Based on an analysis of the Swedish laws in the field of healthcare, the purpose of this essay in jurisprudence is to examine whether Sweden has a need to implement the new EU-resolution on abortion. The study is based upon legal sources such as official government reports (SOU) as well as words of an Act. The subject also deals with ethical standards and more community-oriented material, and texts from both these areas are also included. The Swedish laws in health care are extensive, but still put the patient first. Care givers are able to delegate their responsibility if it means good health care which is also a key word in the Swedish health care.

Barns rädslor och oro i möten med sjukvård Författare: Christian Römberg & Pontus Älvehag Sammanfattning Bakgrund: Enligt barnkonventionen räknas varje människa tills dagen de fyllt 18 år som barn. Omkring 200 000 barn söker varje år vård på akutmottagningar i Sverige och cirka 95 000 barn per år är i behov av vård på sjukhus. I mötet sjukvården upplever de flesta barn rädsla och oro för sjukvårdsmiljön, sjuksköterskans mediciniska språk och beteende vilket kan förstärka smärtupplevelsen vid undersökning och behandling. En uppkommen sjukvårdsrädsla kan försvåra framtida sjukvårdskontakter och skapa otrygghet hos barn. Sjuksköterskans uppgift är att ge barnet en god omvårdnad och möjliggöra delaktighet för barnet och närstående för att dämpa rädsla och oro, något som regleras genom barnkonventionen och hälso- och sjukvårdslagen. Syfte: Att belysa vad som ger upphov till rädslor och oro hos barn i möten med sjukvården som patient. Metod: En litteraturöversikt med kvalitativ ansats.

Tiden för omhändertagandet av patienter som kommer till operationsavdelningen tenderar att minska och genomströmningstakten av patienter går istället i riktning mot att öka. Operationssjuksköterskor har trots detta en laglig skyldighet att ge varje patient en individuell omvårdnad. Den perioperativa sjuksköterskan ska enligt den perioperativa vårdmodellen träffa patienten i ett pre-, intra- och postoperativt samtal, för att tillsammans med patienten kunna reflektera över dennes behov och önskningar i samband med operation. Idag ges sällan denna möjlighet. Därför är det viktigt att belysa patienters upplevelser i samband med en operation för att kunna förbättra vårdkvalitén.

In Sweden according to the planning and building Act municipalities have planning monopoly. The question about shopping centres in the outskirts of cities is a regional issue, because they attract customers from a large area. Municipalities often find it hard to assert themselves against large commercial companies when it comes to their establishing new retail outlets on the outskirts of cities. Without a regional co-operation there is a risk that municipalities can be played up against one another, so that more and more companies are given permits without the municipalities having taken the strategic consideration necessary for a long term sustainable development. The focus in this work is on four municipalities in the Södertörn region (Södertälje, Botkyrka, Huddinge and Nynäshamn).

In this study I have explored the profession sales people and how they use social media. I have also studied their needs for further education and how it can be addressed in social media, in order to learn how a B2B-company that educates in sales training can meet sales people in social media. It?s an empirical study based on individual interviews with a semi-structured interview template. Respondents were of mixed age, both men and women.

I detta examensarbete presenteras olika inriktningar av musikterapi och FMT-metoden (Funktionsinriktad musikterapi) belyses ingående. Här beskrivs arbetssätt och arbetsmaterialet nämns. The main purpose of this study was to inquire into personality and the state anxiety in relation to career decidedness scale among students in upper secondary school. The participants were 124 students in three grades and respectively non vocationally oriented classes. The participants were asked to grade themselves on a scale in relation to the statements regarding, state of decidedness for career choice, personality (NEO FFI, Costa & McCrae, 1985. Sweden, Gerontologic Center) and anxiety (AnTI, Wells, 1994). The results showed no significant relationship between personality and state of anxiety that could be connected to the decidedness for career choice.

This master's thesis sets out to explore information literacy in a contextualized learning environment with emphasis on students at a vocationally oriented program in the Swedish upper secondary school. The concept of information literacy is widely discussed and furthermore a common subject for research within the field of Library and Information Science. Information literacy can be described as a set of skills or a range of attributes defining an information literate person. The skills and/or attributes facilitating the development of critical thinking and problem-solving skills are often linked to knowledge about computers and libraries.Another view on the concept of information literacy has been developed by the Australian researcher Annemaree Lloyd. She stresses the importance of social and physical information sources and that these also should be included in the development of information literacy.

The aim of this study is to investigate leadership in sports organizations and business organizations. The study focused on common and important leadership components and the most important leadership processes in both business context and sports context. The study also investigated common and important leadership components, leadership challenges and which degree leaders used the transformative leadership. The study focuses on leadership components most importantly from the leaders view, including both sport managers and business leaders. The investigation was based on eight interviews, which are analyzed with content analysis.

The purpose of this study is to analyze how customer oriented businesses can use loyalty programs to create loyalty and how loyalty can be increased. We have in this study chosen to refer loyalty program to the loyalty program that belong to the company Jula AB. Our study is written in a qualitative method. In our method, we chose to interview people in Jula organization to get a business perspective to our study. We have also chosen to assemble a focus group of Jula-club members to also get a customer perspective on the subject.

En planering av sin framtida karriär utifrån sina inre personliga förutsättningar kan vara värdefull i en förändrad arbetssituation, till exempel efter en föräldraledighet. Att öka förståelsen för individens egna upplevelser av karriärplanering kan underlätta för organisationer att utforma sådana program på bästa sätt. Syftet med föreliggande studie var att undersöka vilka psykologiska effekter ett karriärplaneringsprogram vid en statlig myndighet upplevdes ha för medarbetare som deltog efter sin föräldraledighet. Studien baserades på fem intervjuer där resultatet tolkades utifrån tillvägagångssättet för induktiv tematisk analys. Några framträdande psykologiska effekter av programmet var en ökad självkännedom, att kunna se sin arbetssituation från ett nytt perspektiv, få bekräftelse på sina värderingar, inspiration till aktivt handlande samt kunna tydliggöra framtida karriärmål.

This thesis aims to further study the interpersonal risk taking within groups and thereby the importance of a climate promoting a reflective behavior. The increased demand in complexity and exposure towards teamwork leads to increased call for knowledge integration, which can be explained as the ability to integrate the collective knowledge within the group. We have therefor identified a need for better understanding what makes a group more effective. Key factors for self-estimated effective collaboration have been shown to be a group's reflective behavior and ability to coordinate the skills that each individual possesses. These factors are greatly affected by the psychological safety within the team.

This essay is an attempt to portray and explain my work as a dance pedagogue as well as an epistemological overview of the skills and knowledge I use when I teach. The study is phenomenologically oriented and the examples used are from the years when I was teaching at the University College of Dance in Stockholm. The primary objective of the study was to illustrate the practical knowledge of my teaching by examining what lies in the mind and gaze of the dance pedagogue while teaching.Having finished my essay I realize that it has come to be primarily about the body. How the knowledge that is imprinted in my body can only be conveyed when I have a student to teach and how I feel that the intermediary of knowledge occurs. Other recurrent themes are the relations of thought and consciousness to the body.
