The purpose of this study was to examine two relatively similar product industries, of which one is successful in its commercialization and the other one is not successful. The two industries observed in this paper are both Swedish industries, and both of them produce slow moving consumer goods for the luxury consumer. The successful industry is represented by the Swedish fashion industry, more precisely The Swedish Fashion Wonder (TSFW) - a term describing the success of a specific coalition of fashion designers from Sweden. The unsuccessful industry is represented by the luxury watch industry in Sweden (LWIS). The method used to examine the two industries' inequalities is based on a qualitative study, consisting of in-depth interviews with industry expertise from both of the industries.

This study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of interdisciplinary
collaborations between Art and Mathematics within the Arts program at the upper
secondary school level. Grounded in sociocultural theory, this study explores
learning through language, action, and context, drawing on the works of theorists
such as Lev Vygotsky (1995/2016), John Dewey (1897/2011) and Roger S?lj?
(2020). Through semi-structured interviews, educators in both Art and
Mathematics discuss shared subject content and explore opportunities and
obstacles in fostering a collaborative culture within the Arts program at the upper
secondary school level. The study reveals common subject content in Art and
Mathematics suitable for interdisciplinary collaboration.

This has resulted in an increasingly high expansion of different types of preventive measures in order to avert health problems. But far from all companies reach these goals and it is there for of high value to study how important resources can be used in a more efficient way.The purpose of this study is to achieve a deeper understanding for Health promotive services in companies and to understand which influential factors are crucial in the process of reaching successful strategic Health promotions.
Kunskapsöverföring inom studentnationer : En kvalitativ studie av Uppsalas studentnationers överlämningsarbete
AbstractThis study examines how knowledge transfer works within the student nations of Uppsala. The purpose is to describe and analyze how the knowledge is transferred when the officials are being exchanged within the student nation. Furthermore the purpose is to explore if the student nations work active to preserve the knowledge and how it is done in such case. Eight out of Uppsalas thirteen nations are part of the study and the survey was conducted by qualitative interview. The study mainly assumes from Argotes theories on the organizational memory, Davenport and Prusaks theories on knowledge transfer and Nonaka and Konnos SECI-model. The study reveals that the student nations work in different ways and more and less active with knowledge transfer.

Problem: The great interest towards the company?s values has contributed to it becoming more common for individuals to seek out organizations that have a strong corporate culture. Where you work and whom you work for has thus become the dominant factors instead of what you are working with.Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine how the corporate culture, the rational and emotional benefits are experienced by the employees of the company. The aim is also to examine whether the corporate culture can become a management control measure by good communication between employees within the organization.Methodology: The essay is based on a qualitative research method and empirical data were collected through interviews from the company MTR Stockholm.Theoretical Frame of reference, Edgar Schein, Three Levels of Culture, Seven dimensions.Results: The study has shown that there are different cultures within the company. But also that there is a strong corporate culture within the business, the respondents feel an affinity with working within the underground rather than working for the company MTR Stockholm..

This essay is a study of the motives and driving forces affecting how a food producer looks at, and incorporates, an environmental-labeling and its impact on their organization and strategy. Driving forces and motivations is an important part of a business strategy and impacts its content and its expression. Sustainability can be part of the overall company strategy but could also define the entire company. This study has shown that the main motive for working with eco-labelling is a genuine interest in issues concerning sustainability. This creates an opportunity for the company to communicate their environmental policies to their customers. For a company that works proactive and innovative with sustainability and climate issues, the new climate framework does not mean any major organizational or strategic changes.When the framework is incorporated in the organization the farms need to be analyzed with a climate impact perspective. The purpose of this essay was to further develop the discussion around the street-level bureaucrats and the dilemmas that they meet in their work environment. The paper will try to accomplish this by putting the spotlight on the professional role, the organizational control of the street-level bureaucrat and the effect of society on the work environment. Something that also will be discussed is the well-known difficulty of implementation of new programs and methods, especially when street-level bureaucrats are involved. The street-level bureaucrats that this paper focuses on are caseworkers within Försäkringskassan and handle benefits and take decisions about the need for rehabilitation for people who are ill and unable to work.I have used a qualitative method for this study. The empirical material consists of six interviews at two different offices.The main cause of the dilemma of the street-level bureaucrat is that there is a conflict between the human side and the professional role.

The Influence of Multiple Drivers on WOM Behavior in an Online Context - A quantitative study on what drives consumers to share word-of-mouth online
Word-of-mouth marketing (WOM) has been considered as one of the most effective marketing tools, yet the least understood. While its lucrative effects have been well proven in academic studies worldwide, little is yet known of why consumers engage in WOM, and what factors actually drive this sought-after behavior, particularly in an online context. While today's research lacks holistic views on the simultaneous effects of multiple WOM-drivers, this paper takes on a meta-analytic approach by building on the pertinent literature to construct an aggregated model, including several previously acknowledged drivers divided into two categories: (1) Brand related drivers and (2) Personal and situational drivers. The authors then empirically examine what drivers are the most influential on WOM in an online social media context. By doing so, this thesis does not only contribute to marketing managers' better understanding of online communications management, it also sheds light on the theoretical knowledge of the behavioral drivers of WOM.
En studie av inbyggda brandväggar - Microsoft XP och Red Hat Linux
Detta kandidatarbete utreder hur väl två operativsystems inbyggda brandväggar
fungerar i symbios med en användares vanligaste tjänsteutnyttjande på Internet,
samt att se hur likartade de är i sitt skydd från hot. De två operativsystemen
som vi utgick ifrån var Microsoft
Windows XP samt Red Hat Linux 8.0.
Den hypotes vi arbetat kring lyder enligt följande: De två inbyggda
brandväggarna är i stort likartade rörande skydd från hot på Internet och
uppfyller användarnas tjänsteutnyttjande. De metoder vi använt, för att svara
på vår frågeställning, har delats upp i ett funktionalitetstest
och ett säkerhetstest. I funktionalitetstestet provades de vanligaste
Internettjänsterna med den inbyggda brandväggen och ifall det uppstod några
komplikationer eller ej. De två inbyggda brandväggarna genom gick i
säkerhetstestet skannings- och svaghetskontroll via ett flertal
verktyg.
Genom resultatet kan vi konstatera att de inbyggda brandväggarna klarar av de
vanligaste tjänsterna på Internet, men att en skillnad föreligger hos dem vad
gäller exponeringen ut mot Internet.
Stress och dess upplevda orsaker inom den svenska polisen
Denna uppsats handlar om stress och dess upplevda orsaker hos den svenska polisen. Uppsatsen utgår från en enkätundersökning som behandlar olika bakgrundsfaktorer till upplevd stress bland anställda vid de svenska polismyndigheterna. Både poliser och civilanställda deltog i undersökningen. Bland annat undersöks organisatoriska och individuella orsaksfaktorer. I undersökningen deltog 107 personer som genomfördes med en internetbaserad enkät.

Work gets more seamless and the demand on workers increases because of changes in the labour market. Studies show benefits for workers and companies if the employee achieves a balance between work and family, a way to facilitate it is family-friendly policies. A study done by Unionen shows that three out of four white collar workers choose to vobba (working and caring for a sick child), which blurs the boundaries between work and family. Research on flexibility, organisational culture and gender structures shows how these aspects affect the balance between work and family. This is a study where seven white collar workers (three men) that vobbar and two managers (one man) were interviewed.

card technology that allows contactless interaction between a reader and the
tag, the tag is often in the form of a card. NFC can be used for various
payment methods or as access card to a building which makes life easier. In
previous studies, the technique has proven to be weak to attacks using an NFC
reader connected to a computer.
