns, hence abnormal returns.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att öka kunskapen om hur latinamerikanska kvinnor som rollfigurer porträtteras inom amerikanska populärfilmer. Vi vill undersöka om det finns tydliga stereotyper i relation till rollfigurens genus, etnicitet och klass. Med hjälp av ett intersektionellt perspektiv och begreppsliga redogörelser av ''latino'' representationer i film ämnar vi att analysera tre Hollywoodfilmer över tidsperioden 2003 till 2011. Dessa filmer är ''Chasing papi'' (2003), ''Ask the dust'' (2006) och ''Without men'' (2011). Metoden som använts för att närmare kunna genomföra analysen är kvalitativ innehållsanalys.

The aim of this study is to describe teenagers' experience of being diagnosed with cancer. A cancer diagnosis very dramaticaly changes the lives of a teenager and its relatives. Cancer is a loaded word that most people associate with death and the teenager and its relatives generally react with despair and anxiety towards. Adolescence is a very emotionally difficult period with many physical and psychological changes, and it is therefore particularly difficult to suffer from a serious illness like cancer during this period. The method used when conducting this study is qualitative content analysis of various blogs written by teenagers living with cancer and resulted in six categories.

The aim of the study was to describe how hygienist`s receiving their certificate during 2003 and 2004, perceive their working situation, salary and impression of their first employment as a registered dental hygienist. A questionnaire was sent out to new dental hygienist`s examined year 2003 and 2004 in Sweden. Most of the new examined dental hygienist`s found the education adequate or more than adequate. A few individuals found it inadequate. The ones finding the education inadequate wanted more clinical practice and more training in administrative work.

Mer än 300 000 människor har dött i vad som betecknas folkmord och 2,7 miljoner människor har drivits på flykt. I mer än tio år har Darfurkonflikten pågått och fortfarande har inga ansvariga ställts inför rätta. 2003 anföll rebeller regimen med krav på större grad av oberoende. Sedan dess har regimen och dess milis Janjawid bränt, stulit, stympat, våldtagit och dödat. Folkgrupper har förintats helt eller delvis och regimen har genom sin söndra-och-härska-strategi vänt grannar mot varandra och på så sätt stympat ett samhälle.

Syftet med denna litteraturstudie är att identifiera och beskriva skyddsfaktorernas effekt för psykisk ohälsa. Teorin om skyddsfaktorer till psykisk ohälsa enligt Cullberg, 2003 användes som teoretisk referensram. Metoden var en litteraturstudie där tio granskade artiklar delades in i teman utifrån teorin om skyddsfaktorer för psykisk ohälsa enligt Cullberg, 2003. Dessa teman var social nätverk, arbete/sysselsättning och sammanhang/mening. Resultatet visade att dessa tre skyddsfaktorer utgår från fundamentala behov hos människan, om dessa inte är uppfyllda löper människan större risk att drabbas av psykisk ohälsa.

Sedan lagen (SFS 2003:778) om skydd mot olyckor infördes har större krav ställts på individ och ägare till objekt avseende ansvar för brandskydd. I och med denna statliga målstyrning har den kommunala räddningstjänsten givits rätt att utöva tillsyn. Detta att jämföra med den föregående räddningstjänstlagen som istället gav räddningstjänsten rätt att gå brandsyn för att själva kunna dokumentera brandskyddet. I klartext innebär detta att sedan LSO (SFS 2003:778) trädde i kraft (första januari 2004) är verksamhetsutövaren själv som ansvarar för att brandskyddet är fullgott och att dokumentation för detta finns. Räddningstjänstens uppgift blir således att se till att detta efterlevs.
