Marknadsföringens roll inom ishockeyföreningar : En fallstudie på elitserielaget Södertälje SK

Sports Marketing is a growing part in the world of sports today. Our main purpose of this paper was to analyze which role marketing plays for an ice hockey organization in the Swedish elite today. For this study we did a case study research on the Swedish team Södertälje Sportklubb, where we interviewed seven people. In addition to the people in the organizations we chose to interview two sport journalists. This research was made from an organizations point of view and all of the interviews were of qualitative character.

Tjänsteutveckling : en studie i tjänsteinnovation

Problem: Företaget AB arbetar med att mäta kundupplevelser inom detaljhandeln och detta med hjälp av Mystery Shopping. Genom statistik påvisar de butikers svaga sidor vilka Företaget AB:s kunder sedan förväntas arbeta vidare med. Det har dock framkommit att detta är mycket svårt och många butiker har problem med att förbättra sina mätresultat. Företaget AB har som en reaktion på detta påbörjat en tjänsteutveckling i vilken de tar fram verktyg som skall underlätta butikernas arbete med att förbättra butikspersonalens förmåga att förmedla service i kundmötet.   Syfte: Att ta fram koncept kring verktyg vilka skall vara vägledande i lärande och kompetensutveckling för butikschefer samt butikspersonal inom detaljhandeln. Metod: I kommande studie används en kvalitativ ansats där datainsamlingsmetoderna består utav intervjuer samt reflektionsformulär.Slutsats: Under studien framkom att det bör finnas en balans mellan hårda värden i form av hård kunskap och mjuka värden vilka bygger på känslomässiga aspekter.

Entrepreneurship is said to be the missing link between knowledge and growth in the Swedish economy. New ventures run a high risk of failing and this holds true especially for technology ventures. Since company leaders have proven to exert an influence on organisations' survival possibilities, the selection of an appropriate CEO is important. The purpose of this study is to describe the importance of the CEO for ventures as well as to explain how knowledge and experience affect the opinion of who should be CEO. Using a qualitative case study research design including three life science companies, we show that there are three main factors crucial when selecting a CEO.

The basic questions were: How do the respondents look upon this HVB-homes service process? How do the respondents look upon this HVB-homes service contents? Leaders in modern working life are confronted with frequent use of temporary groups. The purpose of this study was to examine possible reasons for swift trust towards leaders in temporary groups. The target group of the study was school employees. An opinion poll was carried out in the occupational group (n = 35) which made it possible to make statistical comparisons. The result showed that the following aspects were important for the development of swift trust in leaders: personal attributes, image related attributes, competence and experience, leadership and also social competence.

The main purpose of this study has been to examine and analyze what kind of discussions that takes place in the commentary fields of swedish online newspapers. We started by collecting nearly 2000 commentaries from three newspapers and then used a quantitative content analysis to interpret the material.We divided the comments into different categories like arguing, media criticism and opinion on other comments in order to see which categories were most common. The results of the analysis shows that there is a discussion in the commentary fields where most of the commentaries stick to the subject, where media criticism is unusual and where arguing is quite common. The discussion however is usually negative. The results can be connected to the theories of deliberative democracy, flaming and earlier research on commentary fields.
