Syftet med denna uppsats är att göra en deskriptiv analys av finansieringstekniken värdepapperisering samt utreda vilka reala kapitalintensiva tillgångar som ligger närmast en värdepapperisering i Sverige i dagsläget. Resultatet av den empiriska undersökningen i relation till teoristudierna påvisar att de reala kapitalintensiva tillgångar som ligger närmast en värdepapperisering i Sverige i dagsläget utgörsav bostadsfastigheter och krafttillgångar. I allmänhet finns det en relativt god kunskap om värdepapperisering. Intresset för dennatyp av finansieringsform kommer förmodligen att öka i takt med att prisbilden förbättras som en följd av ökad standardisering..

Värdepapperisering av bolån är en vanligt förekommande finansieringsmetod i USA, vilket är det land som leder utvecklingen. Idag omfattar värdepapperisering i USA en utstående summa på 21 000 Mdr kronor. I Sverige har utvecklingen av metoden inte varit lika omfattande. Detta kan ha sin grund i den rådande lagstiftningen i Sverige som skiljer sig ifrån lagstiftningen i de flesta andra länder. För att utveckla marknaden för värdepapperisering har det därför framtagits ett förslag till lagändring, där huvudinnebörden är att metoden slipper kapitaltäckningskrav.

Therefore the European Union EU considers a harmonization within the Union, in order to strengthen the rights of the Originator. The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate how the EUs directive 2001/29/EG regarding copyright is to be implemented into Swedish legislation and assess the common opinion in the public libraries on this matter. The basic methodology of this thesis is a democratic perspective, concerning the public libraries democratic role and the right of the citizens to have access to information. The thesis first part is a study of documents.

The purpose has been to, by the means of literature studies and conversation, give landscape architects, teachers or other interested people an increased understanding of school gardens as a phenomenon. One episode in the essay describes school garden?s historical background and how its ideology has changed as the society has developed. A conversation with a spokesperson for Södermalmsskolan in Stockholm, depict how a communal public school handles the management of a school garden today. I have also wanted to present the conditions that society and the schools organisation has put on the management of the garden on this particular school. In the year of 2007 Södermalmsskolan got the opportunity to found its school garden thanks to the environmental campaigns that were realized by the city of Stockholm.

Together with Attends in Aneby a thesis of 15 ECTS (credits) have been undertaken. The assignment was to develop a new incontinence product for single use. Users of the product value comfort, flexibility, softness, comfort and a discreet product. Users are for individuals with incontinence problems that usually receive the products via prescription. The product must also have an attractive price and good quality from the purchase / Originator's perspective.Currently there are two models that Attends supplies, which the project intends to develop, (Slips / Briefs and Pull On's).

Svenska (engelska se nedan) Detta examensarbete är ett vårdprogram över Österby bruks köksträdgård. Österby bruk är beläget i norra Uppland cirka fem mil norr om Uppsala. Redan på 1500-talet började järnindustri växa fram på Österby. Österbys järnindustri kom att pågå fram till nedläggningen av Österbyverkan 1983. Dagens köksträdgård tillkom i och med den omgestaltning av hela herrgårdsanläggningen som startade på mitten av 1700-talet.
