LEDAthe chair as representativean exploring work on added value throughaesthetics and function.The project deals with portraying a chair. A chair thatwill raise questions regarding added value, questioning oursurroundings and not taking things for granted. Through anumber of properly selected words, I have built a collectionof objects that possess the basis of a chair. The words arebased on sources of inspiration; I picked up over the yearsand can be seen as a part of me and my inner self. QuestionsI asked myself concerns the impact of aesthetic and how itrelates to the function.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine how investments are justified in the Swedish data center industry, with a focus on cooling equipment. This is achieved through semi-structured interviews with 20 different interviewees. These interviewees represent different facets of the industry and facilitate an understanding of which factors, such as: investment costs, operating costs, reliability, environmental impact and the influence of external and internal actors, come into play and to which degree they impact the investment decision-making process. The results show that primarily low operating cost in the form of low energy consumption is the driving factor when it comes to the procurement of new equipment. A lower environmental impact is a positive side-effect of lower energy consumption.

This essay is intended for veterinary nurses and its purpose is to contribute to an increased knowledge about the ferret and there by a better nursing care at clinics. The essay discuss in briefness origin and earlier use of the ferret but also anatomy, physiology and reproduction. The senses of the ferret, as vision and hearing, are described in connection with behaviour. The part of the essay where nursing care is described bring up procedures as handling when collecting blood, medical techniques and how the clinic best should be suited for these animals. The purpose of this thesis is to analyse and propose improvements to the cost accounting system in use at an airline operating on the Swedish market. The choice of study object is based on the airline?s desire to have its cost accounting system evaluated. During the analysis we have identified a number of points where the current cost accounting system does not correspond to its intended purpose. These points include significant groups of costs not being considered in the current system, potential over capacity is not visible and logic connections between distribution keys and the use of resources are sometimes lacking.

Denna studie redovisar den frivilliga information som svenska VD och koncernchefer tar upp i VD orden i sina årsredovisningar. Syftet är att analysera var Sveriges redovisningsutveckling är på väg, genom att bland annat ställa de svenska VD orden i jämförelse med utvecklingen av öppenhet i årsredovisningar inom detta område i framför allt USA och Storbritannien. De undersökta VD orden kommer från årsredovisningarna hos de 18 svenska börsnoterade företag med högst värde på sin aktieomsättning år 2005. Eftersom det fortfarande inte finns någon fullständig teori inom detta område har ett induktivt förhållningssätt använts. While the technological infrastructure that enables collaboration between municipalities, counties and private health care providers improves, so does the need for health-care providers to gain access to the right patient journal at the right time. For doctors, nurses and other health-care organization employees this goal is achieved by NPÖ, National Patient Summary. NPÖ effectively enables health-care records to be shared across organizational boundaries. This thesis is based on a demand by a mobile application that can give district nurses access to health-care records wherever they are.This thesis describes the development of a prototype of a mobile application aimed for NPÖ. This includes investigating a suitable mobile platform, investigating available card readers for reading electronic identification from SITHS cards and the ability to connect to external services such as NPÖ.

I denna uppsats presenteras och diskuteras Virginia Woolfs förstavågs- feminism genom en analys av The Voyage Out, Mrs Dalloway och A Room of One's Own. Analysen sker genom en närläsning av texterna, men även tidigare gjorda analyser används. Woolfs texter sätts här i relation till det tidiga 1900-talets patriarkala engelska samhälle, suffragettrörelsen men även Woolfs litterära- och yrkesmässiga liv är av betydelse. Resultatet blir en kvalitativ läsning där fokus ligger på tidig feminism och Woolfs kamp för kvinnans rätt till ett självständigt liv..

This report is produced with Nätraälven forest owner association. This forest owner association has been going through some changes the last years and therefore wanted to investigate what the members thought about the development. The main purpose of the study was to gain knowledge about the attitude of the members. The study was made with a questionnaire that was purposed to investigate the member?s opinion on their own cultivation and the view on Nätraälven as an organization. The questionnaire was sent to 110 members.

Bakgrund: Sjuksköterskor som arbetar på barnavårdcentral (BVC-sjuksköterskor) träffar 99,2 procent av alla barn. De har därför en viktig funktion när det gäller att upptäcka och rapportera barn som far illa. Trots anmälningsplikt är anmälningsfrekvensen låg. Det råder brist på studier kring hur det blir för BVC-sjuksköterskor efter att de har gjort en anmälan.Syfte: Att ur ett etiskt perspektiv undersöka BVC-sjuksköterskors upplevelser och erfarenheter efter att de har anmält till socialtjänsten att barn far illa.Metod: Semistrukturerade intervjuer genomfördes med sex BVC-sjuksköterskor. Intervjuerna analyserades med kvalitativ innehållsanalys på manifest nivå enligt Graneheim och Lundman.Resultat: BVC-sjuksköterskornas erfarenheter av samarbetet med socialtjänsten varierade.

The essential thing about breaks has been in relation to time, body, movement, force and room during my examination. Through conversations high-school students from two schools have taken part in this study. The examination is based on conversations with the students and has focused on students? experiences of breaks, and is also carried through by the method of phenomenology. The results of my studie show that students - during their breaks - experience a feeling of allways heading for something and also that time seem to exist in three levels: filled time, non-filled time and flow regarding of time.
