In recent years, the Swedish railway track system has been neglected in terms of capacity and maintenance. To adapt the existing system to current traffic load there is a great need for extensive improvement and maintenance. Shortcomings are especially occurring on older embankments running over soft subgrades. Denna uppsats undersöker vilka faktorer som påverkar förändringar i elspotpriset på Nord Pool. Avsikten är att resultatet skall ligga till grund för en prisuppskattningsmodell för Lunds Energikoncernen AB. Faktorerna bestämdes genom en förstudie där viktig litteratur om elmarknaden studerades samt samtal med Lunds Energikoncernen AB. De faktorer som undersöks i denna uppsats är priset på utsläppsrätter, nettoexport till Tysk-land, temperatur, nederbörd, priset på kol och villaolja samt konjunkturutveckling i Sve-rige.Undersökningen av faktorerna bestod av en multipel regressionsanalys med undersökta faktorer som oberoende variabler och elspotpriset på Nord Pool som den beroende va-riabeln. Faktorerna blev indelade i två grupper dagsgruppen och månadsgruppen, grunden till uppdelningen är som namnen antyder att statistiken var observerad dygnsvis och må-nadsvis.

During natural conditions cattle live in large herds, which are divided into subgroups of 10-15 animals. Humans have held cattle for over 9000 years. Today we mostly have cows for milk and meat production during more or less intensive forms. Most of the Swedish cattle have the opportunity to graze during the summer time. This partly arises from the Swedish Animal Protection law which stipulates that cattle must have the option to be outside and graze, also partly because it makes it easier for the farmer.

Syfte: Hantering av valutarisker i ett exporterande företag kan vara avgörande för att nå framgång. Syftet är att undersöka hur valutariskexponering uppstår samt att se hur valutarisk hanteras i två exporterande företag. Uppsatsen behandlar ett stort multinationellt företag och ett mindre företag. Studien jämför olika förhållningssätt i de två företagen samt hur extern respektive intern hantering av riskerna kan skilja sig.Metod: I studien har en kvalitativ ansats tillämpats genom intervjuer med representativa befattningshavare i de båda företagen. Intervjuerna utgår från ett hermeneutiskt synsätt som sedan också till stor del är genomgående i uppsatsen.

Uppsatsen syftar även till att övergripande beskriva och analysera gällande skatteregler/-praxis avseende finansiella instrument. Analysen baseras främst på denna litteratur.Slutsatser: Gällande svenska redovisnings- och skatteregler för finansiella instrument är komplicerade då det saknas klara och enhetliga linjer i lagar, rekommendationer och doktrin. Svenska normgivare verkar för att utvecklingen inom redovisningen i Sverige skall ske i harmoni med IASB:s rekommendationer.
