E-learning är idag ett område på framfart. Fler och fler organisationer väljer att utbildasina anställda med hjälp av elektronisk media. Genom E-learning sparar organisationerpengar och tid i utbildandet av sin personal. En vanlig missuppfattning är att man genomatt överföra ett utbildningsmaterial till elektronisk media har skapat ett användbart Elearningsverktygmen i verkligheten är det betydligt mer invecklat än så. Den härkvalitativa studien syftar till att ta fram riktlinjer för anpassning av utbildningsmaterialtill E-learning.

Mechanical scaling is one of the most complex operations of all in the mining process. The operators are using both hearing, sight and feel to read the rock and to know where to scale and where to leave. They say they go on gut feeling in great extent, something that comes with experience. The scaling machine is placed into the edge of unsecured and newly blasted rock to hammer off the blocks that has become loose after the blast, but not enough to fall down. It goes without sayingthat it is a risky job.

When creating a good lighting design it is crucial to know how different types of lamps work. Knowing what kind of light they emit and in which situations they work well is also very important. In this master thesis I present different types of lamps and give an account of how light is spread through the different shapes of luminaires, reflectors, filters and so on. I write about how our eyes register radiation and connections between lighting and how it makes us experience space. Furthermore I deal with the effect of artificial light on living organisms and the environment. After the theoretical studies I deal with the places I have visited to study how different lamps and luminaires work and look like in existing lighting designs. These visits have also been inspirational to my lighting proposal for Bokenäs. Bokenäs is Volvo?s resort and conference center which is situated on the Swedish west coast.

I den här rapporten redovisas resultatet från en undersökning som genomförts i samband med införandet av nya arbetssätt då det gäller att med hjälp av videorespons ge feedback och bedömning på skriftliga studentarbeten. Studien belyser hur man med hjälp av IKT-stöd kan utveckla kontakten mellan student och lärare samt utnyttja de tekniska hjälpmedel högskolorna har tillgång till på ett utökat sätt. Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur kommunikationen mellan lärare och student förändras om man inför videorespons som metod vid handledning och examination. Studien har sin teoretiska utgångspunkt i sociokulturell teori samt formativ bedömning. Frågeställningarna i studien handlar också om hur det förändrade arbetssättet kan påverka lärandet hos studenten.

Under hösten 2008 implementerades ett nytt löneadministrationssystem, Personec, hos Social resursförvaltning vid Göteborgs Stad. Syftet med denna uppsats är dels att utvärdera hur implementeringen gick till samt kartlägga attityderna till Personec hos de personer som arbetar i systemet. Vi har valt att behandla implementeringen av Personec som ett förändringsarbete, då det inneburit en stor förändring av respondenternas vardag och arbetsuppgifter. Det finns många anledningar till varför individer motsätter sig en förändring på arbetsplatsen och vår uppgift har varit att ta reda på vilka typer av motstånd som kan tänkas finnas inom Göteborgs Stad. Uppsatsens empiriska material har insamlats genom kvalitativa intervjuer som vi har genomfört på Social resursförvaltning.

The purpose of this study is to further develop the understanding of Nextopia, the belief that the next product will always be better, and the effects it has on Word of mouth, both oral (WOM) and electronic (eWOM), and investigate possible causes of this effect. This has been made through an experimental study of responses to two mineral water ads, with a manipulated time frame. First, this thesis supports the fact that there is a general Nextopia-effect on customers being exposed to a future product, which makes them evaluating the product higher in terms of feelings, attitude and intention. Further this study shows that there is also a Nextopia-effect on WOM and eWOM, by customers being more likely to recommend a future product rather than a current one. This propensity to recommend the product also has a relationship with responsibility, which correlates much stronger with WOM than eWOM.

Syfte och FrågeställningSyftet med studien är att undersöka motocrossförares förberedelse inför tävling och deras uppfattning av en topprestation under tävling.De frågor som jag sökt svar på är: Hur ser förarna på balansen mellan utmaning och skicklighet utifrån sin förmåga? Vilka mål har förarna inför en tävling och vilken feedback får förarna under tävling? samt hur förarna upplever sin topprestation?MetodStudien har en kvalitativ ansats med semistrukturerad intervju som metod (Bryman 2008 s. 206). I studien ligger tonvikten på att uppfatta och tolka förarens förklaringar. Intervjuerna spelades in, transkriberades och analyserades, till största del, utifrån flowteorin.

The background to this paper is the events that have taken place in the Swedish area of responsibility in Afghanistan where Swedish troops have been ambushed by the insurgents. Although the troops primarily where riding in Toyota Land Cruisers they had no casualties. I think that the Swedish force needs other vehicles that can be armed and are armoured.When I compared three different types of armoured vehicles, I found that PTGB 6 is the vehicle of choice, according to the special needs that a Swedish EOD-squad, their task and their equipment have. .

Södra in Oskarström has the ambition to become the best client for silviculture contractors and another aim is that the contractors should feel a strong sense of community with Södra. Several factors play an important role in order for these ambitions to be realized. The purpose of this study was to investigate how the contractors feel about their business relationship with Södra. The study was conducted during the spring of 2015 through a questionnaire which was sent to all ten silviculture contractors working with Södra in Oskarström. Overall, it seemed like the contractors were satisfied with the collaboration.

 In light of the resent surge in globalization, and the heightened competition that follows as a result of this, there has been an increase in the importance that is placed into understanding buyer behaviour. This increase has been seen since the realization that by building strong customer relationships it is much easier to reach these through the marketing communications that are put in effect. There are also a number of upsides to enlisting the customers at an early stage in product development, such as creating greater value and a stronger sense of involvement.Röhnisch is therefore trying to show a genuine interest in supplying the costumers needs as they adapt and evolve. In order to accomplish this strive towards gaining a deeper understanding into the thoughts and attitudes that precedes the buying behaviour they conduct regular surveys. To complement this, the purpose of this paper will be to determine the actual preferences and buying behaviour of the market segment that Röhnisch has chosen for themselves, and while doing so, keeping an emphasis on loyalty.

Syftet med detta arbete var att skapa en animationsvänlig rigg. En karaktärmodellerades, riggades och animerades med hjälp av Maya 2009/2010. Bakgrundsinformation om andra riggar presenteras och en viktig del av bakgrunden är förekomsten av mulitlevelriggar samt exempel på vad som kännetecknar en brarigg. Riggen består av flera nivåer av animationskontroller, nödvändigheten av denna typ av uppsättning utvärderas. Animationen är en kort cartoon-style animation.

BakgrundStamcellsforskning har utvecklats de senaste årtiondena och är idag ett behandlingalternativ, för flertalet sjukdomar. Stamceller är ursprungsceller för alla typer av blodceller och vid transplantation används stamceller tagna från benmärg, navelsträngsblod och/eller perifert blod. Transplantationen kan antingen ske autologt, där personens egna stamceller används, eller allogent, där stamcellerna härstammar från en donator. Om kroppen avstöter de donerade stamcellerna sker en immunologisk reaktion kallad graft-versus-host disease.I samband med transplantationen genomgår personerna i regel cytostatikabehandling med eller utan kroppsbestrålning, vilket kan medföra negativa följder som bland annat påverkar personens förmåga att inta oral nutrition. För en sjuksköterska är det viktigt att uppmärksamma och lindra en persons sjukdomsupplevelse samt motverka komplikationer.

This thesis, in the field of healthcare logistics, has been carried out at Hjärt- och Medicincentrum (HMC) at the University Hospital in Linköping during the fall and spring of 2012/2013. The thesis is done by two students at Linköping University at master?s level within the framework of Industrial Engineering and Management.As Sweden's county councils should not make a profit or loss, it is important that the councils are aware of how much care processes cost. Kardiologiska kliniken at HMC in Östergötland?s county council is one of the clinics that are profitable.

In organizations today Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is becoming a common means to try to gain legitimacy and credibility for their business. A successful CSR strategy has the potential to generate positive outcomes for a company and reaching out to stakeholders about the corporation?s contribution in the field is an important part of the work. In this study I examine how the employees at Max Hamburgare receive the corporation?s efforts within sustainability, how it is perceived and what this means to the employees.

This thesis is ordered by Peab Sweden AB Regional Jönköping and concerns of warranty inspections.The intention is to work out a basis, which show the most common complaints is the warranty inspections, and make a small analysis on what causes them to be. The report also presents possible solutions to prevent the occurrence of defects. It also covers the issue of how the client looks at Peabs way to overcome the objections of warranty inspections. The report has the following issues:?What are the most common errors observed during the warranty inspection??What are the causes of complaints??What can be done to reduce the number of complaints??How the customer thinks that the complaints be addressed?Twenty-five Guarantee survey records from the projects Peab has done in recent years has been the starting point for the investigation.
